Hello, I'm reaching out regarding a customer satisfaction issue that needs attention. I've been assisting my client, Tenley Westbrook, whose website was recently hacked. We contacted GoDaddy and were advised to close the account to avoid fines. I spoke with Sam from your sales team, and although he promised a $60 refund and a 25% coupon for new services, he neglected to inform me of these offers. Instead, he upsold unnecessary security packages. After setting up the new service and deleting the old account, Sam claimed he couldn't honor the refund due to the deletion. Despite repeated attempts to contact Sam for clarification, I received no response. The lack of transparency and professionalism from Sam is concerning. I urge you to credit Tenley's account for the promised refund and discount coupon, or offer an alternative credit to rectify this situation. A positive resolution would ensure I can continue recommending GoDaddy to my business associates. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, -Scotty Harris

Dear Sirs, I purchased a new domain name, actwithcourage.tv, ten days ago and was promised two things. Firstly, that the content of ActWithCourage.com would have the new name, actwithcourage.tv, and secondly, that PrayerCall.tv would have the new name, ActWithCourage.com within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this has not occurred, and despite repeated calls to tech support, I have not been able to resolve the issue. It has been frustrating and costly to call from Chiang Mai, Thailand. Contacting representatives at GoDaddy.com has also been unhelpful. After failed attempts to solve the problem, I was asked to pay $30 for professional help, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. I have been a customer for 13 years and have high regard for your company. Please fulfill the promise made to me ten days ago. Regards, Steve D.

I recently noticed that GoDaddy has been charging me nearly $[redacted] annually, even though I have not used their services for at least three years. I was shocked to see the charges, especially as I do not recall signing up for auto-renewal. The current website layout makes it clearer, but when I initially signed up, it was not as transparent. I am aware of the refund policy but feel it's unfair to charge me for a service I have not utilized. Given my recent circumstances, dealing with my mother's passing, it has been a challenging time. I would appreciate a refund for the charges from last year as I never used the service. I hope you understand my situation and can assist me with this issue. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Vanessa A.

I apologize for not realizing the password reset process had a time limit of 2 hours. Despite attempting to reset my password online multiple times with no success, I resorted to using my Google website. As a paying customer of GoDaddy, not being able to access my account is concerning. I am Jamie Faiz Fahmy, the owner of the business, and my son Austen's name was used during registration for a trial period under [redacted], a dormant email. Austen is not involved in managing the site. I prefer the account to be in my name, Jamie Faiz Fahmy, under [redacted] Kindly update my contact number from [redacted] as well. Running my business efficiently is crucial, and meeting a 2-hour password change window is challenging. Improving the online password change service would be beneficial. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Jamie Faiz Fahmy.

Our email account was set up by someone who has left the company, making it challenging to provide the requested documents. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email, the company keeps asking for three specific documents, two of which are not applicable in the UK. The third document needed is in possession of the individual who initially set up the account, causing further delays. The lack of assistance and recurring requests have made this customer service experience very frustrating. Anticipating another unhelpful response from the company leaves me disappointed in their lack of support.

Subject: Requesting Account Cancellation I am writing to inform you that I would like to cancel my account with GoDaddy due to the recent notification regarding an additional $80 fee for domain renewal. I no longer wish to continue doing business with your company. Your approach has made it very simple for me to decide to discontinue using your services. I will be sharing my experience with my business contacts to ensure they are aware of how customers are treated. Thank you, LM

I have had repeated issues with resetting my password on GoDaddy. The reset emails take hours to arrive, giving me only a two-hour window to reset. Even after resetting, I can't log back in, affecting my business's SEO ratings. The long waits on the phone for customer service and the inability to update my phone number have been frustrating. As a business owner, this has become a headache and I have been paying for a service I can't fully utilize. I am requesting that my service be canceled immediately to avoid further frustration. Thank you.

I registered the domain gk2gk.com on behalf of Shazbot LLC when I was the manager. I have since become the owner and manager of the domain. When I allowed Mr. Strahlberg to register the name on GoDaddy, I made it clear that I should have access to the account. The details he provided me with at that time were as follows: Customer Number: [redacted]70 Username: Shazbot Password: Geeksrule777 PIN: [redacted] Recently, when I tried to use this information, it appeared to have been changed by Mr. Strahlberg. Despite my numerous requests, he has been unwilling to provide me with the updated username, password, and PIN. I am requesting your assistance in retrieving the necessary information to access this account and to remove Mr. Strahlberg from it. Thank you.

I'm reaching out because there was an issue with the refund process for 11 months of my yearly email service charge, which was wrongly billed monthly. This occurred on 8/28/18. Despite this, my bank, Huntington, confirmed on the 29th that no refund had been received. I have been attempting to contact the individual responsible for disbursing the refund to my bank, but haven't had any luck. GoDaddy has not been helpful in resolving this matter. Unaware that the full year email service fee would be debited when it occurred, my account is now in the negatives. Operating my own business, Fine Entry Door Refinishing, my cash flow is not always consistent. To avoid overdraft fees, I urgently need the refund of approximately $55.00 to reflect in my account by today, 8/29/18. Your immediate assistance in expediting this refund process is greatly appreciated. Thank you, C. Hawley

I received an email regarding the security of my domain, Flaglerdemocrats.com. It advises me to contact my IT Department or email service provider for assistance. The email is from "Catherine Kelly" <[redacted]> and is encrypted for confidentiality. I need to create a PlanMember Secure Email account using the provided link and activation code to access the message. The email is valid, and I have 16 days to collect the message before it expires.

About a week ago, I reached out to GoDaddy Customer Service through the chat app regarding concerns about an upcoming billing date. I had noticed that I was going to be charged before I had money available. I requested to either move the charge date to the 23rd and be prorated or temporarily cancel my domain so I could repurchase it on the 23rd. The agent explained that changing the billing date wasn't an option but suggested canceling my service and repurchasing at the end of the month. I agreed to cancel my account with the assurance that I wouldn't be charged. However, on Friday, a payment from GoDaddy was deducted from my PayPal account, which will bounce. I am seeking a refund for the domain ($20.99 Canadian) and for the NSF fee ($40.00 Canadian) that my bank will charge me. I had understood from the agent that my service was canceled, and I took steps to ensure this. The domain in question is antlersandearlgrey.ca.

I recently noticed a charge on my account for a website I never created, benebolognese.com. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had been sent an email about continuing the service, which I never received. The representative mentioned there was no way to dispute the charge, which is concerning. I believe that Go Daddy should have a better system in place to verify if a website was actually created and used. A courtesy phone call would have been more effective than just an email. I'm disappointed with the lack of assistance from Go Daddy in resolving this issue. I was considering using their services in the future when I restart my business, but this experience has left me with doubts. Other businesses have spoken highly of Go Daddy, but my current experience has been unsatisfactory.

Hello, I am considering utilizing your services in the future. I am new to creating and managing websites and currently working on the content for my site. I have a theme and a possible name in mind for the site. If I register a domain with you, can I use it to advertise products from affiliate programs? Do you have any recommendations on this? Additionally, am I allowed to display ads on my site, such as through AdSense, or include links to products I want to promote as an affiliate? The main goal is for my site to be a blog, possibly with 1 or 2 related blogs linked somehow on other subjects. I am hesitant to start incurring costs without the potential to generate income. Are there any guidelines I should follow to prevent any issues that may lead to my site being taken down or facing other consequences? I noticed platforms like YouTube cracking down on copyright, so will I receive assistance on sourcing images and creating custom content like videos? I appreciate your patience with my questions as a beginner and would like guidance on where to seek further information. I am impressed with your site and services and intend to use them extensively along with the domain. Your pricing seems reasonable and my last query is about obtaining an email address matching my domain, like switching from [redacted] to [redacted] Thank you.

I am in doubt about the authenticity of an email I received from the address [redacted] with some concerning content. The message claims to have accessed my account, taken control of my device, obtained personal files, and filmed me through my camera. It demands a payment of $[redacted] in Bitcoin to the BTC wallet 1EcBg6WyjGtRxTxtfCQfEZTAtPwaVVa2wZ. The sender threatens to share compromising footage with my contacts if I fail to comply within 49 hours. The email provides phone numbers +1 [redacted] and email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] for communication. I am unsure how to verify the legitimacy of this email and handle the situation.

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed Dear Brett, I am reaching out in desperation regarding the ongoing issues with creating and publishing Attorney Mitchell A. Sherman's website since April [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, the website remains in disarray. I was promised it would be fixed by the end of the day on Monday, 10-22-18, but it is still not up to standard. I have already contacted management to no avail. At this point, my client is considering termination of the agreement and a full refund. Given the time and money invested, I believe a refund of $3,[redacted] is inadequate. I am eager to retrieve the necessary assets to engage another vendor for the website promptly. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. I can be reached at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Jo-An Thomas
