About two years ago, I created a Gmail account, [redacted], for my Microsoft gamertag butbutyoun06. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for both the Microsoft account and the associated Gmail account. I need the original password to be sent to me so I can reset it. The phone I used to set it up is no longer with me. The recovery email for the Gmail account is [redacted], but I am unable to recover it for some reason. I need assistance in retrieving the original password. As proof of ownership, [redacted] is linked to the account. The password was initially [redacted]1Mb, but I changed it for school to [redacted]. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello, I am Elisabeth Visser. I do not have a Gmail account, but I am receiving harassing emails from a Gmail user. My nephew, Jonathan Visser, is using my deceased brother's account to send unpleasant emails to me and others. My brother, Paul Felix Visser, passed away on 8/27/[redacted]. I have his death certificate and letter of testamentary available. The email address in question is [redacted] I kindly request the immediate closure of this account as his executor. I am unable to access my email account, [redacted], as I have forgotten the password. Despite trying various methods to recover it, including providing the date the account was created and other security information, I have been unsuccessful. The initial password for this account was CHUIYA123@#. I also have a YouTube channel with two videos, a Quora account, and a LinkedIn account linked to this email address. Due to this issue, I have lost access to these platforms as well. My name is Kiran Bhagat, and I am from Panipat, Haryana, India. The "22" in my email address signifies my birthdate. Please assist me in recovering access to my important email account.

I have been assisting a friend with hardware and software computer issues. Recently, she has been unable to access her deceased husband's computer as it does not recognize the password that was last changed on December 8, [redacted], for security reasons. In order to address this, we are going through the 'Forgot Password' protocol. As she only has one email address, I used one of my email addresses to receive a verification code from Google. Google mentioned a 3-5 day wait time to check the security issue. However, it is challenging as she does not remember her security questions and answers. I have written them down, but she often misplaces the paper, making verification difficult. She is transitioning to create her own Google account for various services to move away from ATT. I composed an email on my iPhone, and despite clicking "SEND," it remains labeled as "Draft" in my SENT folder. I have attempted to edit it three times, and an "Edit Email" option still shows, causing uncertainty about its delivery status. Gmail erroneously indicates there are 51 drafts, although I didn't make that many edits. Notably, when opening the email on my MacBook Air, the content differs, displaying only one incomplete sentence. This inconsistency between platforms impacts user experience. It is crucial for Google to address these email system issues promptly, especially for professional communication like job applications. Past experiences have shown the unreliability of Gmail, resulting in missed opportunities. I urge for a solution to ensure the email is successfully sent from my iPhone. I've been receiving a message stating that it's unable to renew my subscription to G Suite. There's an option to update the information, but it's not functioning properly. I've attempted to resolve it by clearing my cookies, even though it was a hassle to find my usernames again, but the issue persists. I then tried updating my credit card details under the payment information in the settings tab, but the problem continues. I'm concerned about potentially losing access to my G Suite email accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. This pertains to my account with Rellimcontracting.com.

My business, Laser and Wellness Center in Vancouver, WA, has unfortunately received four fake reviews which have significantly impacted our operations. Prior to these false reviews, we used to have between 5-15 new consultation clients a week, but now we are down to only 2 or 3 on a good week. These reviews need to be removed immediately. Real patients have detailed files with contact information, per our HIPAA laws, and the individuals who posted these fake reviews have never visited our clinic. I am seeking legal action for the loss of income caused by this slander. For the past 10 years, I have dedicated long hours to building my clientele and have always prioritized providing exceptional service. These fake reviews have unjustly affected my business and hardworking employees. Any information you can provide about the individuals behind these reviews would be helpful as my attorney is working on legal action. I deeply value the positive impact my work has on people's lives, and I am committed to resolving this issue promptly.

After updating my Galaxy Note 9 phone around 16th March [redacted], I've encountered issues sharing calendar events via the ICS file. Despite speaking with Samsung and Verizon, resetting and even re-flashing the software, the problem persists. Both companies suggest that there may be an ongoing issue they are working to address with a patch. I would like to know if there is indeed a problem with the latest Samsung phone upgrade causing this calendar sharing glitch and when a fix might be available. I am concerned about unauthorized charges on my bank statement from Google NUSOFT. Two charges, $8.80 and $43.98 from Google Play, are not showing up in my Google account as identifiable transactions. I did not make any in-app purchases on March 28, [redacted], so I am unsure what products these charges are for. My bank alerted me to the charges, which I disputed as unauthorized. However, these charges do not appear in my Google payment history. I recently downloaded some apps, but I did not authorize any purchases within the apps. I need Google to provide an explanation for these charges and refund them promptly.

I bought the Power Outage Alarm Pro app from the Playstore and got a new Samsung Galaxy phone to use it. Now, the app is unavailable for download on my replacement phone as Google removed it, according to the developer. I think Google made a mistake since the app is valuable and helpful. It's disappointing that Google took away something I paid for and that could benefit many users. Very frustrated with Google over this situation.

I require assistance urgently. I have spent hours trying to seek help through your helpline and community platforms without success. I recently factory reset my old phone after transferring all data to my new one. However, when I accessed my new phone, my contacts were missing. While my Google account shows 32 contacts are saved, only 10 can be restored. I am in need of help to recover the rest of my contacts. I have tried contacting my phone provider and Samsung services. This is my last resort. I am certain my contacts still exist as I have switched phones multiple times without issues. I am in urgent need of human assistance. I have spent hours trying to get help through your helpline and community resources with no success. After factory resetting my old phone and transferring everything to my new phone, my contacts disappeared upon switching to the new device. Although my Google account shows that I have 32 contacts saved, it only restores 10. I am desperate to recover my lost contacts and have already sought help from my phone provider and Samsung services to no avail. I have repeatedly switched phones and reset my old one without any issues until now. I am certain my contacts are not lost as I have used them for weeks. Please help me restore my contacts as I urgently need them.

I recently found my Verizon Ellipsis 10 tablet after thinking it was broken. Upon trying to log in, I couldn't recall the password and had to factory reset it. Now, during the setup wizard, it's asking for a previously synced Google account that I can't seem to verify. Despite being the only owner of the tablet, I am unable to access it. Verizon mentioned it's a Google security measure and only Google can resolve it. I am frustrated as I pay for the tablet and need it to function properly. I am disappointed with Google's handling of this issue and would appreciate a resolution promptly.

I have been bombarded with 28 calls from phone number [redacted] in the last two days, claiming to be from a company named Garage LTD in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania. These calls are interrupting my work and personal life despite my polite requests to be removed from their list. The individuals I spoke to were unprofessional and hung up on me when I asked to stop receiving calls. I suspect this is a scam, especially since they refused to provide their company's full name. I am planning to report them to the Federal Trade Commission tomorrow. As someone who has worked in sales, I understand the importance of genuine communication, but this situation is unacceptable and stressful.

I recently deactivated my Instagram account @onehundredhamsters due to privacy concerns. However, I have noticed that a third-party website, pintaram.com, is still displaying my photos in Google search results. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not been successful in having my profile and photos removed. This is a serious breach of my privacy, as I took measures to keep my content private by deactivating my account. I kindly request that the necessary actions are taken to remove my photos from appearing in search engine results.

I noticed that my Google account was disabled overnight from Wednesday to Thursday. I suspect it was hacked, but I can't confirm. I rely heavily on my phone for communication, and Google services are essential to me since they are used for most everything. Despite filling out all the necessary forms, I was told a decision would take nearly a week to be made. Changing my email address is not an option as many people use it to contact me as an Ambassador for The Better Medicare Alliance in Washington DC. Being unable to access my emails, Google Drive, and YouTube has significantly impacted my ability to work, especially because I manage everything from my bed due to my disability.
