Good morning, my name is Anthony R. Jones. I recently opened my account at [redacted] because my [redacted] account got hacked. I noticed a mass email was sent from my account without my knowledge. I have contacted Yahoo Support to investigate this situation. Last night, I discovered that my contact Laverne Chapelle's email, [redacted], was also hacked. The hacker attempted to use her deleted debit card for purchases. Please reach out to Yahoo Support regarding the hacked account [redacted] and ensure Laverne's situation is resolved with Google. She has a new debit card and did not use the old one. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue with Laverne Chapelle. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I am encountering an issue with a Google software update that Apple says can't be opened due to potential malicious software. It prompts me to contact the developer for more details. I own a Moto E4 phone, and it was showing as offline, possibly why I'm not receiving the security code to access my Centrelink government account. Attempting to resolve this, I performed a factory reset. Now, when signing into Google, the keyboard provided does not have uppercase letters for my password. There's a setup option to use Wi-Fi, which is accessible from my Samsung tablet, but it requests information from an "old" phone. I need to set up the same phone as before to restore my data. I'm worried I may have inadvertently erased my SIM card memory.

I've had multiple accounts over the years primarily for storing photographs. In the past two years, I have relocated and changed my phone number and device, making it challenging to access my Google Gmail accounts. Despite my efforts, I have lost track of the login details for several personal and business accounts. I possess all necessary identification to prove ownership, but retrieving my accounts has been unsuccessful even after submitting my ID. I am in need of accessing these accounts for various reasons. I have screenshots of the account names and previous passwords from my old device but have been unable to receive assistance from Google. I kindly request help in recovering my accounts.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with activating my G Suite 14-day trial. I am required to provide a credit card for activation, but my card is being rejected by Google, preventing me from completing the process. Since I am unable to reach G Suite support directly, I am seeking assistance here. As an alternative, I am looking to create a G Suite account through Namecheap.com, a Google Reseller that accepts my credit card. However, when attempting to set up G Suite through Namecheap, I encounter an error indicating that my domain, dawn-media.com, is already associated with a G Suite account that I am unable to activate due to the credit card issue. I kindly request that a G Suite support team member cancel my current 14-day trial to allow me to successfully register through Namecheap.com and resolve this issue efficiently. I recently noticed that my Google account shows that I joined 41 groups, with the latest one being on August 2nd. However, I am certain that I have only joined 3 or 4 groups. One of the groups mentioned as being joined on August 2nd has a note "verified-F1aFH4Mwlel". When I attempted to access this group to learn more, I was denied entry and advised to sign out of my Google account and sign back in with the correct account. I only have one account. Could you assist me with this issue? Is it possible for Google to remove these unauthorized groups from my account? I would attempt to address this myself, but since I cannot access the groups (and therefore cannot determine their nature), I am unable to either participate in them or remove them from my account.

I have noticed recurring charges on my debit card from a Google app for $19.99. I am puzzled because I believe Google services should be included in my phone plan, therefore, I shouldn't be charged separately. I want these charges refunded dating back to July [redacted]. I have just started reviewing my finances closely and noticed these unexpected charges which have caused some financial strain. I have not knowingly purchased any additional services such as a screensaver. I request that these charges be ceased immediately, and I would like a prompt refund for the full amount deducted from my account.

I have been using Gmail for my two email accounts operated with 'OE Classic', namely [redacted] and [redacted] Google recently blocked my vk2 account, which I have used for 15 years. Despite trying to reinstate it and setting up two-step recovery, the issue persists. I received a 16-letter password from Google, but it only worked for my cdekker42 address on my computer. After struggling for four days, I gave up and deleted the [redacted] address, despite it being my recovery address. My PC can handle emails fine, but there may be issues with the vk2 address. Now, my Android Galaxy S4 phone shows a "Server error [redacted]" message and does not receive emails. Re-entering my old password and the 16-letter Google password did not work. I am struggling to retrieve my lost photos stored online on my Google Chromebook. I am currently using the guest mode as I cannot remember my passwords correctly, even after resetting them numerous times. I switched from Yahoo to Google Chrome and faced difficulties. I am not tech-savvy and find the laptop confusing, especially the instructions. I need help recovering around [redacted] photos. I tried saving them on an external hard drive but hesitate to use it. Hello, I am Staci Stover, the Executor of my late Brother Lennie Earl Hartshorn's Estate. I have included my brother's death certificate and the legal documentation appointing me as the administrator of his accounts. Unfortunately, my brother's ex-girlfriend has taken control of his accounts, blocking our family from accessing his photos and posting on his Facebook wall. I have been using my email for years, but recently, the password I am entering is not working. Although I have auto-password set on my devices, I got a new phone and have been struggling to change my password. I submitted a claim for a refund on 11/15/19. However, I recently received an email response to my Google account stating that they could not verify the claimed fraud. The claim ID is 7[redacted]-[redacted] for $[redacted].99. I never make purchases of this amount. I enjoy playing games and occasionally make small coin purchases, but I did not make this one. I'm unsure if it's fraud or a mistake. I'm a 68-year-old retiree and can't afford this charge, which was intended for my rent. Please assist me in getting my money back. I purchased a $20 gift card from Dollar General and encountered issues redeeming it via email at [redacted] After switching the email to [redacted], I managed to redeem it briefly before Google reversed the transaction, requiring me to submit documents. Despite receiving an apology email from Google acknowledging their mistake, I am still awaiting resolution. The gift card appears redeemed, but I have not received the funds. I am frustrated with the process and considering leaving a negative review. I am eager for Google to investigate and return my $20 gift card.

Hello. Today, I upgraded my phone from a Samsung J7 Sky Pro to a Supra7 and switched my service from Straight Talk to Cricket Wireless. On my previous phone, I had several Google accounts, but only one, [redacted], synced to the new phone. Unfortunately, my more important email account, [redacted], did not sync. This account is crucial as I use it for communication with my hospital and pain management clinic, as well as for pending business transactions. Despite trying various passwords and attempting to get a verification code through my active email, I have been unsuccessful. I recently created a new email in October using a new device while stationed at Fort Sill, OK (Lawton area). The email I used is [redacted] I decided not to enable two-factor authentication due to the possibility of not having the phone for an extended period. As predicted, I switched barracks in November, and the phone was lost. When trying to log in from other devices, it prompts me to use the original phone, which is not possible to recover. Despite knowing the email and password, I am unable to access it. I urgently need to get into my email as it contains crucial information for me. I have visited Google's help page, followed all the steps, and tried using my main email for the verification code, but it still could not confirm my ownership of the email. I recently got a new phone, and I'm struggling to access my Gmail account because I forgot my password. I forgot my passwords for two of my Gmail accounts. Last night, I managed to open one, but when I tried to reopen it later, the password had been changed. I suspect someone else has control of my account ([redacted]) as they keep changing the password. Despite providing recovery information, Google claims the account doesn't belong to me. I've even sent old backup codes, but Google still can't verify my ownership. I suspect the person accessing my account might be from India or Toronto, Canada. I've also had issues with another account ([redacted]) and encountered similar problems. Google also disputed my ownership of [redacted] but I managed to access it last night with the old password.
