I recently signed up for a free HBO Now 30-day trial on Google Play. To my surprise, Google Play charged me despite the trial period. This caused my bank account to be overdrawn. I have already reached out to Google Play three days ago, but have not received a response yet. I am urgently in need of a refund, for my account to be corrected, and for my free trial to commence once my account is balanced. The situation is getting worse each day my account remains overdrawn. I was using my [redacted] Google Play account to sign up for HBO Now with my [redacted] email. HBO has confirmed they are not responsible for the issue and advised me to contact Google Play. Please resolve this matter promptly today to ensure my bank account is no longer overdrawn by the end of the day.

I received your email requesting the necessary information. I replied to the email from the original message and then realized I mistakenly sent it to an unsupported email address. I am unsure where to send my details now. I am desperately seeking your assistance as almost all my savings were taken. Being on disability and receiving alimony, I also support my two grandkids. I recently obtained joint custody after their mother abandoned them, using up my remaining savings. Despite feeling foolish for falling for a scam, I believed I was communicating with a family member. I am deeply embarrassed and regretful.

Hello, I have noticed that there have been 16 transactions totaling around $[redacted] made for the "Shadow of War" application during various in-game events. However, in the last 10 days, the developers announced a break from key events like PVP and PVE, making it difficult for players to progress or earn rewards. The game now feels stagnant without these features which have been its main appeal for quite some time. It's disappointing that there has been no communication from the developers about this sudden change. I request Google's intervention to assist in refunding my investment in this now stagnant game due to the developers' lack of updates and communication. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a positive resolution. Thank you, Vasil

Hello Google, I'm having an issue with the app developer Kabam. Around a month ago, they removed a feature called the gifting badge from the game, which I had purchased with real money. They offered in-game currency as compensation, which I found unfair. Due to game performance issues like lagging and characters not functioning properly, I requested a refund for my recent purchase, resulting in a 7-day ban. After serving the ban and resuming normal gameplay, I unexpectedly received a 30-day ban without any wrongdoing on my end. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Kabam has failed to provide a clear reason for the ban and only sends generic email responses. I've invested more than $10,[redacted] in this game and believe I deserve better treatment as a loyal customer. Thank you

I am concerned about the practices of the app Design My Room. Many complaints have been raised regarding their unethical actions. The app encourages competition by purchasing diamonds to buy higher quality items for a better score, leading to acquiring crowns. The company has been accused of creating false accounts to award wins unfairly, deceiving users and violating their own rules. Despite numerous complaints, Design My Room has not improved. Players continue to engage due to the community and enjoyment of the game, but are unhappy about being cheated. Recently, fake accounts were identified winning crowns without meeting the required score, clearly owned by the app itself. Attempts to communicate with the company have been unsuccessful as they seem indifferent and uncooperative. This ongoing issue calls for action to address their deceptive practices.

I play Final Fantasy 15: New Empire on my phone. Last night, I used Google Play credit that I transferred from a card to make a $99.99 purchase in the game. However, when I made the purchase with five minutes left on the timer, I received the wrong pack. My phone is regularly updated, and I encounter this issue before. I am seeking a refund for the pack I did not intend to purchase, the BOGO pack, instead of the Player Appreciation pack. I hope to resolve this without being locked out of my account due to glitches in the game. I am trying to understand why this happened and appreciate any assistance in clarifying the situation.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an issue with "Shadow of War." Over the past year, I've invested $[redacted] into the game, however, the recent news of developers discontinuing pvp and pve events has left me unable to progress, earn rewards, or enjoy the game as before. An email received yesterday stated that the servers will be shut down on June 6, [redacted], and the game has been removed from the Play Store. Despite attempts to contact support for a refund, there has been no response since yesterday, and the 'legal' section appears to be inaccessible. I urge Google to intervene and assist in securing a refund for the investment made in this now obsolete game. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I am hopeful for a positive resolution. Best regards, Vasil

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my purchase of the Paul McKenna app on Google Play. Upon attempting to download the app, I was notified of insufficient space and given the option to cancel, resulting in a prompt refund. After clearing out unused apps for space, I tried to download it again. However, this time, the app charged me £4.99 via PayPal without allowing cancellation, as my phone lacks space even after deletion. Unfortunately, my phone no longer recognizes SD cards, compounding the issue. Could you please process a refund for me? I can provide my PayPal transaction details: Transaction ID 4GP87666XY[redacted] and Invoice ID [redacted][redacted]8. I appreciate your understanding of the challenges I face with outdated technology. Thank you. Best regards, Vanessa.

I tried to set a retrieval passcode for my PayPal account through an app I downloaded from Google Play that turned out to be a scam. The app instructed me to purchase a card in my zip code area ending in [redacted] and load $10 onto it to retrieve access to my PayPal account. After providing the card details, they claimed Google denied my location, then said the card was inactive, and insisted I buy two more $50 cards at the store for a refund. They promised the money would be returned within 5 minutes if I provided the last 4 digits for verification. I refused, and they threatened to stop my PayPal account unless I complied. This is a scam. I need assistance in stopping this fraudulent transaction or speaking with a representative to prevent them from redeeming the cards.

I have been struggling for the past hour to remove my debit card information from the Google Play Store. Despite multiple attempts to delete it, the details persist. This was confirmed when I tried to make a 99-cent purchase on QuizUp, which went through successfully four times. Please completely remove my debit card information from the Play Store. Additionally, I made these purchases to test if the card had been removed, which clearly hasn't happened. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for my purchases on the game Army Men Strike. Despite my efforts to communicate with the developers for months, I have not received assistance. The game offers in-game products to enhance gameplay, but subsequent changes devalue those purchases. I have experienced double charges on several occasions. Furthermore, players in certain regions can buy the same items at a significant discount, resulting in unfair competition. I have faced a ban due to requesting refunds for the duplicated charges. I am exhausted from dealing with these unethical practices and simply wish to recover the remaining funds. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Best, Ross

I received a refund for a product I didn't want, but haven't received one from Google Play after a month. I contacted the seller, and they confirmed issuing the refund. Google Play directed me to contact their support for transaction status. The seller's response mentioned confirming the refund. The purchase email detailed the Tinder subscription with an order number and the purchase details. I kindly request a refund of my money from Google Play. Thank you!

I am requesting a full refund of all my in-game purchases from AMS due to various issues experienced: 1. Failure to deliver as promised. 2. False advertising. 3. Lack of product support. 4. Unjust account bans for refund requests. 5. Refusal to provide refunds when at fault. 6. Presence of offensive behavior in-game. 7. Unfair advantages for Chinese players. 8. Game changes requiring additional purchases. I, along with other players, am frustrated by AMS's unethical practices. I have invested significant time and money into the game, only to have my purchases devalued by constant changes. Seeking a refund is challenging as it risks an account ban, which I find unacceptable. Support responses have been unhelpful, leaving issues unresolved. A recent change has hindered my gameplay progress, necessitating more spending to regain lost abilities. This continuous cycle of purchasing and reacquiring items is unfair. Due to these grievances, I kindly request a full refund of my in-game purchases made from AMS.

I am requesting a full refund of all in-game purchases made on AMS (Army Men Strike) due to several issues: 1. Failure to provide services as advertised during purchase. 2. False advertising practices. 3. Lack of product support and issue resolution. 4. Account bans for refund requests. 5. Denial of refunds for problems caused by the company. 6. In-game bullying and offensive behavior. 7. Offering unfair advantages to players in China. 8. Changes in gameplay that make previous purchases obsolete. Like many other players, I'm frustrated with the company's dishonest conduct. I've spent a significant amount of money and seen my purchases lose value due to game changes. I cannot request a refund because it may lead to an account ban, which I find unethical. My support queries receive canned responses and no resolution. I'm currently facing another problem where purchases I made are now useless unless I spend more money to level up. This cycle is unjust and unfair to players. I respectfully seek a full refund for all my AMS in-game purchases.

Hello, I need to report unauthorized transactions on my debit card that occurred between February and December of [redacted]. These transactions were not made by me or my family members but affected my bank balance. The issue was only discovered when I returned to my home country, the Philippines, from Qatar where I currently reside. I carefully reviewed my debit card statement and found these transactions. Despite having my debit card with me at all times, I did not recognize nor authorize these charges. I am seeking assistance in understanding these transactions, filing a claim, and potentially recovering the funds. I have no information on the recipient of these unauthorized charges. I have already contacted my bank to dispute these transactions but I am also reaching out for additional support to address this matter.

I made 45 purchases totaling $[redacted].55 on "Plan of Attack". After beta testing, they assured us that all purchases would be secure. However, shortly after releasing value packs offering better deals, they announced a game reset, not returning our original purchases. Now, they only offer a fraction of the value. I've invested a lot and now feel deceived and disappointed to receive such low compensation. This situation is unfair and unacceptable. I have a track record of numerous trouble-free purchases, and this experience is a first. This game's actions are a clear scam, preying on dedicated players. Refusing to rectify the situation is unjust towards the players who trusted and supported the game.

I had canceled my iHeart subscription on my tablet, but I noticed unauthorized charges from Google iHeart Media on my card since January. Unfortunately, I was mugged in January and lost my tablet. In April, I saw three more charges on my card. I tried to get a refund from Google Play with no success. After contacting iHeart Media to cancel my subscription again, they provided phone numbers ([redacted] and [redacted]) which no one answers. As a single mom of 5, I cannot afford these charges. It's frustrating not being able to talk to a real person for help, and I am so upset about this situation that I am in tears.

I was recently charged 25.99 euros for a 3-month membership on a game called RuneScape without my intention to renew. Despite trying to request a refund, I received an instant email stating that it doesn't align with their policy. This is frustrating especially because the membership has not been activated in the game for 1 or 2 more days. The company is unable to assist further as the purchase was made through the Google Play Store rather than their site. Spending nearly 26 euros on something I won't use is concerning. I am looking forward to your response.

I've been playing Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire for a few months now and everything was going well until the game changed negatively. The in-game purchases seemed to lose their value quickly due to various shady systems. The game started increasing the cost of purchases significantly, making earlier purchases less beneficial than later ones, and eventually merging servers (Realms) unexpectedly. This left me at a disadvantage as my Realm merged with a more advanced one. I feel like the money I invested in the game was rendered meaningless. On top of that, there were issues with the microtransactions, sometimes not receiving what was paid for. Considering all these factors, there could be grounds for a class-action lawsuit, but I would prefer to resolve this amicably and get a full refund. Thank you.
