I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. When I attempt to recover it, I am asked to input a password I have forgotten. After selecting the forgot password option, I am directed to enter my recovery phone number. While I receive the recovery code on my phone, I am then prompted for another code sent to the Gmail account I am trying to recover. However, I cannot access that account to retrieve the code needed for recovery.

I believe two of my accounts have been hacked, and I am also a victim of identity theft. My name is Maxime Mauranges, and I have accounts on Google under the name Maxtaure. The two compromised accounts are: [redacted], created for work, and [redacted], created in my youth around 15 to 20 years ago. The issue arises from a two-factor authentication requiring a different phone and email, which I do not have access to. I recently lost my phone with my SIM card. Unfortunately, I did not sign in on any devices nor did I add a recovery email. The recovery number is also lost with the phone. I can remember my Gmail ID and password, but I am having trouble with the 2-step verification process when trying to sign in on my new device that I recently purchased, as I didn't set up a recovery email or number. My Gmail account is extremely important to me. Could you please provide access or offer another chance to add a recovery email/number?

I recently sold my Gmail account, but unfortunately did not receive payment for it. The Gmail account is linked to a Supercell account that holds significant value. I believe I have been scammed because my password was changed, and a recovery phone number was added without my authorization. I am having trouble signing into my Gmail account on Google to sync it with my laptop. I am aware that there was a security issue, and my account got disabled on my Windows laptop. I have already changed my password, and I can access my account on other devices. However, when attempting to log in on my Windows laptop, I receive the following error message: "[redacted]. We are facing a significant issue and need your assistance. My wife is struggling to access her Google account since she recently changed her phone after the old one, Xiaomi Redmi 12T, broke. The challenge is her account is linked to the old phone and her previous phone number, of which she no longer has access. Resetting the password is not an option due to this. There seems to be a mix-up with someone else using the same Gmail address as mine. I've been receiving emails intended for a person named Pamela Lemish on my Gmail, which is causing confusion. This has occurred multiple times, mainly related to political causes and media I'm interested in. Additionally, I've received phone calls from an Illinois hospital asking for this person regarding money owed. I haven't reached out to the phone numbers I found online as I suspect it might be a scam. I'm unsure how to proceed in this situation and would appreciate any guidance or assistance.

Since yesterday, I have been unable to access my Google account. I have an email address (see below) associated with it, which I can access, and a phone number that I no longer have access to due to a contract change. It seems that changing the phone number on my Google account did not work, as the old number is still being displayed during the account recovery process. When trying to recover the account, I can request a verification code via email, but this code is sent to the Gmail address I no longer have access to. Despite following advice from the Google Forum and trying various locations where I usually am, I keep encountering the same problem. Google's email support only responds with standardized messages, and phone support redirects to online resources and email support, without connecting to a live representative. Is there any way to restore the account using my regular email address?

Our Gmail account is [redacted], and our registered mobile number is [redacted]. On March 20, [redacted], around 4:00 PM, we were automatically logged out from all devices. When trying to log back in, we received a message that the password had been changed an hour earlier. We attempted to recover the password using the provided steps, but the recovery code was sent to our registered mobile number and email address, which are the same - [redacted] Unfortunately, we were unable to recover the password with this email address. I am experiencing issues with receiving emails on my business account, [redacted], with no prior notification from your end about any problems. I am unable to receive emails but can still send them, which is causing significant financial loss. The system mentions that MX records need adjustments, but being 63 years old and not very tech-savvy, I am unsure how to proceed with this task. Hello, I'm having trouble receiving important work emails in both my inbox and junk folder at [redacted] An IT employee from my company advised me that our mail server is reporting that emails to me are being bounced by my server. They suggested contacting my server to allow the email address, domain, or IP address in their permitted list. Additionally, the IT employee mentioned they will send the software and a password reset email to my Gmail address. They advised checking the Junk folder as Google is strict in blocking suspicious emails.
