Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform your company that I am currently experiencing serious issues with my GoPro 9 Black batteries. I have owned a GoPro 9 Black since December [redacted] and purchased an additional set of batteries and an independent charger in October [redacted] through your official website. It turns out that these new GoPro 9 Black batteries are swelling and causing my camera to malfunction, resulting in serious interference with my SanDisk Extreme 32GB micro SDHC card. I believe this matter is not new to you, as when I recently tried to acquire a new set of batteries to address these difficulties, I was surprised to find that the GoPro 9 Black batteries were no longer available on your website, while those for the GoPro 7 and 8 still were. Instead of the unavailable GoPro 9 Black batteries, your website now offers a double battery charger and Enduro batteries for 59.99 euros. If I wish to maintain the loyalty that I have had with your site and company, which has always ensured quality and reliability, I expect some form of goodwill gesture from your company to strengthen our past, present, and future relationship. Hello, I seek honest advice regarding my recent purchase. I bought a GoPro Hero 11 Mini for an upcoming bike trip overseas with my son. Although I haven't opened it yet, I've watched several YouTube videos that highlight issues like freezing and charging problems. I'm concerned that I should have purchased the full-size 11 instead of the Mini, despite liking its compact design for my helmet. Would it be better to get the full-size 11 to ensure I capture our special trip without any technical difficulties? This journey is a one-time experience, and I want to make sure we don't miss preserving our memories together. Thank you, Glen

I'm having a frustrating experience with your website. I've tried to submit my contact details multiple times without success. Even reaching out on Facebook or customer support hasn't been fruitful due to odd hours. I recently purchased the GoPro 12, but encountered several issues. Only one battery functions and doesn't lock in place properly, leading to it not charging but losing power instead. Additionally, there seems to be damage to a black tab below the power button. I am disappointed in both the poor customer service and the decline in quality of your products.

I purchased a Hero 11 a few months ago from GoPro, and unfortunately, the product was faulty. After contacting them for a replacement, I sent back the camera. Although they confirmed receiving it, they failed to provide me with a tracking number for the new one. After waiting patiently for a month, I reached out to their support only to be told they had delivered the replacement to my door. Living in an apartment complex, I have a secure locker box system for packages. I have not received my camera and continue to face difficulty with the support team, who are unhelpful and dismissive. Despite their promises of a call back, I have yet to hear from anyone.

Добрый день! У меня возникла проблема с камерой GoPro HERO11 Black Mini. Второй раз подряд у меня возникает проблема с включением. После множества попыток, в первый раз камера внезапно и необъяснимо включилась, подключившись к компьютеру. Камера исправно работала до этого. Карта памяти в порядке. Сейчас камера опять не включается, даже при зарядке - индикатор не загорается ни красным, ни зеленым. Камера цела, не падала, использовалась только на штативе для статичной съемки.
