Hello, I have been receiving my tax returns through a debit card provided by your bank for the past few years. However, during the first round of stimulus checks, the deposit went to a card with your bank that had expired and had no funds. I've tried to contact your customer service, but have been unsuccessful. As the second round of stimulus checks is underway, I am wondering if the recent deposit was made to one of the two Green Dot cards associated with your bank. I placed an order on Amazon with my bank for three items totaling $[redacted].67. Shortly after, a separate charge of $73.14 appeared, which was already included in the initial transaction. I'm concerned about the double charge and when I can expect a refund as I rely on that money. I've contacted customer service three times but haven't received a satisfactory response. My time is valuable too, and I expect prompt resolution. This level of service is not what a customer should experience.

I was advised by customer support to email my ID and a copy of a bill, along with the last 4 digits of my card, so they can send me the remaining funds in my account. Someone took over my account and spent approximately $25,[redacted]. I filed disputes, providing details of the unauthorized transactions, including multiple purchases at the Apple Store, despite not owning any Apple products. I also mentioned money transfers totaling around $5,[redacted]. I need help retrieving my funds from Green Dot as all transactions were done online, presumably requiring a delivery address.

Hello, I'm Jessica Fisher. I was supposed to receive my stimulus refund today, 01/04/[redacted], but I haven't been able to due to inactivity on my card. I received a notification on my phone about the card processing and direct deposit to the card ending in ([redacted]). Subsequently, I was told the card would be reactivated, but I haven't received any further updates. I hope this issue can be resolved as I am in need of the refund and also expecting my regular tax refund on that card.

We operate a Christian-based homeless shelter for women and children. A generous donor contributed $2,[redacted] for Christmas gifts. I bought two Green Dot Cards valued at $[redacted] each on 12/02/20 from Walgreens. Unfortunately, one card, ending in [redacted], with $[redacted] has not worked for our local stores. I recently submitted four claims regarding an online scam that took $[redacted] from me in just 36 days. The claims department quickly rejected all the claims, stating no error was found, but I strongly disagree. I believe they didn't investigate properly, as they would have seen I never received my 30-day trial period, only 3 days from sample receipt. The company charged me before the authorized date and short-shipped me $[redacted] worth of unordered products out of the $[redacted]. It's been approximately three months now, and I can't even email my claim due to the company's lack of an email address for communication. I'm disappointed in Greendot's handling of my case and worried about the lack of oversight in the claims department. This experience has caused me financial strain, especially during the pandemic, and I feel the company's absence of proper communication channels reflects poorly on their credibility.

My stimulus payment of $[redacted].00 was deposited into my Turbo card on 12-31-[redacted]. However, my account was blocked due to unusual activity, even though I never used this card before. After spending hours on hold, I was informed that I needed to upload a valid ID to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a valid ID or the funds to obtain one. My family is struggling financially, and I was never notified about the unusual activity despite having text alerts and providing my email address since April of last year. If I had known, I would have closed the account to prevent any compromise. Many others are facing similar challenges, and it's crucial for people to access their funds, especially in these difficult times.

I purchased a card for $1 and loaded $[redacted] on it, but it got mixed up at the Walmart in Sand Springs. I accidentally left it at the register and now it seems to be missing. Subsequent calls have been unhelpful, with long wait times and no customer service. Even an unemployment representative mentioned multiple problems with GreenDot and similar services. These actions harm society's most vulnerable, especially during a global pandemic. It is crucial that more people come forward to hold this questionable company accountable.

I have been waiting since September 17, [redacted] for a new card. I need to move the money from account ending in [redacted] to another account with the same routing number but a different account number. However, I am unable to transfer the funds. I bought a Green Dot card from Walmart, activated it, and registered it on the Green Dot app. Subsequently, I received a personalized Green Dot card from them, loaded it with $[redacted], and registered it as well. However, on the app, I am only able to see the details of the original card purchased from Walmart, not the new personalized one. I'm unable to check the balance on the new unlimited Green Dot card. I uninstalled the app and now I can't remember my passwords, logins, or username. I recently acquired a Green Dot card two weeks ago. Initially, I purchased a temporary Green Dot card from Walmart. After downloading the Green Dot app and registering my temporary card, everything worked smoothly. Subsequently, Green Dot sent me a new Unlimited card, but when I tried to register it on the app, the card did not appear. I am currently unable to access my funds due to waiting for a replacement card to be sent. The previous card was sent to an outdated address, and despite changing it, I had to pay extra for expedited shipping on three replacement cards. Unfortunately, even with the updated address and expedited shipping, I haven't received the new card and I am unable to track its status. I am concerned it might be sent to the wrong address once again. I opted for expedited shipping, but there is no record of it being sent that way. I just need to locate my new card or find an alternative way to access my funds without it.

Yesterday, my second stimulus check was deposited into my Green Dot account, which I specifically set up for receiving the COVID stimulus checks from the government. Unfortunately, the account number on the card I received is not the same as the account number linked to my Green Dot app, so I'm unable to access my funds. I am unable to access my Green Dot account as there has been unauthorized changes to my email and phone number. I have already informed a Green Dot representative about this issue, especially because I was expecting a $[redacted] deposit in December. The deposit was made on January 4th, but it seems like the person who gained unauthorized access to my account managed to take the money. I received my stimulus payment on a lost card and subsequently ordered a replacement card. Unaware that I could also order a replacement for the original account, I ended up with a new card ending in [redacted], which I've been using for holiday shopping. I recently relocated and still get mail at both the old and new addresses. When I ordered the second card, I had to provide the street number from the address associated with the old card, which ended in [redacted] or [redacted]. I'm unable to monitor the status of the lost card like I could before ordering its replacement, which I'm still waiting to receive, checking both addresses for mail. I have ordered a new card, but it has not arrived yet. When I enter my social security number and birthdate in the automated system (as I don't have the card number), it shows a negative $4.95 balance on the card. My first stimulus payment was deposited into an account ending in [redacted] on May 15, [redacted], according to irs.gov. I believe the routing and account numbers for that card are [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], respectively, based on my [redacted] tax information. I am trying to locate my first stimulus payment and hopefully track down my second stimulus payment by locating and recovering this Green Dot Visa TurboTax card account.
