I am in distress. While playing a game by Zynga, I mistakenly made a purchase which left my bank account overdrawn. Despite reaching out to the developer and Google Play for a refund, I was unsuccessful. Now, my account is at -$49, which I cannot afford as a single mother of two, trying to escape an abusive marriage. I have been a victim of scams before, losing money that wasn't rightfully spent. I recently received a harassing phone call from an individual claiming to be a Google representative. Despite being informed by Google that they do not make such calls, the person aggressively persisted. I have always managed my Google information independently. The individual's behavior was relentless and borderline harassment. My phone number is [redacted].

I need to speak with a Google support representative regarding an unauthorized purchase made in September for various in-game items in "Pixel Gun 3D: FPS Shooter & Battle Royale" and "Stick Shadow: War Fight." There were multiple transactions completed without my consent for treasure, chests, coins, and packs within these games. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I bought a phone that keeps having updates without my permission. It's reset itself multiple times in the past three months, and I can't access my Gmail or recover my account. Everything needs to be set up again, and I don't have the time or data for this process. I might switch to a different provider than Google if this issue continues. I need advice on what to do.

I have a bi-weekly phone conversation with my friend James Charles, who records our calls using Google Drive. To start, I dial [redacted] for the call recording. During the call, Jim activates the recording, and a voice confirms it's being recorded. At the end, he ends the recording, and the voice confirms it's stopped. Despite following this routine every time, on 9-28-19, the recording was missing when his assistant checked Google Drive to send it to me. This has happened three times this year, but usually, I receive the recordings. This time, it was a crucial call I can't repeat. How can we retrieve this missing recording, and why does this happen? I am currently locked out of my account and have forgotten my password, even though it was meant to be saved. My account contains my credit card information, my YouTube Music membership, along with other important details. I use the email [redacted] I would appreciate prompt assistance to regain access to my account or to remove my card so I can start fresh. Waiting 3 to 5 business days is not ideal considering the level of tech support available. I urgently need my account for various services. If possible, I would like to receive a response today, whether through a phone call or video message like a regular interaction.

Dear Google, I need your help with an issue regarding the Maps Timeline. There are instances where it shows me being in places I have not visited. I need clarification on why this may be occurring as it has caused significant problems in my personal life. I forgot the password for my Gmail account. The phone number I added for account recovery is now lost, and when I try to reset the password, it only shows options related to the old number. It seems like there has been confusion with my account, as every time I try to access Google, it prompts me to re-enter my password and then states it's incorrect. The email [redacted] appears to be linked to this issue. I have been receiving messages about my account being recovered for this email and have changed my password multiple times in the past few months. The back-and-forth is frustrating, and I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this matter.

I set a pattern lock and fingerprint lock on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Recently, I changed the pattern because my daughter was able to unlock it. The problem now is that I forgot the new pattern, and after my phone died, it requires the pattern or Google account to access it. Although I remember my Gmail account, it's not linked to my current number. Despite a master reset by AT&T, the phone still prompts for the pattern or Google account. I attempted to seek assistance from Samsung and Google support lines, but I couldn't get through to anyone for help. I followed all the steps advised by AT&T but am still locked out of my device. Hello, I have been using my Gmail account for a long time on my phone, but I can't remember the password. My phone is broken, and I recently bought a new one. During his stay, he managed to access my bank account information through the card linked to my Google account. Consequently, my bank issued me a new card, which he has also tried to use for unauthorized purchases on Google, prompting security alerts and a lock on the card. I have a new phone and need access to my iCloud and passwords, but I can't remember the password for my email [redacted] I've tried various methods, including previous passwords, but nothing has worked. Last night, I shut down my computer, and the next morning, when I tried to log in with my Microsoft ID and password, I couldn't access Google, only the Microsoft browser. A few days ago, I got a suspicious request supposedly from Google asking for feedback on their browser, which I chose to ignore. I'm concerned that this could be some sort of scam. Interestingly, my second desktop computer is functioning normally. It's an older model but works perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I don't have the account number for the troubled laptop.

Several of my email addresses have been hacked, making it impossible for me to reset my passwords as the hackers changed my primary telephone number and recovery email. The person behind this has been using my email to access my deactivated Facebook account since [redacted], sending messages on my behalf. Upon using Spokeo, I discovered unfamiliar sites linked to my emails. Furthermore, a Yahoo account connected to my ex's name appeared in my search results. I urgently request a thorough investigation into all accounts linked to my emails, including dating sites, Google Voice, Google Home, Skype, Facebook, Yahoo Mail, Comcast, Hotmail, and more. I request similar scrutiny for other email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I have an ongoing investigation with the Clayton County Police Department ([redacted], case#[redacted]) involving Officer T. Bastyr.

I was setting up the Family Link app on my phone and my son's device when he accidentally deleted his account. Now, his phone is locked and requesting a parental access code that I can't provide without access to the Family Link settings due to the incomplete installation. I need his phone to be operational and in the Family Link app for syncing, but I'm stuck since his phone is currently inaccessible.

On September 26th, my 6-year-old grandson accidentally made a purchase on the LIGHT BIKE FLYING STUNTS app for $[redacted].99 by clicking on a pop-up. He can't read and unknowingly approved the purchase. I have uninstalled the app immediately, and the feature was never used. I have taken precautions to prevent this from happening again. I kindly request a refund of the $[redacted].99 as this purchase was unintentional and will not be utilized. Thank you.

I am having issues recovering my Gmail account. I correctly answered the security question about when the account was created but I'm still unable to access it. I've tried entering four different old passwords. I'm unable to figure out what else to do. I had a free trial with Starz and was enjoying "The Jerk" while on the toilet to let my wife sleep. Unfortunately, my phone accidentally fell into the toilet, and I lost it. Now, with a new phone from a different provider, I am unable to access my three Gmail accounts, including [redacted] and [redacted] I am being charged for Starz but can't log in. Furthermore, I own two older Chromecast devices but am hesitant to pay for WiFi since both my number and my wife's are equipped with hotspots. I had an HDMI adapter for my phone, but it broke, and the new one only works with smart TVs. I can't afford to spend $[redacted] on a new TV after already investing $80 in the Chromecast devices.
