I recently made in-app purchases using my debit card, but today I encountered an issue where my payment was unsuccessful. When I tried to re-add the card after removing it, I received an error message saying, "Transaction declined: Invalid Payment method," even though I input the correct and up-to-date card information. I am puzzled as to why Google Play Store is declining my debit card, as I have successfully made numerous purchases in the past using the same card for both national and international transactions. On Thursday, May 3, [redacted], around 3:30-3:45 a.m., I encountered difficulties making an in-game purchase through Google Wallet while playing "Bingo Showdown." Despite receiving an ERROR message without a specific code, I kept encountering issues when trying to cancel the purchase, with the boxes continuously cycling through. Finally, after numerous attempts, I managed to exit back to the main game screen. Between 3:49 a.m. and 4:58 a.m., I received texts indicating money was taken from my bank account and Boost Mobile phone balance, totaling $36.64 and $10.48 respectively. However, I did not receive any game credits or power-ups despite the deductions. I kindly request that Google Wallet rectify this error promptly and refund the deducted amounts. Sincerely, Michele T. On February 17, [redacted], I bought a blog from Brandon Belcher after seeing his YouTube video. Unfortunately, the blog did not work for approximately two weeks. Despite my numerous emails expressing my concerns, Mr. Brandon Belcher explained that his system was hacked. I am skeptical of his explanation. I made a purchase on 5-10-18, thinking it was a double charge. I disputed it with my credit card company. They sent me a letter stating my records show two purchases. I recall making one purchase, unsure if it went through due to not receiving the coins and potentially reordering. Hoping for just one charge, I bought $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] coins. If I indeed made two purchases, I should have $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] coins. Reviewing my history, there's no prior double purchase. I didn't receive $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] coins. I only buy during the 3-for-1 coin deals. Please review and either refund me or credit my account with $[redacted],[redacted],[redacted].

I have provided all the necessary information. During our conversation, it became apparent that they intended to refund all the money, including the $[redacted] Google Play card. Adam Smith then proceeded to withdraw all the funds, block me from accessing my account, and insult me using derogatory language. I was shocked and could not believe the inappropriate behavior, especially coming from what I thought was Google's customer service. Now, my friend is locked out of PayPal and Google. I urgently need assistance. If a supervisor could contact me, I would like to share the full details of this incident. Our small business is now in jeopardy as we have two Sweet 16 parties scheduled for tomorrow and we are unable to pay due to $[redacted] being stolen from the account. I am experiencing a problem with Google Pay. Someone named Deyda Gonzalez has used my account to receive money without my consent, resulting in a theft of $1,[redacted]. Another individual, [redacted], has also taken $[redacted] from my debit card through my Google Pay account. I do not recall creating or using this account. I request assistance in identifying these individuals, recovering my funds, and pursuing legal action to reclaim the stolen money.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my mother's checking account from Google Life360. The recurring charges of $2.99 have been deducted for quite some time, but we have no knowledge of this service. Google Life360 directed me to you as the source of these charges. I need your assistance in stopping these charges and arranging for a refund. We have never signed up for this service and lack any user information, as it is entirely unfamiliar to us. I made a payment of [redacted]/- through Google Pay to Striker Research on 5/2/[redacted]. However, they claim they did not receive it. I had to make another payment through a different bank due to the urgency. I tried to stop the Google Pay payment or have it on hold, but on 7/2/[redacted] I received a message stating the payment was done. Now Striker Research states they have not received the payment deducted from my account. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and having my payment refunded to my account as soon as possible.

I did fulfill their request, but they falsely claimed otherwise to receive a refund and keep the item. I am requesting the reopening of my Google Wallet as this situation is unfair. I am writing to express my disappointment with my Google Pay account (GPay No. [redacted]). On the 1st of April, a payment I made appeared to have failed according to my GPay statement, yet the amount was deducted from my bank account. I was forced to settle the payment with cash to avoid any further issues.
To date, the deducted amount has not been refunded to my account, causing significant inconvenience. This lack of resolution and customer care from Google Pay is unacceptable. I request that the amount be refunded promptly.
Following this incident, I am considering discontinuing the use of GPay altogether. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated.

I have noticed two unauthorized charges of 9.99$ each for an in-app purchase I only authorized for 0.99$ on the Fishdom app. The charges occurred on 7/27/19 and 8/5/19. When I attempted to buy the 99 cent diamonds, I was prompted to enter my password. After resetting my password, it immediately confirmed a purchase of diamonds for 9.99$, without providing an opportunity to confirm. This happened once before, and I let it go, but now it has occurred again despite my caution. I am disappointed with this unexpected charge as I value my hard-earned money. I have tried to contact the app developer without success. The lack of a direct contact number has left me frustrated as I prefer speaking to a representative for quicker resolution. I request a refund for both unauthorized transactions.

I attempted to make a payment of [redacted] rupees to Sahara Travel in Hyderabad on August 15th. After two failed online transactions, while on vacation, I paid them in cash. Later, I discovered [redacted] rupees were debited from my account. The travel company confirmed they hadn't received any funds. Checking Google Pay, I saw the transaction was still pending. On August 18th, I received a notification that the money was deposited. However, the recipient stated no such amount was credited to their account. Despite Google Pay's instruction to wait three days for the transaction to reflect, nothing changed. I am now unsure what happened to my money and how to proceed to recover it.

I recently purchased 3 coin packages for my son on Google Play, but only one purchase showed up on my Gmail receipt. I spoke with a representative, but had no proof of the additional two purchases. Luckily, I realized my mother's Gmail was connected to the tablet where the purchases were made. After disconnecting her Gmail and obtaining access to it, I found the proof of the transactions.
