While waiting for my delayed bus, my wallet containing my social security card, ID, credit cards, and cash was stolen. My scheduled departure time was 9:20, but I received an email indicating a updated departure time from 8:00 to 9:30. I attempted to manage my trip on the Greyhound portal to adjust my ticket, but encountered difficulties. I am not seeking a refund, just looking to reschedule or receive a voucher. My niece bought a bus ticket from Salt Lake City to Portland, OR. Unfortunately, the bus experienced mechanical problems and broke down, leading to a significant delay. As a result, she had to spend the night outside the bus depot in Salt Lake City. Today, she was given bus service to Boise, ID, but she missed her connecting bus heading east. Now, she has to wait until tomorrow morning to continue her journey. She is traveling by herself, and the company has informed her that they cannot help with the situation beyond arranging the connecting route for the morning. I find it hard to believe that this is the extent of their assistance.

I had booked a bus with Greyhound, but they sent a bus from Jefferson Airlines, which had a malfunctioning wheelchair lift. This issue caused delays as the lift could not retract back into the bus. I have been given incorrect contact information multiple times, leading to frustration during the 2-3 hours I spent on the phone earlier.
The status claims we have arrived in Kansas, but in reality, we are still far from our destination. We were promised a replacement "rescue bus" hours ago, and I am seeking an update on its status. If the rescue bus is going to take longer than the next scheduled trip, I would like to reuse my tickets to travel to Topeka, Kansas.

I had a ticket from San Antonio to Houston on April 6th, [redacted]. The bus was canceled due to a breakdown. I requested a refund online but ended up getting booked on another bus, which I can't ride. This is the second time I've been denied a refund. I purchased a ticket for my granddaughter Natasha Saponari to travel from Austin, Texas to Corpus Christi, Texas on a supposed direct Greyhound bus trip on 6/27/23. I paid extra for a seat next to her and for additional luggage. Despite arriving with plenty of time, we faced confusion due to unclear announcements and rudeness from an attendant who initially misinformed us about her bus. Consequently, Natasha missed her intended bus, leading to last-minute ticket purchases for the next trip. The original ticket was #[redacted] bought on 6/26 using my Discover card ending in [redacted]. Natasha's mother Angela Saponari bought the replacement ticket #[redacted] on her Wells Fargo credit card for the trip Natasha eventually took. I believe a refund for the original ticket is warranted due to the misdirection and poor treatment we experienced.

Last month, I booked a seat from Bigspring, TX to Petersburg, VA. Upon reaching Atlanta, GA, I had to wait for two additional hours due to an overbooked transfer bus. When boarding the next bus, the driver refused to allow my clear tote bag with all my belongings on board. Despite waiting a total of four hours already, I couldn't waste more time waiting again. I purchased 2 tickets for a trip from Daytona Beach to Miami departing at 1:25 am on July 12, [redacted]. During my trip from Tampa to Miami with a stop in Orlando, the bus driver mentioned that I would reboard the same bus to Miami after a service stop in Orlando. Trusting the driver, I left my belongings on the bus during the stop. However, upon reaching Miami, I discovered my luggage was not on the bus. It turned out I had taken a different bus to Miami than the one I arrived on in Orlando.

I traveled on a Greyhound bus on July 26 at 1:05 AM to Washington DC with a final destination of Atlanta. My booking number was [redacted]. I accidentally took a similar-looking non-descript black suitcase, around 22-24" high, when I de-boarded. I returned it to the Greyhound ticket office and filled out a claim form. I tried to contact the local Greyhound stations along the route to intercept my bag or contact the person whose bag I took, but there was no contact information available. I also attempted to reach out to the central baggage department but all calls go to voicemail. Even my efforts on Twitter did not elicit a response from Greyhound. It should be easy to locate my bag, but the lack of communication from Greyhound is frustrating.

I was supposed to travel from St. Louis International Airport Bus Port to Springfield CU Transit Center on 8/16 departing at 1:15 am.
