We bought tickets for K1 Speed in Hillsboro, OR, under reference numbers [redacted]5 for 2 tickets and [redacted]8 for 4 tickets. Before purchasing through Goldstar, we confirmed with the venue that we could walk in on June 21st at 1pm for 6 boys. However, upon arrival, the venue was closed for a private event with no prior notice. I reached out to K1 Speed's corporate office for a refund, and they mentioned I need to request a refund through Goldstar. I am wondering if this is possible. I have been trying to reach customer service regarding an event with either this company or the 3rd party Seaport Summer Cruise Series. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to my scheduled event on Friday, 8/19, at 6:30 PM. I tried to cancel my ticket to receive credit for a future event since the easy cancel button was not accessible, even though the event had not yet started. My confirmation number is [redacted]5. I'm Robin Armstrong. I bought two tickets for C.S. Lewis Onstage at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica for 7/18/19. However, my Discover Card was wrongly charged for four tickets. Even though they gave me four tickets, I only purchased two, so I returned the extra pair immediately. Unfortunately, the seats remained vacant during the event. I attempted to purchase tickets this morning for "Sister Act," but the process remained on "Processing" for an extended period before reverting to "Buy Now." I attempted to contact AZ Broadway Theater regarding the tickets but couldn't get through as the will call list is only available on the day of the show. Despite not finding the tickets in the "Your Tickets" section, I tried to purchase them again. This time, the process stalled on "Processing" for over 13 minutes before I exited out. I am now concerned about the security of my credit card details. While I have used Goldstar without issues previously, I encountered frustrating obstacles this time. Trying to access their Terms & Conditions or Refund policy redirects me, requiring me to start the search process anew for the show I was interested in. I hope for a prompt resolution as a lack of accessible customer service may lead to negative reviews for Goldstar. Thank you for your assistance.

I attempted to buy tickets for the Comedy Get Down show at the Microsoft Theater. After entering my payment details, I received an error asking me to contact customer service due to a word processing issue. I bought 5 tickets through Groupon for October 11th and was redirected to your Goldstar website to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the wrong date using the voucher number and had to pay extra for another ticket on the correct date. I am now seeking a refund for the unused ticket. The website's small and touch-sensitive calendar made it challenging to navigate, resulting in this issue. I purchased and paid for 3 tickets for Chicago Lyric Opera's "Light in the Piazza" on December 22nd at 1:30 pm, but mistakenly selected December 15th ($[redacted].00). Immediately after, I emailed Goldstar Customer Service to fix the date. Goldstar typically sends e-tickets a few days prior to the event. Due to medical reasons, it's crucial to have the tickets for the right date. With our Goldstar Red Velvet membership benefits, adjustments should be possible for my autistic son and me. Regarding my order number [redacted]7 on the receipt, the ticket shows #PR[redacted]3. I am having trouble locating the ticket prices for the general admission and preferred general admission seats for the Paul Winter concert at the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine on December 21, [redacted], at 7:30 PM. It seems like I may have been charged incorrectly for seating. I cannot find the prices for both categories. Kindly confirm the prices for the 7:30 PM performance. Although we were placed in general admission seats, I think I paid for preferred general admission.

On 11/28/19, I attended the performance of "Miss America's Ugly Daughter" and purchased two tickets for $87.66. I was extremely upset about the experience. The issue was that we were seated in the next-to-last row of the theater, directly in front of four theater staff members who were using bright, illuminated computers throughout the show. The proximity of the computers, with wires hanging over us and touching our necks, was not only uncomfortable but also posed a significant health hazard. The lights from the computers were distracting in the dark theater, affecting our enjoyment of the show. Despite speaking with the theater staff, the situation was not resolved satisfactorily. As loyal customers of Goldstar, we rarely complain, but this experience was unacceptable. We hope that our upcoming shows will not have similar seating issues. We request a full refund for the tickets. This negative experience has left us feeling frustrated and unable to fully enjoy the show. Thank you. - Deena G.

I recently listed my first event with Gold Star and offered free tickets. Unfortunately, I didn't have an email list of attendees to send event reminders or more details. Is there a way to access attendee information on the platform? Additionally, we have larger events that require paid tickets, but I am hesitant since I don't have a means to contact attendees if needed. How does the payment process work - is it weekly deposits or after the event? I need more clarity on these processes before selling tickets for future events.

I bought 2 tickets for the Feb. 14 evening show of The National Symphony Orchestra "Pops" concert at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC via Goldstar. Yesterday, we were informed of a sudden trip out of town on that day. Can these tickets be refunded? If so, what is the procedure? We use Goldstar often, and this is the first time I've needed to request a refund.

In August, I purchased two tickets for the Josh Groban live series concerts scheduled for Oct 3, Nov 26, and Dec 19. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a notification for the Oct 3 show and missed it, and I also missed the Nov 26 concert despite receiving the email link late. Currently, on the day of the third concert, my Goldstar account does not show any purchase history even though I have receipts for both tickets. I have already reached out to Goldstar customer service, but they seem to only be available Monday to Friday. Any guidance on how to access the concert or help for my sister to access her ticket would be appreciated. I am also unsure if I can receive a refund after the last concert, as their policy states refunds are only available while tickets are still on sale.
