I recently bought a PS5 from someone on OfferUp. We decided to use Google Pay since my card wouldn't work on PayPal. Unfortunately, the seller gave me a fake tracking number claiming it was from UPS. When I checked the number on the UPS website, it was confirmed to be fake. I then contacted UPS to double-check, and they confirmed the number was indeed false. When I informed the seller, he responded aggressively, blaming me for contacting him repeatedly. Despite his reassurance that he would find the correct tracking number, I am still waiting for it. After pressing him for an update, he claimed it had shipped the day before, which was untrue as I was home. I've asked for a refund due to suspecting a scam as my funds are tied up in this purchase. Can someone assist me, as this money is earmarked for the PS5 and I need help resolving this issue?

I would like to transfer my funds to my PayPal card so I can access my money without being scammed. It seems like someone is trying to steal my identity and money by tapping my phone and making complaints on my behalf. I believe that my real identity is being targeted and I want to ensure that all transactions on my account are valid. I appreciate the assistance from the lady at EClouds, but I already have a different card. I want to recover any missing funds and make sure any expenditures were authorized by me.

When we did manage to speak with someone, the assistance provided was lacking. Promises to contact us were unfulfilled, and crucial information regarding our mistake was either withheld or unavailable. This hindered the resolution process considerably. Google’s Reliance on Automation Google heavily relies on automated bots to perform tasks that are typically handled by humans. Once tagged by a bot, customer support agents lack the tools to rectify the situation due to limited access to bot data. I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding a purchase made on my account that I did not authorize. As soon as I noticed the payment, I reported the issue and requested a refund. I was advised to contact Google Pay/Play as that was how the payment was processed. Despite reaching out to Customer Service multiple times, I have not received a response or a refund. I am confused and upset by the lack of communication. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charge of $[redacted].00. I understand that customer support may be experiencing high volumes, but I cannot afford to have this charge on my account for a service I did not want. It's been over a year now since my Google Pay account got deactivated due to a mistake with a disputed charge for an in-game purchase on my old phone. During free trials, the services were cut off before the trial date or didn't work properly. I believe the services have been canceled already. Even after cancellation, unauthorized transactions were made without providing the full benefits of the services. No refunds are offered, but money keeps being taken from the account without receiving the services promised. It seems like the free trial should have lasted the full 3 or 7 days. However, transactions continue to occur without actually being able to use the services. Despite installing and trying to use the apps that require payment, there is no prompt for purchase verification. Subscribing does not grant access to the app's pay services. This situation is unfair, and I would like a refund for the unauthorized charges.

Yesterday, I made a payment of Rs [redacted] towards my bill. The first transaction was rejected by the app with a message of transaction failure. Immediately after, I made a second payment of Rs [redacted], which was successful, showing a payment transfer message. However, around 10:00 pm last night, the initial failed payment of Rs [redacted] also went through, resulting in double debit from my account. I've reached out previously and now seek to have a conversation before discontinuing my support for this service. As a devoted Marvel Strike Force enthusiast, I recently discovered that Google owns Twitch. I have contested charges on Twitch services that I did not authorize and am now facing issues paying for Marvel Strike Force via Google Pay, where I make most of my purchases. Regarding the Twitch account problems, despite reaching out about service complaints that led me to create a new account for music during Covid, my concerns were not addressed. I opted for the $1.99 monthly plan and proceeded to input a $50.00 Google Play gift card on the Google Pay platform. Despite this, I did not receive any additional storage or confirmation of my payment. After calling the numbers on the back of the card and encountering a COVID-19-related automated message, I remain without resolution. The Google Play gift card number used is 627W Kg6X U27X W431. Seeking to acquire [redacted] gigabytes of storage and have the excess credited to my account, I also encountered an issue when purchasing a $50.00 gift card for a friend on the 30th of August. In mid to late July, my Google account was compromised. I have already updated my password and deleted all payment information from G-pay.
