Dear Google Play Support, I am reaching out to request a refund for the Coin Master purchases I made in the last two weeks. I have encountered numerous issues with the game, including crashes and missing spin packs and gifts. Despite attempting to resolve the problems by reinstalling the game, I have not been able to fully enjoy it due to these issues. I have tried to contact Coin Master multiple times to address these problems, but have not received any response from them. I am disappointed that my purchases have not provided the expected gameplay experience and would appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for these transactions. Thank you.

I have noticed unauthorized Google Play charges totaling over $[redacted].00, which I did not authorize or make. I have never incurred such large expenses before, and I suspect it might have been someone who stayed with me without my consent using my phone. This money is crucial as it came from my tax refund and was intended for car repairs. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue. I wanted to bring attention to an issue with RPG Toram Online. Recently, the game unexpectedly shut down, causing many player character files to be either deleted or rolled back to December of the previous year. As a result, players lost all their in-game items, currency, avatars, levels, and skills. Personally, I had invested approximately $[redacted] in the game during this period, and now all my progress has been lost. In light of the developer's negligence, I believe it is only fair to request a refund for all purchases made within the game. While attempting to request a refund through the Google refund page, I was directed to contact support for multiple refund requests. I am concerned about facing errors or rejections if I attempt to refund each purchase individually. I am seeking advice on whether there is an alternative way to contact Google, such as via email or phone, to process these mass refunds efficiently. Thank you for any guidance on this matter.

Hello, I have been playing Golf Clash by Playdemic for 2 years and have enjoyed the game competitively. However, there is a growing issue with hackers and cheaters compromising the fair play that Playdemic advocates. I am part of the number 3 clan globally and have encountered at least 6 players who have hacked the game by adjusting their ball placement and winning unfairly. Recently, a member of the top-ranked clan, the Spartans, was banned, raising concerns about the impact of cheaters on the global rankings. I have dedicated a significant amount of time and over $2,[redacted].00 in the game, aiming to improve and reach the top spot, and the unfairness displayed by cheaters has led me to seek a refund or settlement. Unfortunately, I discovered that my credit card has been used for unauthorized transactions on Google Play while I have been away. I fell victim to a scam using Google Play cards. I mistakenly dialed a number I found through a Google search, thinking it was PayPal. The scammers sounded convincing and managed to obtain $[redacted].00 from me by tricking me into buying two Google Play cards, one for $50.00 and the other for $[redacted].00. They then requested an additional $[redacted].00, but fortunately, the transaction was stopped. My bank confirmed the $[redacted].00 charge, and I hope to get a refund soon. I still have the card numbers if that helps catch the scammers. I appreciate any assistance with this matter as I try to resolve it and prevent further losses.

I recently fell victim to a Google Play card scam through an email on a Gmail account. Thankfully, I didn't send the card numbers to the provided phone number. Now, I have $*** worth of unactivated cards from Google. Unfortunately, Walgreens, where I bought the cards, won't refund them, and it seems Google won't either. I'm wondering why Google won't refund the money if I return the unused cards due to a scam that started from a Google Gmail account. I appreciate your attention to this matter. I fell victim to a scam where a stranger convinced me to purchase a $50 Google Play or Steam card. They promised to reimburse me half if I shared the code on Snapchat so their son could play games. Upon realizing it was a ruse when the provided address was fake, I avoided sending the code. This has happened to me before with online individuals seeking money rather than a genuine connection. I have the unredeemed card with the original purchase receipt, although the gas station declined a refund. I seek repayment given the circumstances and the upsetting nature of the situation, which I believe should be unlawful to protect others from falling into similar traps set by deceitful individuals misusing people's emotions for financial gain.

I mistakenly subscribed to a year of BetterMe app instead of just one month. I contacted customer support requesting a refund and a switch to a one-month subscription. Here is the response I received: Hello, We do not process refunds or handle financial disputes. Please reach out to Apple/Google for any refund inquiries. Hi everyone, I need to localize store listings for three additional countries: Argentina (Spanish), Chile (Spanish), and South Africa (English). I couldn't find these countries on the localization list in the GP Console. Queries: a) Is the "Latin America" localization option suitable for Argentina/Chile? b) Would the "Afrikaans" localization option work for South Africa? If the above options are not viable, can we set English as the default language for these countries? Currently, our default language is Czech, but we prefer English. I purchased two Google Play gift cards from Dollar General in Copley, Ohio. Unfortunately, one of the cards was not activated correctly by the cashier. The manager explained that the amount was mistakenly added to the store's email account. They proposed transferring the funds to my Google Play store account. However, due to my son's low grades, I decided not to give him the cards. Upon requesting a refund, the manager informed me that all sales were final. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned they could not assist with refunding the card, even the one that had the funds in my Google account.

Hello, Today, my account on Honkai Impact 3 got banned by the developers, Mihoyo. This was due to payment issues, even though I had purchased in-game premium currency through Google Play. After emailing them for clarification, it was explained that there was a pricing error on the server, causing $29 packs to be priced at $1.50 instead. Accounts affected by this issue will be banned for a few days and rolled back in terms of progress, including the reverting of purchases. I was instructed to claim refunds through Google Play for the purchases made between March 27th, [redacted], and March 28th, [redacted]. All recent transactions for premium currency during this period will be erased due to the account rollbacks related to this incident. I would appreciate any assistance with this situation. Thank you.

I fell victim to a scam through a fake Apple customer service call. I was convinced by scammers that my account was compromised, claiming my location had been changed to Texas. They instructed me to purchase 4 Google Play cards to rectify this by revealing my location. Supposedly, 3 transactions were made on my credit card. After purchasing the cards, they requested an additional $[redacted] card. I reported this to the police, and the scammers ceased contact. Can anyone help me recover my funds? I fell victim to a $[redacted] scam involving Google Play gift cards. A scammer pretended to be my boss via a fake email and requested that I purchase 4 $[redacted] Google Play cards, scratch the codes, and send them the photos. I used my Visa debit card to buy the cards and comply with the request. The card codes are: 2D36 DTQS AW6P JMEN MCMU 82QS 65HR VMTS L8F3 N47E 1AQN WYX4 D0PMQN19WYMP 9LD7 W67V 53XH R2QC Q0DD I'm wondering if it's possible to trace and cancel these codes. Can I be reimbursed for the stolen funds? I am aware credit card companies can assist in such situations. I hope Google, as a reputable company, has policies in place to assist victims of scams like this.

My station in Star Trek Fleet Command was repeatedly attacked by NITE Alliance, despite having a 3-day Peace Shield active. They destroyed everything and took my resources. I reached out to Scopely for help, but I have not received a response yet. I am distraught and seeking justice for the loss of my hard-earned property. This situation is very upsetting considering the time and money I have invested in the game through Google Play.
