I recently engaged with a Google ad on my mobile device. I received a message claiming I won an iPhone XS worth $[redacted].00 for $0, just paying $1 for packing and postage. After attempting to provide my credit card information, I realized it might be a scam. The fine print mentioned a company called Staffordish Ltd in Cyprus. It turns out it's not from Google as I initially thought, but possibly a virus. Now, I'm concerned about the safety of my credit card details and recurring charges. Being a person with disabilities compounded by ongoing personal challenges, I seek help to resolve this issue. I wish to either receive the iPhone if it is genuinely from Google or have the pop-ups stopped. Moreover, I request a 24/7 Google helpline for immediate assistance, potentially staffed by student volunteers who could earn benefits and recognition for their service. These volunteers would aid in alleviating technology-related stress, with a focus on American customer service for better communication.

I am receiving multiple unwanted advertisement emails from various @googlemail.com addresses every day. Despite having an opt-out option, my requests to stop these emails are being ignored. Here are some examples of the email sources I am trying to block:

I own a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 that I hadn't used in roughly 2.5 years until we relocated to Hawaii. Unfortunately, I can't recall the username or password associated with it. Despite having the original purchase documents and being registered with Samsung, I face obstacles during the recovery process. The verification code is sent to my previous (now inactive) phone number, and when I attempt to use my current number, I receive a code that I can't input into my Samsung device due to the login issue. After trying to reset the device, I encountered an "unauthorized reset" message, leading me back to the username and password request or recovery email I can no longer access. I feel stuck in this cycle. How can I resolve this situation, or will my device remain unusable as an expensive paperweight?

I subscribed to a 100GB plan on Google Drive, and I am currently encountering issues with uploading and accessing photos from my Samsung Galaxy S9+ Android phone. I usually edit photos on my phone, save the edited images to my phone, and then upload them to my Google Drive before deleting the originals. However, I am facing a problem where photos saved on my phone do not show up in the specific Google Drive folder on my computer unless I restart it. Interestingly, only the photos I have deleted from my phone are visible on my computer's Google Drive account instead of the edited pictures I need for real estate listings. I recently received an email notification from Google informing me that my account has been successfully recovered. I am concerned because I did not initiate this recovery process and was not contacted prior to this email. This is the first I am hearing about any account recovery. How could this happen if my privacy is being protected? Additionally, I noticed that shortly after this notification, many of my photos and screenshots disappeared from my Gallery with only a few random ones remaining in a different order. It seems suspicious that someone may have accessed my account and selectively removed these files. I checked storage and downloads, but there is no trace of these missing items. I urge Google to address this matter promptly as my privacy has been compromised, and I believe someone should be held responsible for this breach. Last year, I downloaded an app called 8Fit, explored it briefly, and decided it wasn't suitable for me, especially after discovering my pregnancy. Unbeknownst to me, the app billed my mobile service provider and subsequently added subscription charges to my mobile bill three times for AU$40 each. In October [redacted], upon realizing this, I promptly cancelled the subscription. After contacting the developer, they assured me that a full refund was issued. However, upon inquiring about the missing refund, the developer redirected me to Google, where my refund seemed to have disappeared. Despite my efforts to request a refund through the app purchase history, Google responded with an email stating they couldn't issue a refund due to policy restrictions. This automated reply left me feeling frustrated, as it seems they didn't thoroughly review my case, leaving me questioning why they are withholding money under the guise of policy compliance.

I started experiencing issues with my Google account back in August. Every time I tried to login, my password would be changed frequently, sometimes every 5 minutes. I kept all my passwords in a notebook. This went on until last month. I was hesitant to contact Google due to inappropriate content in my account. Today has been enlightening for me and my business. I realized that using a personal Gmail account for my business violated Google's emailing policies. Due to this, my personal Google account has been disabled, affecting access to third-party applications crucial for my business. I have since created a Google G-Suite Admin Business Account and will adjust my email campaigns and business practices to comply with Google's policies in the future.
I kindly request the restoration of the Google Account associated with [redacted] to maintain access to my non-email related platforms. Moving forward, I will adhere to the guidelines on email content, volume, and relevance to prevent any issues with sending spam emails. I will stop using previous emails and transition to sending emails from my new G-Suite Business Account to ensure compliance with Google's policies. I suspect someone is hacking all four of my Gmail accounts, as well as my Facebook and Messenger. They have also hacked my phones. They are impersonating me, opening online accounts with fraudulent credit cards in my name. They can hear conversations and see all activity. I'm seeking help for refunds on approximately 25 fraudulent transactions. The hacker uses emails like [redacted] and others. I've contacted local authorities, FTC, and FBI for criminal fraud and identity theft. The hacker is targeting my family, friends, and colleagues. I was arrested on December 12, [redacted], and my ex-girlfriend and her husband entered my house on the same day, taking all my belongings along with a notebook containing my account passwords. I recently started a G Suite trial for my domain, but unfortunately, my Gmail accounts have been hacked, including my basic account. Despite deleting the hacked accounts, Google keeps restoring them. I have only used one Gmail business account for years and have been unable to recover it for over 5 months now. I have contacted Google multiple times about this issue, as well as reaching out to Apple and law enforcement since December. However, Google has not responded to my pleas for help. Seeing no progress, I attempted to use the phone number provided for G Suite support, but my domain and G Suite have also been hacked. I am unable to sign in and am lost on how to proceed with the instructions provided by Google. The Android OS on my LG phone presents a facade of choice in granting app permissions, but it actually limits control over essential functions. Google Maps, for instance, demands access to features like the microphone, turning the phone into a mere data-gathering tool for Alphabet's benefit. This coercive tactic diminishes the user's autonomy. By insisting on intrusive permissions for basic functions, Google steers users towards unwittingly contributing to their data collection efforts. It's unsettling to see how unrelated permissions are pushed for seemingly simple tasks and obstruct basic functions when denied. To uphold genuine user choice, native apps should be redesigned to function without unnecessary permissions, enhancing user privacy and control.
