I purchased two concert tickets, but due to Covid-19, all concerts were canceled. Goldstar has not refunded my money or responded to my emails in 7 months. They offer no worthwhile alternatives in their virtual platform. I don't want online classes; I just want a refund of my money. Despite filing a complaint with the BBB, I have received no response. Goldstar's lack of human interaction has left me feeling cheated and extremely frustrated. The refund amount is only $[redacted], yet they have not returned it to me. I am considering seeking legal assistance from a lawyer or involving 7 By Your Side to resolve this issue.

As a first-time user, I have two concerns that I need help with. Firstly, regarding my Sam's Club membership, I received a notice today stating it expires at the end of January. I am unsure if this means I need to activate my membership by January 30 to use it for the whole year or if my membership card will only be valid until January 30. Can you confirm this for me so I can understand if there is any issue with my membership? Secondly, I purchased a deal for the New York dinner mystery and need assistance as a senior navigating the process. Can someone from your company provide me with step-by-step instructions? A phone call at [redacted] would be greatly appreciated. Also, I recall agreeing to something for $99, with the assurance it wouldn't be charged immediately. How can I ensure this is the case? It seems like catering to the baby boomer population could be a great opportunity.

I contacted customer service yesterday regarding a show my mystery group plans to attend on 1/23/21, "Dennis Watkins Magic Parlour at home." Unfortunately, as this is a surprise, attendees must not know until the last moment. I wonder if Goldstar can either A. send the tickets to their separate emails right before the show, B. send the tickets with the show's name blacked out, or C. email the 13 tickets with codes to my email for distribution. Also, I'd like to know if there's a limit on the number of tickets a Goldstar member can purchase. Lastly, can you confirm that the show starts at 8 p.m. PST as scheduled?

I am confused as to why my tickets were refunded. Those tickets were intended as Christmas gifts. Upon checking online, I see that "Kinky Boots" is still scheduled for January 1st at 1:00, the same time as my tickets. I hope to receive a valid explanation for the refund as the theater is sold out for that performance, and two of those seats were intended for me. Gary P.

However, I encountered issues purchasing NY Yankee game tickets for September 8th and 20th. Each time I tried, it halted at the "payment method" stage. I noticed three purchases on my credit card statement for September 22, but I can't locate the tickets for Synetic Theater and 1st Stage. The tickets are not showing up in My Tickets. I also found an additional purchase from September 21 that was delivered. However, I am missing receipts for performances at 1st Stage, Synetic Theater, and Spooky Action Theater. It seems that my credit card was charged for all three theaters on September 22, but none of the tickets were received. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue. I purchased tickets last night for the Bear Mountain Cruise at $[redacted].00. After a timed-out error on the Goldstar website, I did not re-enter my information as the exact amount was already deducted from my debit card. Chase confirmed the transaction but stated I cannot dispute it. Despite emailing Goldstar's help desk and messaging on their website and Facebook, I received no response. I have proof from my bank that the money was debited. I am now without tickets, confirmation, or my money. Goldstar's email suggested repurchasing, but I already paid as confirmed by my bank. I seek guidance on resolving this issue and obtaining a refund.

I purchased tickets for a comedy show on August 12, [redacted], but when I arrived for the October 19, [redacted] show, I was surprised to find out it was actually free. Despite this, I was charged $16 through Groupon. I contacted Groupon, but they informed me that as a third party, they cannot issue a refund. I have been trying to reach out repeatedly without success, and the lack of a telephone number for direct communication is frustrating. Additionally, I don't appreciate being asked to join a membership for a dollar after receiving unsatisfactory service. Please address this matter promptly, or I may have to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau. It's not just about the money; I want to prevent others from going through the same experience. I purchased 9 tickets for the King Tut exhibit in NYC. The ticket confirmation numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. The confirmation mentioned the possibility of waiting for the next open time slot upon arrival, but I was unaware that the exhibit sells timed entry tickets, potentially causing our party to enter at different times. The tickets purchased were for Sunday, November 27, [redacted], from 10:00 to 8:00. I now realize that the tickets from the exhibit have timed entry, which I need for our celebration. I contacted the exhibit, but since I bought the tickets through you, they couldn't assist. I request a full refund for both confirmations so I can buy timed entry tickets directly from the exhibit. I recently bought tickets for the Donut Museum in Huntington Beach, CA. I had the receipt on my phone, but the staff didn't accept the email proof and didn't let us in. They questioned me for about 20 minutes and accused me of trying to deceive them. It was obvious they didn't trust the receipt provided. I am inquiring about the status of my Kinky Boots tickets purchased through Goldstar for the Olney Theatre show on March 23. I made a payment of $86 on Sat, Feb 26, and was informed that the tickets would be emailed to me. I have received Purchase Confirmation and Ticket Confirmation emails, but have yet to receive the tickets. My credit card payment has been processed, and I would like to know when I can expect to receive my tickets. I need some assistance. My husband, who is 74 years old, had unexpected major surgery in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where we spend our winter months. Unfortunately, he is still under the doctor's care and cannot attend the April 11th performance of "Les Misserable" at the Kennedy Center. I recently attended the AVA show at the Geffen Theatre in Los Angeles on April 8. Regarding reservation T[redacted]80 for "A Doll's House" on Broadway, I intended to book an evening performance but was surprised to see that my confirmation indicated a 2:00 showing instead. Despite my efforts to switch the ticket to the evening show, US White Label was unhelpful and unwilling to check availability. This resulted in an unfortunate situation where I had to miss the show with my child, wasting $[redacted]. As a long-time user of Goldstar with typically positive experiences, I am greatly disappointed by this third-party's lack of customer service.
