I encountered an issue when trying to register my card for paying my phone bill. After closing the registration due to an error, I tried again but now it does not recognize my information when I input the card number along with my date of birth and social security number. Despite my attempts to call, I am unable to move forward in the process as my details are not being recognized. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to chat with a representative for assistance. I have a copy of my receipt with the purchase date and item details. Additionally, I have the card and the packaging. I have taken pictures of everything, front and back, is that sufficient? I was informed over the phone that a refund would be issued. I confirmed my need for a refund and was told to expect an email in two days with further instructions. Before I received my card, it was stolen. My stimulus refund was deposited into the account associated with my card, but my email and phone were locked and then changed, preventing access to my account. I've attempted to resolve this but was asked for transaction statements that I never made to verify my identity. Consequently, I canceled the card to address this issue. To access the money from the IRS, this unresolved issue must be fixed. Although I have a new card on the way to my updated address, the benefits taken from the original card remain unresolved. I only recently discovered that money was issued to me in [redacted] without my knowledge. I've been searching for this missing stimulus money, only to learn about it years later. I am experiencing issues activating my Green Dot card. Every time I attempt to activate it, I receive an invalid card number message. I have been a Green Dot customer for more than 5 years. Last year, I had a Green Dot prepaid debit card that expired on 10/22. When I called them, they said they would send me a new card, but I never received it.
