There were multiple addresses given, but upon calling to make an appointment, I found out there is only one valid location, which is a 90-minute drive away. I purchased a Groupon deal for All American Car Wash that includes a complete detail package and headlight restoration. We have tried calling the provided phone number multiple times to schedule an appointment, but no one answers, and it goes straight to a message saying the wireless customer is not available. I came across a Groupon Ad on Google for Halloween Horror Nights tickets and assumed they were for Universal Studios in Orlando due to my location. Unfortunately, they were for the event at Hollywood Studios in California.
Regrettably, I couldn't attend the event, which was embarrassing in front of my friends and family. It's disappointing that even though my location was enabled, I was still shown the wrong tickets. It shouldn't have offered me tickets for California when I'm so close to the Florida park.
I really hope my wife and I can receive some assistance with this mix-up. I would appreciate any help from the concerned party.

I purchased Halloween Horror Nights tickets through Groupon like many others, but upon arrival at Universal, I was directed to a different line only to discover that I had bought the wrong ticket. I went back on Groupon to buy a ticket for that night, but the transaction failed. I ended up spending an extra $[redacted] buying tickets at the park due to time constraints. If I had been able to use the new ticket and refund the old one, I could have saved a lot. Unfortunately, the service fell short. I bought last-minute tickets in California from Miami, a process that was time-consuming and costly. I hope for a refund as this experience has been frustrating and I partly blame the service.

Hello, I am writing to request a refund for the unsatisfactory hair cut and colour I received at Hair Boutique Allure in Zandvoort, Netherlands. Today, I had asked for only 1 inch to be cut off my long hair, but the stylist cut off about 3 inches unevenly. The highlights turned out poorly with a significant gap at the roots and an overly bright yellow color due to improper toning. After realizing the poor results, I sought corrective treatment at Toni & Guy in Haarlem, where the manager confirmed the botched haircut and spent over an hour fixing it and addressing the damage. I will now need further appointments to correct the roots and replace the highlights, incurring additional expenses and time. I am disappointed with this experience and am requesting a full refund from Groupon. I have photographic evidence taken by the stylist at Toni & Guy to support my claim. Every time I order a Leo Rosi sweater in size S, the items I receive are way too big. After peeling back the size S sticker, I discover a different size sticker underneath. Despite ordering a size S, I received a size L once, and now another sweater labeled as size S is actually a size M underneath the sticker. It's frustrating to receive incorrect sizes with misleading stickers. If small sizes are unavailable, sending larger sizes with a false size S sticker is not helpful. It's disappointing as a frequent Groupon user to encounter this issue. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I ordered 5 38mm watches but only received 2. I reached out to Gargee P who couldn't find my order but asked for proof of purchase from my American Express. I emailed the screenshot at 4:04 pm on Nov. 2, [redacted], to [redacted] I received a confirmation from Groupon customer service acknowledging receipt and promising to follow up. However, at 8:35 pm, Gargee P informed me he did not receive my email. I'm confused and frustrated as Groupon claims no record of my order, yet I got two items matching my purchase in the mail on November 2. I'm eager to resolve this issue and receive the rest of my order charged to my American Express.

I purchased the Lavish Home Embossed Microfiber Sheet Set in Blue on Oct 30, [redacted]. The tracking system indicates it was delivered on Oct 26, [redacted] to an address in Washington State. Despite my California address on file, it was delivered early. During a live chat, I selected the first option to have it resent after reviewing the fine print. The agent ended the call when I needed more time to review it. On Oct 31, another live chat reassured me of a reshipment. However, checking my order still showed it delivered a day before I even ordered it. A different agent then offered me only 10 groupon bucks as a one-time courtesy due to a system error. Despite acknowledging the issue, the agent mentioned the order was marked as delivered, leaving me with little recourse. The second shipment also went astray, this time to Ayora, California, instead of Antelope where I reside. I no longer desire the sheets and seek a full refund instead of just 10 groupon bucks. If not rectified suitably, I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I had a terrible experience with a balloon ride purchased through Groupon. The location changed suddenly, and the pilot was intoxicated, causing a dangerous landing. Boarding was chaotic and delayed, making us wait for hours. The flight was shorter than advertised, flying over areas with animals in distress. The pilot's reckless maneuvers caused bruises, and the landing was rough, leaving us scared as the balloon toppled over. Despite my fiancée's panic attack, they kept us inside. The champagne turned out to be cheap bubble water in plastic cups offered by a stranger. Their transportation promise led to engine damage from rough driving. They also made disturbing comments about the neighborhood and failed to provide the promised breakfast. I plan to report this to the health department for animal cruelty and file a police report for assault, property damage, and flying under the influence. This was a disappointing and unsafe experience that I don't recommend.
