I loaned my phone to a friend, and when I got it back, I couldn't access my Google account. I suspect my password was changed. Unfortunately, I can't retrieve the code sent to my recovery email or phone due to too many attempts. This has been happening for three days. The friend who borrowed my phone is Sara Hines, and my name is Ruthie Fink. I'm worried about losing my photos stored in my Google account. I've been hacked multiple times, and it's caused a lot of stress and anxiety for my husband and me. He's even offering $[redacted] for evidence to convict these hackers. I am having trouble accessing my business email account on my phone. After changing phone carriers, I am unable to log in as I no longer have access to my old number. My name is Margaret Allotey. I had a Galaxy S7 Edge that broke, resulting in the display malfunctioning. I sent it for repair, but after fixing the display, the phone is now blocked, displaying a message saying "device is disabled, contact IT administrator." The repairer mentioned that the phone was reported stolen, causing Google to block it. I purchased the phone new in May [redacted] and have been the only user. I attempted to log into my [redacted] account through Thunderbird but received an error stating my information isn't recognized. My other Gmail accounts work well with Thunderbird, and I can access bluebayouswildchild@gmail directly through the Google browser. Why is Thunderbird not working with this account? Hello, I am trying to access an Amazon account that my co-worker set up, but I am having trouble logging in. Google is not allowing me to access the account, and Amazon is requesting the email associated with it. I need to return a costly product, but I am unable to do so without the email information. Since I cannot reach my co-worker and do not have the Google password, I am stuck. I do know the Amazon password, but I cannot log in without the required email. I accidentally broke my phone and got a replica, but I can't remember my Google account password. The backup email is also inaccessible. I used to have an account a long time ago when I first got a phone and added [redacted] as the email. Recently, I've realized there are things I need in that account. I suspect it's been hacked because after sharing it with a friend for business purposes and getting a new phone, I couldn't log in. Yesterday, I created a Gmail account with my genuine name [redacted] to post a comment on a friend's Wordpress website. Shortly after, criminal hackers accessed my account, changed my password and phone number for verification. Google no longer recognizes my phone number, which the hacker replaced with one ending in "..31". This unauthorized person is using my name for fraudulent activities, and I require Google's help to regain access to my account and track down the criminal using the phone number ending in "..31". I have a second Gmail account secured with 2 Factor verification, thanks to Google's assistance. I now need Google's support to recover my original account that was compromised by these criminals. I am willing to provide a screenshot demonstrating how my account was fraudulently accessed and altered by these individuals.

I am unable to access my previous email account as I have forgotten the password and no longer have the phone number associated with it. This has been an issue for a couple of years. I was trying to find a hotel recommended by Google that turned out to be 20 minutes away. It was 1:49 am, and I was lost after driving for over 14 hours. I had to contact the hotel for guidance, spending more than an hour searching. I kindly request a refund as the situation was not fair. I was alone and scared, not knowing where to go. My account was hacked. I reached out to Google support for help in recovering it. Although Google stated the recovery was successful, I still cannot access my account. It has been six months now, and I am hoping for two outcomes: either to regain full access to my account through a successful recovery, or to obtain copies of my game Lords Mobile purchase history to link my account to a new email. I recently purchased a new Quasar 40-inch Smart LED TV, model Q40FST2. When I tried to sign in to my Google account, it wouldn't let me due to browser security issues. Google suggested downloading Google Chrome for a secure connection. However, when I attempted to download Chrome, it required signing in which Google was still blocking. I adjusted my security settings in Google but it did not resolve the problem. I am stuck in a loop where Google is asking for a safe browser to access my account, but it won't let me download Chrome because I need to sign in. I have been charged five times (RM 19.90 X 5) today by Google Play Store on my billing phone line for buying diamonds in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. I currently haven't played or opened the game in some time. Upon receiving the message on my phone about the purchases, I quickly opened my MLBB account to check, but there are no additional items that have been purchased earlier. I suspect that my account has been hacked, and someone has been using it to make purchases in the game. For your information, I have not made any recent purchases related to this game on my phone. I wish to file a complaint about this issue and request a refund as I have lost almost RM [redacted] today. Please take this matter seriously as your apps may be allowing other people to hack into others' accounts.

However, Vodafone customer service informed me that the rs.[redacted] recharge only provides unlimited calling for 70 days. This discrepancy has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I am seeking clarification on who is responsible for this incorrect information and lack of appropriate service. I need assistance deleting a video I uploaded on YouTube a year ago. The email I used for the account is [redacted] Google is asking for verification due to using a different device than the one I originally used. Despite entering what I believe is the correct phone number, I'm not receiving the verification code. I don't have two-step recovery set up and there seems to be no email associated with the account. However, my other Google accounts have a recovery email listed. I also have an email confirming my subscription to the channel I want to delete from a different account, proving ownership. Despite trying to receive verification codes by email, Google cannot confirm my identity. This situation is frustrating. I contacted the developers of 91 Act to address an issue. They were promoting false information to users, and I asked for a refund. They did not resolve the duplicate charges on my account for unused items. I am also unable to access their server without notice. This deceitful behavior is unacceptable.

I recently was a victim of a robbery where my new Galaxy S9 was taken along with access to all my accounts. I am unable to reset my passwords as the phone number linked to the accounts was also stolen and the current passwords are not working. It's crucial for me to regain access to my Gmail and Google accounts as my entire life is stored there.
