I have a Duolingo app on my phone that I no longer use, but it was automatically upgraded and I was charged $88.91 on 20 August via my debit card on Google Pay. I contacted Google, but they claimed the charge was not unauthorized, which is not accurate. Their email response stated that no refund would be issued as they found no fraudulent activity. They suggested contacting my financial institution if I want to pursue the matter. I recently discovered an unauthorized monthly charge on my account from iONVPN PRO. On both Sept. 2 and Oct. 2, I was billed $6.99. Despite reporting this to Google Fraud, I have not had any success resolving the issue. When attempting to cancel the subscription through the website under "Subscriptions and Services," I encountered a loading issue where the cancellation option was not processing. I have never used the services of iONVPN PRO and wish to cease all future charges. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to successfully cancel the subscription. I hereby request the immediate cancellation of the unauthorized monthly fee for iONVPN PRO at $6.99 and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Kindly provide confirmation via email upon cancellation. Thank you.

I need to report someone who is scamming me out of $[redacted], which is my girlfriend's disability money that they still owe us. This is the second time they have done this to her, and I've been requesting the money back but they are ignoring me. We just want the full $[redacted] returned, as that is her monthly disability payment. I have screenshots of my requests and their lack of response if needed. Thank you for listening.

Hello, I am attempting to subscribe to a cable service using my debit card. Upon trying to pay with Google Pay, a message pops up saying I am not authorized due to having a Google Enterprise account. I have since created a new Google email ([redacted]), but it seems it has not synced with Google Pay. How can I proceed to link my Google email account correctly?

I recently set up an email account, [redacted], to check if my phone was being hacked. Unfortunately, after adding a $50 Google Pay card, a $10 payment was deducted from it. Later, I discovered that the funds were not transferred to my StarMaker app, which I really like. Thinking it was also being hacked, I decided to purchase a new phone. I then realized I couldn't access the new account. I was convinced that my account had, indeed, been hacked.

I believe there has been suspected fraud on my account. I reported a Google Pay transaction with my Discover card as potentially fraudulent. I received an email after the fraud alert, which was not helpful. My Google Pay account is now locked. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you.

I tried to sign into my Google Pay account on the app on my phone. After entering my email address, it prompted for a phone number. However, the phone number associated with my account did not match mine, and I don't recognize it. I tried entering my own phone number, but it still wouldn't let me in.

After completing my reward task, I received a message stating I wouldn't receive it if I returned the products. I had a defective item to exchange, not return, but it was out of stock. My boyfriend returned it, and I used the gift card given to him because I paid with Google Pay to purchase something else. I am wondering if I will still get the $10 off of the $25 purchase.

On 12/8/21 and 12/9/21, I attempted to add a new debit card to my account to make in-app purchases in a game I enjoy. Unfortunately, I encountered some confusion during the process. I noticed that I was charged $1 on December 8th and $1.95 on both December 8th and 9th. This has left me puzzled. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and gaining clarity on why these charges were incurred for verifying my card through Google Pay.

On the 31st at 7:59 pm, I placed an order for groceries, but there was no acknowledgement of my order. Around 11:00 pm, I received a notification that the order would arrive in less than 10 minutes, prompting me to add more items to the order. When I approached the gate, I was surprised to receive a message stating that the order had been delivered. Despite my call stating I did not receive the order, they continue to provide excuses and new stories. I have evidence that I made payments of Rs.[redacted] and Rs.[redacted] through Google Pay, but they only offer a partial refund of Rs.[redacted], claiming they delivered some items. I insist that no items were delivered, but they refuse to acknowledge this fact.

I need help with transferring funds from my previous accounts to my Google Pay balance. I moved around $2,[redacted] from my First Service Federal Credit Union account and about $1,[redacted] from my Discover account to my Google Pay. However, I closed these accounts in December. Despite having $3,[redacted] in my Google Pay balance, I can't find a way to transfer it within the app. If transferring directly is not possible, could you assist me in cashing out the $3,[redacted] and sending it to me? I can provide an account and routing number for the transaction or have the amount made accessible in my Google Pay balance.

I opened a new account a couple of weeks ago. I linked my bank, sent $[redacted] to my husband, and he sent $[redacted] back. The transfer hasn't reflected in my available balance, but I see it in my Google Pay. When I try to transfer it, I was asked to get verified. My husband didn't face this issue. Now, I can't access my account as it says my password is incorrect. I use the same password for my Chromebook and email. I am feeling frustrated and would like to talk to someone on the phone to resolve these issues. Texting takes too long. Thank you.

I have been unable to access my Google account for the past 12-15 days. I've had this account for over 10 years and rely on it daily. Despite trying to reset my password numerous times, I keep encountering an issue where the verification information is being sent to the locked account instead of my recovery options. This has been an ongoing problem, causing frustration and wasting a lot of my time. Additionally, I am unable to access my Gpay account, which I use in conjunction with my Wells Fargo account. I believe that Google should have a solution for this beyond directing customers to create a new account. I have a long history of using premium services with Google and hope to have this issue resolved promptly. I am eager for a positive resolution to restore my confidence in Google's services. I am seeking verification for a debit card. I've recently discovered that when using different debit cards for online purchases, Google collected and posted my information on their payment methods site without my knowledge or consent. This was concerning as my phone service app receives codes for verification. I have never had any involvement with Google using these cards. I am in urgent need of this card to be verified. If not, I will take steps to prevent Google from accessing my information without permission. Financially, my family is in a tough situation, and I require assistance. I believe there are other methods to verify my ownership, such as providing a photo of my license and additional required verification. I am having trouble linking my bank debit card to Google Pay. I would like to use my PayPal account instead, which currently pulls funds from my bank account. However, Google Pay is asking me to keep a balance in my PayPal account, which is not how I typically use it. I want to understand why Google Pay requires a balance in my PayPal account and if it's possible for the payment to be withdrawn automatically from my bank account without keeping a balance in PayPal. This situation is new to me as I have not encountered it with other services. Please provide me with more information on this issue.

I am trying to contact you because I have been attempting to pay for an order I placed online with Belle Lily. Each time I try, my debit card declines the payment even though there are enough funds available. I have spoken to both my bank and Visa, and they informed me that it is an issue with Google Pay. Belle Lily mentioned that a company called Bank Risk Systems US is the one declining my purchase, but no one seems to have information on how to reach them. I have tried using your Ask Expert service, but it keeps charging me without connecting me to Google Pay support. It has been four days, and I have not been able to speak to anyone for assistance. If you are unable to help, I am considering canceling all Google services on my phone. If I do not receive help soon, I may contact an attorney for further assistance.

I am facing issues with my Google Pay business account linked to my shop named Chennoth Glasses And Hardwares. The account was originally connected to a bank account ending in [redacted] with Indus Ind Bank Palarivatom, which I closed on 19/05/[redacted]. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in linking a new bank account to the Google Pay business account despite numerous attempts. I have also tried to delink the closed bank account without success. Meanwhile, some customers have made payments through the old account, leading to confusion as the money hasn't reached me or been returned to them. Consequently, I uninstalled the app from my phone but reinstalling it has proven difficult. I reached out to customer care at [redacted]7 but haven't received a satisfactory resolution, especially since I changed my previous email linked to the account six months ago. The customer care stated they couldn't find the email in my account and were unable to assist further. I am seeking assistance either in linking my new bank account or removing the app associated with my shop's name from my mobile number. I have been experiencing a persistent issue. Here is the situation: I tried adding my PayPal debit card to Google Pay. Upon clicking verify, it prompted me to call the bank for verification. After contacting them and receiving verification, when I returned to the wallet page and clicked on my card, it still requested verification.
