I clicked on a malicious link and now my website, dirtydeeddonedirtcheap.com, has been moved to Wild West, a subsidiary I didn't know existed, instead of staying with Arvixe where it was originally set up. I reported online fraud to GoDaddy weeks ago, thinking it was your company. Could you please investigate this issue and find out who is responsible for this change? Thank you.

I recently purchased Sitelock for my website and have successfully configured it. However, I am facing issues with setting up the SMART option. I have followed the instructions by creating an FTP account on my CPANEL for Sitelock as my hosting is with another provider. The connection test is successful, but I am stuck when trying to activate SMART. The system prompts me to select the root directory, but I encounter an error message indicating the directory cannot be verified as the "document root." I am given the options of ROOT DIRECTORY or HOME DIRECTORY, but I receive the same error regardless of my selection. How can I resolve this issue?

I have a domain that has already expired, but I am unable to locate it in the renewal list. When I search for it as I do with other domain names, it shows as "taken." On my profile page where all my domains are listed, there is an alert indicating its expiry status along with a "Renew now!" link. However, when I click on the link, the domain does not appear on the renewal list. The domain expired on January 6th. Could it be in a "process state" before it returns to the public pool? What should I do in this situation?

Today, I signed up with GoDaddy and purchased a new .com domain for my blog on Blogger to replace the original .blogspot.co.uk domain. While checking the settings on my phone, I accidentally "parked" the domain, displaying a "site temporarily unavailable" message. Despite my efforts, I couldn't resolve this issue. I sought help online and even spoke to a live support person, but I still couldn't fix it. All I want is for my blog to be easily found using the new .com domain instead of the old one. I created a Wordpress blog with GoDaddy's "WordPress managed hosting." Everything was fine initially, but now whenever I try to edit a post, it either loads indefinitely or shows a message that WordPress is disconnected, as if there's no internet connection. This issue occurs not only with post editing but with any command I try to execute in the Wordpress admin panel. I attempted to troubleshoot by changing the theme and deactivating all plugins, but the problem persists. Interestingly, after restarting my computer, the issue disappears for the first 30 minutes, only to resurface later. Restarting my computer every 30 minutes is not a feasible solution.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with a problem where some of my website users are unable to receive emails sent from my site using PHP code (class.phpmailer). Users on Microsoft networks like Live, Hotmail, and Outlook do not receive the emails even when I try to send them via Webmail Access in cPanel. Strangely, when I use Workspace, they can receive the emails, but not when I try to send through the server address in the email settings center using PHP mailer code. Users on networks like Gmail and Yahoo can receive my emails without any problems. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

We registered the domain noureda.com on GoDaddy. We bought 'Office [redacted] Email Essentials' for 2 users and are setting up email accounts for noureda.com. When we try to add the TXT records to verify 'Domain ownership,' we see the message: "The zone file is unavailable because the domain's set nameservers do not belong to this registrar." Can you explain why we are receiving this message even though we have the domain on GoDaddy? Thank you.

I am looking to explore my options regarding my email plan. I currently have Email Plan 1 and am using 5 out of 5 accounts. I also created a free email account with hosting that provides 20MB of space, which is insufficient for my needs. Is there a way to increase the storage space for the free account? Can I transfer it to my Email Plan 1? What are the associated costs? Additionally, if I delete an existing email account from Email Plan 1 and the free email account with hosting, can I recreate the available email spot with the same name that I previously deleted?

I'm having trouble adding DNS records for Amazon Workmail during the second step. The first step of verifying domain ownership went smoothly, and I created my mailbox. However, when trying to finalize the domain setup by adding a new CNAME record, I encountered an error. The message asks for a valid host name, such as "@" or "subdomain.domain.tld."
