Hello,
I am encountering issues with my Go Daddy account ([redacted]) and email ID: [redacted] The account was created just a week ago and initially everything was functioning properly, with all my emails successfully being delivered. However, starting from the second day, I have been informed by some senders that certain emails are not reaching them, without me receiving any delivery failure notifications. After investigating, I have identified specific email addresses such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], that are experiencing delivery issues. Regrettably, these contacts are crucial for my business. It is disheartening to witness that these emails were initially delivered but suddenly ceased to function. I urgently require your assistance regarding this matter.

I have a website hosted on my cPanel server connected to an external domain. I am setting up an email account but it can only send emails, not receive. This issue has been ongoing for 12 hours. When testing by sending from Gmail, I instantly get an error message stating the email was rejected by the server smtp.secureserver.net with the error [redacted] 5.1.1 recipient not found. I am unsure if this is due to propagation delay or incorrect MX settings.

I am hosting my website and domain on GoDaddy, and I am encountering an error on pages connected to the database. The error message says that there is an application error on the server, and I am unable to view the details of the error remotely. It suggests that the error details could be viewed by browsers on the local server machine. Can someone help me understand what this error means and how I can resolve it? Thank you.

I have been a loyal supporter and advocate for GoDaddy, but I am now considering switching to Google Domains due to their fees and services. I would like to request a complimentary one-year subscription for a WordPress website design package, email essentials, and SEO services. If this request is not addressed by 2:30 PM EST, I will have to assume that customer support is not meeting my needs and will transfer my domains and discontinue my services. I represent national brands such as Nike, Walmart, and the Huffington Post, and I will share my experience with the online small business community.

After resetting my web hosting settings, I've encountered an issue trying to create a cPanel account. The message "Updating account, this can take up to 2 minutes" has been displayed for the last 4 hours. Previously, I could set up cPanel without any problems, but now I'm unable to proceed beyond "Updating Account..." I urgently need to publish a website for my client, so I seek immediate assistance to prevent any damage to my reputation.

I currently have hosting services that cannot be canceled due to essential data. In order to manage this, I plan to create a subdomain that will redirect to the existing hosting service. The main website will be transferred to GoDaddy for hosting, while the nameservers will be updated with the domain registrar. This transition is crucial as it involves upgrading an existing business website to WordPress, so a smooth process is essential.

I received a notification that my web builder subscription was expiring. Since I didn't need to make any changes to my webpage at that time, I ignored the message. However, I recently discovered that my webpage has been deleted or is inaccessible. I had put a lot of effort into creating the page. I have already renewed the web builder for another year, but my old page is still missing.
This situation is disappointing, and I am considering leaving GoDaddy if this persists. I hope that you can assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I mistakenly entered the wrong email address when signing up. I only realized this after editing and publishing my site and logging out. Now I can't log back in as my account got locked due to too many failed attempts. I tried to retrieve my username, but I need access to the email associated with the account. I even created an email with the incorrect address to try to verify it, but it didn't work. Resetting my password also requires the original email, and I'm stuck. What steps should I take to resolve this issue quickly? Please help me as soon as possible!

I am experiencing an issue with my WordPress theme. It works properly on my local server, but on the production server, there are JavaScript file problems. The error message indicates that the "$" sign is not being recognized. I attempted to fix this by changing the "$" to "jQuery," which resolved the issue locally but not on the production server. Now, a new error is occurring on a different JS file that is both auto-generated and cached. I am unsure what might be causing this problem.

Hi Zach,
I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue with our website account (just#[redacted]60) that we discussed on 04.17.[redacted]. The downtime of our website for two weeks during peak classroom enrollment season has severely impacted our business.
During our conversation, you assured me multiple times that you would escalate our dissatisfaction to your supervisor, Chrissy, due to the insufficient documentation. You mentioned that I should expect a response from her within 24-72 hours.
It has been exactly two weeks since then, and we have yet to receive any follow-up. Despite our patience, we have observed GoDaddy continuing to charge us without addressing our concerns adequately.
While I appreciate your assistance and efforts, the lack of communication and resolution has led me to lose faith in the customer service provided by your company. I am now requesting a partial refund to compensate for the loss in traffic experienced. I believe this is a fair request considering the circumstances. I await your prompt response on the actions that you and GoDaddy will take to resolve this matter.
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Best,
Annie

I was charged twice for renewals I did not request even after informing you that I did not want to renew. Two payments were taken from two different Visa cards.

You charged £[redacted].46 on my Visa card ending in 12 with Santander, and £43.15 on my Visa card ending in 22 with Nationwide.
When I called and spoke to an agent named Boomer, he declined to issue a full refund, citing UK legislation set by Nominet. I have lodged a complaint with Nominet regarding this issue.
I have also contacted both Santander and Nationwide to dispute these charges.
I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and insist on a full refund.

I am experiencing issues uploading my website designed in Xara. Initially, the upload was successful, but now I am encountering errors with files scattered around, possibly due to FTP account complications. Despite deleting previous files, I keep encountering an error message. I utilize the following details for the Xara upload: FTP host: manchesterdogparkvt.org, FTP user: [redacted], Subfolder: public_html. I have sought assistance from multiple individuals to no avail. If you are unable to resolve this matter, kindly indicate so I can seek an alternative hosting provider and understand the process of redirecting my website. Thank you for your assistance. - Michele

I currently have my website hosted with Bluehost using a Wordpress server. Coincidentally, my website criticizes poorly designed sites like Microsoft, Medicare, and PayPal while I'm utilizing Bluehost and Wordpress, which I find equally lacking in design. I have given feedback to both companies, including the ones mentioned. I must say, Bluehost's Customer Service rating from me is zero. Upon researching, I see your company has a higher rating. Allow me to introduce myself - I have 30 years of experience in computer software application design and hold a certification as a Certified Computer Professional, a challenging exam to pass. My recent role was with Caterpillar Inc., who handles my retirement benefits. I mention this for context. Caterpillar wouldn't entrust me with this responsibility if I didn't possess the necessary expertise. I am interested in learning more about your hosting application and how it differs from Bluehost and Wordpress, with the intention of possibly migrating my website to your service. Sincerely, Len R., CCP

I encountered a system glitch where I can't rewrite a previous message. As a new user, I want to start fresh. After submitting my earlier message, I was directed to a phone contact page. I prefer to use my landline, which I provided on the next page, but I received a text back. Unfortunately, my landline does not have text capabilities, only my cell phone does. When I tried to go back to correct this, my landline number was stuck and I was unable to make the necessary change. This appears to be the source of the issue. - Leonard R., CCP

I am new here and simply want to host my own site. I was excited to purchase 'The Word of Pro' from GoDaddy but was directed to contact WordPress for further assistance. WordPress informed me that the domain alipapa.co is not registered, indicating that I do not own it. They inquired if I wanted to use alipapa.co as the custom domain for my site. Here is the message exchange for reference:
Hi alipapa007,
The domain alipapa.co is not registered, which means you do not own it. Do you want to use alipapa.co as the custom domain for earnmoneyonline[redacted]88.wordpress.com? By that I mean, visitors will see alipapa.co in their browser's address bar instead of earnmoneyonline[redacted]88.wordpress.com?
Just let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

Incident ID [redacted]7.
I've noticed that the monthly "account summaries" I receive are helpful for budgeting, showing the products used, costs, and start and end dates. However, they don't give me insights into who's viewing my website and when. I wonder if GoDaddy will consider creating a customer information "counter" that can be embedded in websites to show metrics like the number of views, location (city, country), duration of visits, and which pages are most popular. This type of data is provided by a vacation rental company I collaborate with, and it helps me understand my audience quickly. I would appreciate it if GoDaddy could implement similar software to offer more detailed summaries monthly. Thank you for considering this enhancement,
Customer [redacted]6

I am disappointed with Go Daddy for their failure to address a hacking incident on my account, despite my repeated attempts to prove the legitimacy of my business. I have filed multiple complaints with no resolution, even after paying a fee of approximately $[redacted], which was refunded later. My website, an advertising, blogging, and event platform, requires constant updates, but I have already spent nearly $2,[redacted] on necessary features like email accounts and phone numbers without being able to generate income. As a business owner, I am invoking my rights and requesting information on who has accessed my data. I have reported these issues to Go Daddy numerous times and am tired of facing obstacles that hinder my progress. I am seeking compensation of $36 per day from 06/11/[redacted] until resolved, with a warning that this amount will increase to $42 per day if the matter persists beyond seven days. I have reminded Go Daddy of my expectations for punitive damages. Contacting Go Daddy directly has not resulted in a solution, and I seek guidance on how to address these ongoing concerns. Thank you, Jason D. Essex

Hello, GoDaddy team, I am experiencing difficulties with my domain name not working on my laptop. I am uncertain if it is due to the (.com) not functioning correctly or another issue. Is there a way for me to change the (.com) to something else without incurring any additional charges? It is crucial for my business that the correct domain name works seamlessly. Currently, it is not going through; instead, it is being directed to the draft folder, causing confusion for potential clients. For inquiries, please reach out to me via email at [redacted] Thank you, Diane J. [redacted]11. My email [redacted] is encountering difficulties with accepting "Hellonuclius." To resolve this, I may need to update the password or provide the necessary permissions for device synchronization. Furthermore, there is a persistent triangle symbol that appears despite my attempts to update it. I turn to GoDaddy for assistance in addressing these issues.

Every time I purchase hundreds of new domains on the same day, GoDaddy, in an attempt to block bad actors, restricts access to all GoDaddy servers for a day or two. The time limit was believed to be midnight, but today it seems uncertain since it's already the second day.
The "VIP Service" from their alleged alphateam@[redacted] is unsatisfactory. MForrest@[redacted] (Matt) is helpful but currently out of the office until next week.
I have had accounts with GoDaddy nearly since their founding, and I am frustrated that I am unable to manage my domains or change hosts due to zero contact with GoDaddy servers. Please provide assistance, and thank you for your support. Best regards.
