I encountered several challenges during my journey to Austin, TX. Departing from Port Arthur, TX, the ticket agent initially refused to sell me a ticket to Houston, TX, but the bus driver assisted me in completing the purchase online. The trip from Houston to Austin went smoothly; however, upon attempting to board the 5pm bus back to Houston from Austin, I was denied entry. This led me to an unexpected detour through Waco and Dallas, causing me to miss my connections. I eventually had to pay $55 for a ticket to return home to Beaumont from Houston after facing various delays and cancellations. Unfortunately, my night at the Dallas bus station was eventful, witnessing a concerning interaction between a ticket agent named Lester and a customer that escalated unfavorably.

Hello, my name is Satanya Henderson. I purchased ticket [redacted]87, but unfortunately, I made a mistake and inputted the wrong destination. I had to cancel it for $37.98. Subsequently, I reordered another ticket [redacted] for $33.98. Later that evening, I received an email stating that my tickets were canceled, which I did not do. I contacted a person named Gusas with ID number [redacted], and she mentioned that my refund would be issued back to my card. However, I haven't seen the refund yet. After contacting customer service, I was informed that no refund would be given. I am currently stranded out of town, unable to get back home or work due to relying on this refund. I paid a total of $71.95 for both tickets. I kindly request assistance with this matter as I am in a difficult situation and would prefer to have the funds returned to my card rather than being told there is no refund. Thank you.

Hello, today I need to file a complaint about a recurring issue with Greyhound. For three days straight, the bus from Secunda to Johannesburg has been consistently late, causing us to miss connections to our final destination. Despite rescheduling our tickets for the next day, the delays persist, leading to extra costs and inconvenience as we miss connecting buses. Tomorrow, we've rescheduled our ticket once more, but we are concerned about whether Greyhound will arrive on time in Secunda at 17:30.

I am experiencing an issue with Greyhound. They provide transportation from George Washington Bridge to Tropicana casino in Atlantic City. However, on the return trip from Tropicana casino to New York, the bus goes back to Port Authority Bus Station instead of returning to the George Washington bridge location. This forces passengers to travel from downtown Manhattan and incur additional cab fares back to the Bronx. It's inconvenient and needs to be addressed promptly by Greyhound. They advised me to go to Caesar's casino in Atlantic City to catch a bus back to the George Washington Bridge station, which is counterintuitive. I urge Greyhound to improve this system. Thank you.

I recently made a ticket booking for my trip. The departure date is the 20th, and the return date is the 25th. However, I noticed a discrepancy between the itinerary shown on the website and the details in my email confirmation. The email lists the journey as departing on the 20th, transferring to location A, heading back to the starting point (B), and arriving on the 20th (C), then returning from point C on the 25th. I'm puzzled as to why my tickets display the dates as 20/20/20/25 instead of 20/20/25/25 as described. It seems there may be a mix-up in the information provided, and I'm unsure how this will impact my travel plans. My booking number is [redacted] for the bus trip to Dallas scheduled for 3:25 am on US1160. Unfortunately, my service dog had a seizure when we arrived at the terminal yesterday afternoon, causing us to miss the bus. I had to rebook with a staff member at the terminal. The new trip is scheduled for May 8th to May 9th with multiple transfers. When I arrived at 3:20 am for the rebooked bus, I was informed that the Dallas bus had just left. The driver of the bus that arrived was unaware of the situation and couldn't provide any guidance on who to contact. We are currently stranded outside until the terminal opens, so I can try to rebook once more and hopefully receive accurate information this time to board the bus.

I purchased three bus tickets and also ordered an Uber to get us there on time. When we arrived, there were several people ahead of us taking a long time, and we were unaware we could board the bus with just the ticket on our phone. As a result, we missed the bus due to the unnecessary wait in line. The lady helping us ended up calling Flixbus instead of Greyhound to resolve the issue. I'm currently trying to reschedule for the next available bus, but the next one isn't until 3:15 PM.

Yesterday, my bus was supposed to depart at 2:45 PM, but it was over an hour and a half late. I approached the bus driver for an explanation, but when I knocked on the door, he ignored me. Despite my inquiries, he refused to communicate and seemed unapproachable. This lack of customer service was humiliating and frustrating. The bus driver needs to be replaced with someone who can better interact with passengers. I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience and will be requesting a refund. The service I received was unacceptable, and this individual's attitude greatly impacted my journey.

I had a ticket for Greyhound from Lexington, Kentucky to Detroit, MI departing at 2:35 am and arriving at 10:00 am. I arrived at 2:30 am, but the bus driver left immediately without waiting. I lost my money and my ride back home. I tried to change the ticket but couldn't. The bus driver was unprofessional. My boyfriend is stranded at Albuquerque,NM terminal since around 8:30 this morning. After waiting all day due to a broken-down bus, he fell asleep. Now he's stuck with no money or anywhere to go. He needs a shuttle to take him to the hotel where they took the other passengers. The situation has been a disaster. The office workers left at 1 pm, turned off the lights, and were unprofessional and negligent about rider safety. They refused to provide any assistance. I paid $[redacted] for an expedited route from OKC, Oklahoma, to Santa Ana, CA. Unfortunately, I encountered a 6 1/2-hour delay in OKC and boarded a bus without AC. The driver was impolite and didn't adjust the lights. After several stops, I reached Phoenix but faced an additional 2-hour delay beyond the scheduled departure time. I believe I deserve a partial refund due to the inconvenience. My ticket only listed 4 stops, but the journey included more stops than expected.

Yesterday, I left my large black suitcase with yellow/orange trim on the 7:05 pm bus from Akron to Cleveland. Unfortunately, I forgot it on the bus headed to Buffalo, NY. Upon reaching the Cleveland station, I encountered poor customer service when seeking assistance. The staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and even suggested I contact corporate for assistance.

I attempted to book a ticket for my friend's return to Lewisville, TX last Sunday. My initial booking didn't go through, leading me to try again. In April, we spent over $[redacted] on Greyhound tickets only to experience last-minute delays and cancellations. Every bus scheduled that night and the following morning was canceled, leaving us, including myself, a disabled person, stranded at the station overnight. Despite the uncomfortable conditions with no seating, unhelpful staff, and witnessing a disturbing incident, we received no assistance or alternative transportation. We were forced to have a family member drive seven hours to pick us up, costing us the same amount as the tickets. We requested a refund immediately, only to have the booking mysteriously disappear post refund inquiry. Grayhound's promised refund timeframe of 7 to 14 days has passed, and we have not received any response or reimbursement to date. Despite our repeated calls for assistance, we were told to re-request the refund, which is impossible without an existing booking. We have documentation to support our claim. This level of negligence and lack of customer service is unacceptable. If we do not receive our money promptly, we will pursue legal action. Your urgent attention to this matter is expected.

I lost my bus tickets on November 22nd and now I am in need of assistance. I refuse to pay $[redacted] to $[redacted] for a one-way ticket when I had already reserved mine. This morning, I received notice that my bus was cancelled. I rebooked for a different time, but the person picking me up couldn't make it. The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and impolite, leaving me frustrated. Now, I have to find another way to travel as I no longer trust Greyhound. On June 12th, I had a troubling experience during my bus journey from Tulare, CA to Los Angeles Union Station. The bus departed late, and upon finally catching up to it, the driver failed to stop at the station. After a chaotic chase, my wife and I boarded but encountered rude behavior from the driver. Despite being adults, she reprimanded us harshly, leading to us being removed from the bus, prompting me to seek alternative transport and purchase another ticket. The driver's disrespectful conduct was unwarranted, forcing us off in an unfamiliar area. I am pursuing appropriate action, seeking accountability for her actions.
