My husband's Gmail account made a purchase of some unclear games without our knowledge. Google Play agreed to refund the money last year, but due to terminating our mobile carrier account to prevent additional billing, the refund was unsuccessful. Despite following Marya's instructions from Google Play support to resubmit the refund form and provide the refund account details, we have been unsuccessful. Marya did not understand the issue and kept requesting a form resubmission. I have done it again, but Marya and Google Play support no longer respond. I am using my Hotmail account to reach out as my husband is not fluent in English, and I handle such matters for him. However, when I sent the form to the email address provided by Marya ([redacted]), it bounced back. Can anyone assist? The incorrect billing account was [redacted]

Hello, I wanted to discuss an issue related to the game "Golf Clash" by Playdemic. There are reports of cheating within the game that have not been addressed by the developers, despite being aware of it. Additionally, they sponsor an individual involved in this cheating scandal. I have invested a significant amount of money into playing this game and I am seeking a refund due to the lack of fair play ensured by Playdemic. I have evidence of the cheating and can provide it if you supply me with an email address. Thank you for addressing this matter. - A.R.

I recently fell victim to a scam involving someone impersonating a Facebook employee. They convinced me to purchase a Google Play card worth fifty dollars to resolve an issue, and almost got me to buy a second one before I realized it was a scam. Unfortunately, I lost $50 to the scammer and have had no further contact with them. I am hoping to explore the possibility of a refund, either directly to me or back onto my Google Play account. It's alarming how skilled scammers have become at manipulating Facebook and Google users. Trust is hard to come by these days. You can contact me at my email [redacted] or possibly [redacted] The Google Play card number used in the scam is AAH3 4JYC 3NJN GRNT. My phone number is [redacted].

After experiencing unauthorized charges in January, I followed Google Play's instructions to require "fingerprint Authentication" for all purchases to prevent future unauthorized transactions. Despite taking this precaution, in February my grandchild unintentionally made twenty fraudulent charges through in-app purchases on my device. This incident occurred as my grandchild unknowingly clicked on pop-up screens while playing a game and thought she was canceling them. As a result of these charges, my credit card was closed by the bank, causing me significant financial distress. I am now seeking a full refund for all twenty unauthorized purchases and requesting the permanent closure of Google Pay due to these issues. The financial impact of these charges has made it difficult for me to cover essential expenses like my electric bill this month.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my bank card from Roblox and a frontier game. Though I own and play these games, I want to clarify that I did not approve these payments. Being disabled, I am unable to afford these charges. These transactions have caused my account to go over by $[redacted], with a total of $[redacted].63 deducted, wiping out all my disability funds. Another $[redacted] will be taken from my next check. I urgently need my money refunded to pay my bills and buy food, as I am currently without any. I am at risk of eviction, utility shut-offs, or going hungry. Please assist me promptly in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I noticed unauthorized charges on my debit card from Google Play related to Merge Dragons. There were several charges for $19.99 and $9.99, but I only made one legitimate purchase for $4.99. Despite contacting Google Play via email, I received unhelpful automated responses. After discovering additional unauthorized transactions with my bank, I am now required to get a new debit card. I am adamant about getting a refund for these unauthorized game purchases.

This application serves as a communication platform connecting farmers, call centers, and doctors. When a farmer calls the call center regarding their cattle's health issues, a ticket is created with basic information. These tickets are visible to doctors through the app. Doctors can view ticket details online by connecting to the internet or offline by receiving the details via SMS in areas with poor internet connection. The offline mode retrieves ticket details through SMS messages, requiring the app to have READ_SMS permission. In cases where a doctor needs further information, such as the farmer's location, they can utilize the PHONE_CALL permission to contact the farmer directly.

My application serves as a communication platform connecting farmers, call centers, and doctors to address cattle health issues effectively. When a farmer contacts the call center regarding their cattle's health problem, a ticket is generated with basic information. These tickets are then automatically displayed in our app, accessible to the doctors. Doctors can view ticket details in two ways: online, by connecting to the internet and accessing the app through an API, or offline in remote areas with poor internet connectivity, where they receive ticket details via SMS. In the offline mode, ticket information is retrieved through SMS, hence requiring the READ_SMS permission. If a doctor needs further details from the farmer, such as the address or additional treatment information, they can contact the farmer directly. This communication is facilitated through the app using the PHONE_CALL permission.

Hello, I recently received two unauthorized purchase emails for the Lifeafter game on my accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] I was able to get a refund for the first email, but the request for the second email was declined, directing me to contact Google for further assistance. I had faced a similar issue in the past with my main email account and took measures to prevent it, such as changing passwords. However, the problem has recurred on both my main and backup emails. I am unsure of the cause but have resorted to changing passwords again for security. While I have made legitimate purchases for the Lifeafter game before without issue, the unauthorized transactions on April 2, [redacted], are concerning. I kindly request approval for the refund on [redacted] and appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, T.W.

I have been struggling with someone hacking my Android phones for over 3 years. I have purchased 35 phones during this time to try and address the issue. Sometimes, the phones would already have numerous apps installed upon opening, or would go straight to recovery mode indicating they had been reconfigured. Features and services I pay for have been removed from my phone, and I recently discovered the hackers are accessing my phone through gsuite and mdm. Despite my efforts to seek help through various channels, I have been unable to resolve this issue. Google's lack of verification for Google Admin accounts concerns me, as it allows anyone to access these tools, potentially enabling criminal behavior. I have attempted to contact support through gsuite, play, gmail, and forums, but have not been successful in stopping the unauthorized access to my devices. I am frustrated and determined to find a resolution to this ongoing problem.

I am a Google Play Family Plan user for 3 years. Despite setting my payment date for the 5th or 6th, Google has repeatedly debited my account early, causing an overdraft fee of $35. This has occurred three times now, leading me to halt and restart the service later in the month, but the issue persists. Unfortunately, my interaction with customer support did not yield a resolution. The representative canceled my subscription and advised me to switch to YouTube Music, which left me dissatisfied. I understand constraints regarding the overdraft fee, but I seek a solution to prevent this reoccurrence. If unresolved, I may have to consider other services, a decision I wish to avoid. I am looking for assistance to address this ongoing problem.

I've been playing a game called AxE for about a month now. I have invested a significant amount of money into the game and initially enjoyed it. Recently, I've encountered multiple issues that have affected my gameplay experience. I've attempted to contact the developers to address these issues and improve the overall functionality of the game, but unfortunately, they have not made any meaningful efforts to enhance it. Many of the problems I've encountered are related to the purchases I've made in the game. Despite reaching out to them, the responses I've received have been unhelpful automated messages. Due to these ongoing issues and lack of resolution, I am seeking a full refund for all the money I've spent in the game. I have documentation such as screenshots to support my case, but I am frustrated with the current state of the game and no longer wish to support a flawed product.

One of our clients abroad uses Google Play cards to buy US cell phone minutes. They bought a $[redacted] card but found out the domain only accepts cards in $[redacted] increments. The store won't refund the card, and Google Play suggested contacting the store again and then escalating the issue. The store, CVS Pharmacy, has a non-refundable policy on gift cards. The client just needs to exchange the $[redacted] card for two $[redacted] cards. Google Play requested confirming the store's refusal before escalation. The receipt and the store's corporate policy support the non-refundable claim. The client is not seeking a refund, just two $[redacted] cards for compatibility. Casey from Google Play is handling the case with the store to resolve this issue.

I received a Google Play $25 card as a gift from a friend who is not familiar with Google. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem it, the barcode was scratched, and it did not work. I would like a refund for this card so that I can use it in my Google Play account. Despite a challenging interaction with a customer support associate, I provided all the necessary information as the recipient. I am quite frustrated by this situation and would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether it be a refund or a callback. Thank you.

I recently relocated from Kuwait to the Philippines and purchased a $15 Google Play gift card for an in-app purchase. When trying to make the purchase in the game, it only recognizes my Yahoo email with 0 balance instead of my Gmail where I redeemed the gift card. The in-app purchase was priced at $14.99, but it changed to [redacted] pesos in Philippine currency. Despite creating a new account with my Gmail, the Yahoo email continues to appear during the in-app purchase, indicating the issue is not with the account binding. Additionally, I attempted to enable billing with Globe Telecom in the Philippines using my SIM card but encountered error code [OR Dvasa2-03] multiple times despite having a signal. I do not have a credit card for payment, only the gift card on my Gmail. In short, I am facing difficulties buying an in-app purchase in LifeAfter game after redeeming a gift card on my Gmail, with Yahoo email appearing instead and a currency change to Philippine pesos in-game.

I am seeking a refund for unauthorized game purchases made through my husband's Gmail account. Google Play agreed to refund the money last year, but due to terminating our mobile carrier account, the refund was unsuccessful. Despite following Marya's instructions to resubmit the refund form with the correct account details, the refund has not been processed. Marya has not been responsive to my reminders, and emailing the form to the provided address *****@***.com has not been successful either. This issue has been unresolved for a year now. I am reaching out for assistance as my husband is not proficient in English, and I handle these matters for him. I am requesting the refund to be deposited into our bank account as instructed.

I requested a refund for an app on March 25 and received an email confirming the refund approval the next day. I expected the refund to be processed to my linked bank account within 3-10 business days. After checking with my bank, they have not received the deposit from Google yet. This issue previously occurred with another account, albeit for a small amount. My bank advised me to contact Google directly for assistance with the refund, but I am unable to locate the appropriate contact information. Can anyone provide guidance on how to follow up with Google regarding my refund?

Hi, I'm writing from South Africa about a concerning phone bill issue. Two charges for WASP Services have appeared on my bill that I did not authorize. When I contacted my cellular provider, they claimed I personally loaded these services via Google Play Store on my Android phone. I had no knowledge of these services until I saw them on my bill. Despite confirming no security risks through Play Protect and no charges on my Google Account history, the services keep appearing on my bill. The cellular provider explained that only Google Play can cancel these subscriptions, which I never wanted in the first place. I'm reaching out to Google Play to terminate these unauthorized services. Best regards, Johan K.

I encountered issues with the game "betheking" due to toxic behavior from other players, including verbal abuse and inappropriate name changes to target me personally. These instances drastically affected my gaming experience. Despite investing a significant amount of money in the game, the harassment from others led me to request a refund from the developer. While they initially offered to address any concerns, I observed that players who were more amicable received refunds promptly. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter to secure a full refund for the expenses incurred. Thank you. Best regards, AP
