I bought tickets on 4/5 to see Hair at the signature theater in DC on 4/30. Received message that the transaction was completed. Never received an email confirmation. My credit card was charged for the transaction.

I was calling because I accidentally deleted my e-tickets to an upcoming event

No worries, we've got you covered! Goldstar saves all your ticket purchases in your account. Simply log into your account and navigate to "My Tickets" or "Order History," and you should see your upcoming events listed there. You can then download and print your e-tickets again. Remember, to access an event, you'll need the e-ticket that's in your Goldstar account, not the confirmation email.
