Hello, my name is Bryan A. Clark. My card number is 4[redacted] 7[redacted], and my address is [redacted] Clyde Dr., Theodore, AL, [redacted]. I believe my account has been compromised as someone has changed my email, password, and I cannot access the app. I had approximately $[redacted] in my account, with the card unlocked but money in savings. I restricted the amount I needed daily. However, my account is now restricted, and I am unable to reach anyone by phone. I've already submitted a picture of my ID to the website. Please, can someone assist in ensuring my money is secure? Thank you.

I recently bought a green dot Visa debit card. I believe I may have logged in previously, although it was a while back. My phone number has changed, and all my information is different. When I try to access my account, it says the details are incorrect. I loaded $60 onto it to pay for my $45 Straight Talk plan, which is due. The card has a 16-digit number and two expiration dates: 9/25 on the front and 7/25 on the back. Despite having the receipt for the $60, it keeps saying my information is wrong due to the old phone number and different details. I seem to have used Green Dot before, but I can't recall what for. I'm stuck and really need assistance to get my Straight Talk service activated. Thank you.

I bought a Green Dot Visa debit card, added $60 on it, and downloaded the app. When I entered the 16-digit number, I saw different expiration dates on the card: 09/25 on the front and 7/25 on the back. This confuses me as I've never used a Green Dot card before, except maybe for playing games. Although my phone number and personal info are the same, the discrepancy in expiration dates concerns me. I have the receipt as proof of purchase, and I loaded $60 to pay my phone bill with Straight Talk due to illness causing a delay in payment. I had to get the card from a local store instead of traveling 80 miles to Walmart. The card isn't working as expected, and this situation is frustrating and unclear to me. Hello, I'm Leslie from Overhead Door of Utah Valley. I recently encountered a fraudulent attempt to change the direct deposit information of our employee, Benjamin Faber. Although initially unaware, my suspicion arose when Ben denied requesting this change after I asked for his SSN and email address to update the direct deposit form. The fraudster provided a voided check with Ben's home address and the account number [redacted]23 for the payroll transfer. I have supporting documents available if needed but am unable to upload them here. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought a Green Dot debit card at the dollar store. Upon trying to activate it, I received a message saying it was already registered. I attempted to log in using my email and social security number, but it did not work as I never registered it; I simply purchased the card. I have my receipt as proof. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep avoiding my issue and disconnecting the calls. I need access to the funds to pay my power bill, which is the reason I bought the card.

Dear Community Members, I am reaching out through this channel since unfortunately, the customer service from this company is lacking. Recently, my elderly mother bought what she believed to be a $[redacted] "Gift Card." However, the Green Dot card she purchased was actually a $[redacted] "Visa Debit" card with high monthly fees of $7.95, encouraging customers to use the card to avoid losing its value. Despite Green Dot's lack of concern for the reason behind purchasing the card, I feel compelled to explain why my mother, at 85 years old, bought it. Dealing with cancer treatments in Cleveland, I appreciate the support. My mother, on a fixed income, got the card to help me during my recovery. Unfortunately, when she tried to use it, there was an issue at the store. I will contact Green Dot to address this, though I fear they may not prioritize resolving it. Thank you for listening. I have a check that I keep trying to cash, and they keep telling me to cash it elsewhere. I have not cashed this check. I got another check just to show that I have not cashed it. It's been three months, and I want my money. My lawyer has been informed, and there's no reason why this check has not been cashed.

I'm Toni Talbert, a go2bank cardholder. I've allowed my husband to use my card for his direct deposits. Today is his payday, but I cannot locate his deposit on my card. I'm reaching out because go2bank is connected with your services. I'm concerned his paycheck may be delayed as his company, Gate City Bank, is verifying if his deposit was rejected. They are waiting to issue him a paper check if needed.

I have been locked out of my account, and the company is not providing clear reasons for the action. Despite submitting valid identification multiple times, including my state ID with a photo that is not expired, they claimed my documents did not qualify. I even offered my birth certificate, social security number, and another Green Dot card, but they only accepted my ID. After waiting for a review, they abruptly closed my account and took my $4,[redacted], which I received from the IRS for my tax return. Every time I call them, they either hang up or keep me on hold for hours, leaving me confused and anxious. I simply want access to my funds or a refund as I am not wealthy and desperately need my money.

I need assistance setting up my account on moneypack.com to transfer my money. I contacted customer service at [redacted], but they were unhelpful and directed me to call [redacted], which is an automated system referring me to MoneyPak.com/help. This experience has frustrated me, and I want a refund immediately rather than in 10 days. I prefer returning to the retailer and retrieving my money, excluding the $4.95 fee.

I purchased a card and loaded it with $[redacted] at Walmart on the 22nd around 7 or 8 o'clock. The person I was with had a friend with him who destroyed my receipt. I put the card away until Monday morning. When I woke up, that man came in through the back door and took my card from my purse. I called the police, and they advised me to contact Walmart first, then reach out to you. I'm having trouble getting through on the report line without more information. What should I do? I can go to Walmart to get a receipt now, but they mentioned that with the time and date provided, I should be able to take care of it. The police mentioned they need the name of the person who is on my card, and charges will be pressed.

I requested a transfer of five hundred dollars from my bank account to Chime for a rental car deposit. The bank claimed they processed it, but Chime says they did not receive the funds. After filing a dispute, the bank agreed to provide a provisional credit. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing constant dropped calls and was unable to reach anyone on the phone. Yesterday, after being verified multiple times, I waited for the dispute team but got disconnected. I am currently traveling by bus as I couldn't load the funds properly. I am still trying to reach them for that provisional credit.

I bought a Green Dot prepaid card from Walmart for my daughter. Sadly, she misplaced the package and receipt. Upon activation, there may have been an error with the information input. When attempting to activate it, an error message stating that it can't be located appears. Additionally, using it in-store results in declined transactions. We bought a Green Dot card to pay for an online class, loaded it with $[redacted]. However, when we tried to activate it through the app, it couldn't verify the card. A month passed, and we used a different card for the class. Today, we attempted to activate the Green Dot card again but it still couldn't be found. Returning to 7-Eleven was unhelpful. I purchased a Green Dot card, loaded it with $[redacted], and when I tried to activate it at home, I faced issues. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem, the company pushed it back to me. I discovered the card had been previously activated by someone else. I have spent over 50 hours and made numerous calls to them, only to deal with incompetent personnel who have not been helpful. I've been repeatedly hung up on, promised callbacks that never happened, and left frustrated. After purchasing another card from Walmart, I faced the same activation issue. This has caused me problems, including debts and a repossessed vehicle. If this is not resolved, I am ready to report them to BBB and other platforms, share my experience online, involve news outlets, take legal action, and bring charges against them and Walmart. I am determined to get a refund for the service I paid for but did not receive.

I have the same dilemma that I am currently trying to fix. It all started on August 5, [redacted], at 19:15:45 when I paid $21.95 to load a card with exactly $20.00. When I tried to activate the card using the app at home, I received an error message. After contacting customer service and speaking to three different representatives, I was unable to resolve the issue. I tried searching online for solutions but found no help. Each time I explained the situation, the representatives ended the chat abruptly. I felt like I was taking two steps forward and ten steps back in resolving this. My Turbo Intuit debit card, which I've had for three years, suddenly had a block placed on it, and my funds are being held. I provided my ID as requested, but I was informed by the IRS that they did not initiate the block. The card, associated with Green Dot Banking, is withholding over $[redacted], mostly from IRS refunds and my job's direct deposit. Despite following all verification steps, they've given me contradictory explanations and have been unhelpful, even resorting to hanging up on me. I plan to escalate this issue to the FDIC and the Better Business Bureau if my card isn't unlocked soon since I have five children to support.
