Hello! I recently reached the limit of my storage on my Google Photos account and needed to upgrade. I attempted to do so, but realized I couldn't remember my password. I successfully changed it but faced difficulty logging back in as the system prompted me to verify my identity. Options provided were to input an 8-digit security code, use the Google authentication app, or confirm via a phone message. Usually, I opt for the phone confirmation, but due to the password change, this method didn't work, and I was logged out of all accounts. Unfortunately, my backup codes were outdated, and the Google authentication was disrupted post-password change. Despite having a linked recovery email, I encountered issues using it for sign-in purposes. Although I have the associated phone number and can answer security questions, these options weren't presented to me. I am having trouble logging into my [redacted] account as my phone was stolen and my account was frozen. There is important information, like a $[redacted] gift certificate to Victoria's Secret, that I need to retrieve. I am not sure about my recovery numbers. Unfortunately, my identity was also stolen, and [redacted] took money out of my bank account, which I inherited from my late father who passed away on August 14, [redacted]. Despite seeing his name on my bank statements, TJ Stephens denied involvement. Please assist me in recovering my account. I am having an issue with someone from Google attempting to withdraw money from my checking account without authorization for alleged purchases. This has been a recurring problem for the past three to four years. I have repeatedly sent emails and filed disputes with my bank requesting them not to pay Google anything. Despite this, Google attempted to take $3.18 from my account early this morning. I received an email notification from my bank about this unauthorized transaction. I possess screenshots of them accusing me of hacking, despite not owning a home computer or having any knowledge of such activities. I am not very familiar with computers, so I would appreciate speaking with a Google expert to assist me in recovering a hacked email account. I need to reset the account as I can't recall the password and no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. Due to this, I am unable to receive a new verification code. For the past three weeks, my browser extensions have been showing up on the toolbar but are not functioning properly. One of these extensions is my Norton vault. I have contacted Norton for help three times, and they resolve the issue temporarily. However, every time I restart my computer, the same problems arise. Norton guided me through reinstalling the extension on the Google extension page, but I find this inconvenient as I am not tech-savvy. The icons for Privacy Builder and Adblock through Norton are inaccessible, and the Norton Safe Web icon is not working. 1) Initially, I installed 1 Google Nest thermostat without a c-wire for testing purposes.
2) One evening, the thermostat displayed a "low battery" warning, prompting me to address it the following day.
3) Unfortunately, the battery depleted overnight, leading to frozen pipes due to no heat.
4) I had to engage a plumber, resulting in a bill exceeding $[redacted] to rectify the situation.
5) I am seeking a dialogue with Google for potential reimbursement since I did not receive any preemptive notifications about the battery status. This lack of communication surprises me as it is common practice.

Despite having all the necessary information to prove it's my account, I couldn't regain access because she altered everything. I am currently able to access my Gmail account, but when I open the emails, the content appears blank. The subject line is visible, but the message content is missing. Despite this, I know there is content there as I can see it if I try to forward the email. I am not very familiar with technical matters, so I may have unintentionally triggered this issue. I am 86 years old and require my cell phone for emergencies. Today, when I needed it during a health scare, Google deactivated my phone without warning. This caused immense distress as I was left stranded. It is unacceptable to shut off someone's device abruptly. My service is not with Google but it is an Android phone, so this action was unwarranted since we do not owe any money. Google's reasoning about the password security is unjustified and unnecessarily risky. There should be protocols in place to prevent such incidents, as it could lead to dire consequences someday. I urgently need my phone reactivated, and I will address the password concerns soon. Many of the listed passwords are outdated, and I faced difficulties removing them.

I recently switched phone services from T-Mobile to AT&T. While transferring everything over, the employee at AT&T was able to move everything except for my email due to a forgotten password. We tried various ways to recover the Gmail account ending in [redacted], including using my phone number, old Hotmail account, and a recently created Gmail account ending in [redacted] Unfortunately, none of the attempts were successful. I am concerned about potentially losing access to important emails for ongoing projects. When trying to recover the Gmail account, the system offers various ways to receive a code but does not send it to the correct email address, [redacted], which is the only one I have been using to try to recover the old account.

I recently received a critical security alert on my Google account on 28th February [redacted]. Despite not using my account at that time, it displayed a red warning prompting me to enhance security. Upon checking my email, I discovered a notification from YouTube regarding content removal from a channel I didn't own. Upon investigation, I found a YouTube channel with videos uploaded under my name, starting from the day of the suspicious activity. I promptly deleted the channel, videos, and content. I have changed my password, but I am concerned about resolving this issue and taking appropriate action against the hacker. I am a victim of domestic abuse and stalking. The individual accessed and took control of my email accounts, iPhone, AT&T account, iCloud, work email, computer, home security system, and even entered my home. My name is Susan Leist. My previous cell phone number was [redacted]. My affected Gmail accounts are slleist@gmail and susanleist1@gmail. I suspect he created other accounts using my personal information. I seek assistance to access these accounts, monitor activity, and retrieve important data. He also compromised my Gmail photo account where I stored pictures of my children and grandchildren. After my vehicle was broken into and my wallet and phone were stolen, I filed an insurance claim for the phone. I promptly got a new phone, activated it, and synced it with all my Google accounts. However, my Google account was changed without my knowledge. It turns out my ex-girlfriend was behind the theft and had manipulated my Google accounts after I deactivated the stolen phone. Now, I am unable to log into Google, receive password codes, or access various apps due to this security breach. I have tried to prove my identity without success. I have since acquired a new phone number but I am still struggling to regain access to my original Gmail to retrieve important photos and stored information.
