I bought 3 tickets for Wild Rivers Water Park in Irvine, CA through Groupon, my first time using the site. I was misled by the opening page, which indicated General Admission tickets for $39 each. Unfortunately, I later discovered I had purchased junior tickets instead of adult ones. I may be able to use one junior ticket, but I need 2 adult passes. I would appreciate receiving Groupon credit so I could buy the correct tickets. This situation is very distressing as I purchased the tickets for my grandson's birthday and can't afford to lose the money. I have requested an exception to be made in this case. Please reconsider. I bought two tickets for The Book of Will at A Noise Within in Pasadena for the performance on Sunday, 6/4 at 2pm. The confirmation number is T[redacted]93. Upon arriving at Will Call, I received four tickets instead of the expected two. They listed me under two names, Ken Narasaki (my professional name) and Karl Narasaki (the name on my credit card). They mentioned this was their error, and as I bought the tickets through Goldstar, they advised me to seek a refund through you. Can you please process a refund for the extra two tickets to the same credit card used for the purchase? I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I'm attempting to buy tickets, but each time I input my payment details, the screen keeps spinning. I waited for 10 minutes but didn't get a confirmation, so I restarted the process but encountered the same issue. I'm hesitant to try again to avoid accidental duplicate orders. I clicked on a link shared by friends who are attending the event, and their message implied that the tickets available would place me next to them. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Back in January, I bought three tickets for the concert that got canceled and was rescheduled for August. I remember receiving an email about the cancellation, mentioning that if I wanted to keep the tickets, I didn't need to take any action. However, a few days before the concert, I got another email stating that my tickets were canceled due to not responding. Recently, I received an email saying that the refund was processed back to my account, but I haven't seen the money yet. Could you please advise me on the next steps to ensure I receive the refund successfully?

I attended the Dumpling Festival in Phoenix on Saturday, October 7 along with the Martin Auto Museum. I paid for admission to the festival which was oversold and understaffed. By noon, many food trucks had run out of menu items and there was a lot of trash in the picnic area with no clean-up crew in sight. Additionally, I was under the impression that admission included access to the auto museum, but was disappointed to find out there was an extra charge.
