Hello Google, I lost access to my Gmail addresses due to an issue with my Samsung S10e Galaxy phone after a problematic update. My phone's display was locked with an unfamiliar password, preventing me from retrieving my Google Authenticator codes. I've tried various methods to regain access, including password recovery and factory resetting the phone. Unfortunately, without the Google Authenticator codes, I can't recover my accounts. The Gmail addresses I'm trying to recover are: - [redacted] - [redacted] Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Kevin K.

My Gmail account has been hacked, and I am unable to access it anymore. My email address is [redacted] I am worried about my personal information and the risk of identity theft. I just discovered this issue last Friday, September 10, and I urgently need assistance. I have attempted all recovery methods without success. For correspondence, you can reach me through my mother's email address: [redacted] Thank you. Lorin B.

I often receive replies to most inquiries within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once a response is provided. An error message is appearing at the top of my Gmail account indicating that I am unable to send or receive emails due to insufficient storage space. Upon checking my Drive storage, it shows that a total of 1.34 GB is being used by Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail together. I have attached a screenshot of this for reference. Please advise on how I can resolve this promptly, as I am in the process of applying for jobs and it is crucial that my email is accessible. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing difficulty changing my account password. The organization I am affiliated with previously utilized Zoho, linking my Gmail to it. I faced issues trying to modify my Google password with an active Zoho account, as it redirected me to Zoho to change it there. Despite attempting to update the password on Zoho, it only altered my Zoho password, not my Google one. Although my Zoho account is now inactive, Google still directs me to Zoho to reset my password. Due to not having a Zoho account, I cannot sign in to resolve the matter. Zoho mentioned being unable to assist as Google redirects me. I have thoroughly checked and confirm no evident linkage of Zoho to my account exists. Despite efforts, I have been unable to disconnect Zoho from my Google account. There is a pressing need to detach my Google account from Zoho for security concerns, as the software is no longer in use, and I no longer hold Zoho login credentials. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was using my Gmail account "[redacted]" on YouTube when I got automatically signed out. When I tried to log back in, I was told that my password had been changed less than an hour ago. I did not change my password and now I'm stuck in a loop trying to recover my account. The recovery tools on the site all require me to sign in, which I can't do. I'm willing to provide any security information to prove this is my account, but the options given aren't working for me. Why am I unable to use my phone number or security code for verification? This is frustrating as I wasn't even prompted to answer my security question. What's the point of having these security measures if they are not user-friendly?

Hello, my name is Kristina Brizendine. I am facing a major issue and need your assistance. I am unable to access my Gmail account due to not having access to my old phone number and recovery email address anymore. Additionally, both my password got changed without my knowledge, leaving me locked out of both accounts. My entire digital life is linked to these emails, and I am at a standstill. I have attempted all the steps I am aware of and can provide answers to any security questions, but I am unable to reach the point of changing my password. My photos and important information are all tied to these accounts. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

My daughter's Gmail account has been hacked, and the hacker changed the password, recovery email address, recovery phone number, and she is locked out of her YouTube account, where she earns money. We are also unable to access her Google AdSense account. We have tried to recover her account with no success and have not received any emails from Google during the recovery process. This is concerning as it affects her legitimate business on YouTube. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Adam Clulow

Hello! Today, after finishing a vocal cover of a song, I logged into my YouTube account under the email [redacted] to upload the video to my cover channel. However, YouTube prompted me for verification by Google. Despite entering my correct password, I received a message stating, "Google couldn't verify that this account belongs to you," without any further guidance. I am concerned that I may have missed connecting the account to my main one, potentially lacking recovery options like email or phone. I have attempted to research solutions online without success. I believe I can prove ownership through the videos on the channel showcasing my singing. I am perplexed about why someone would use another person's account for covers. I can provide my ID to verify my nickname "tori" representing Viktorija and my last name Pticar (Ptičar). I am eager to resolve this issue as I would like to retain my channel with just 4 subscribers! Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello! I encountered an issue with accessing my new personal email account at [redacted] Whenever I attempt to log in to check my emails, I am prompted to sign in. Surprisingly, when I tried to sign in, the system indicated that my password was changed four days ago, which I didn't do. Moreover, my recovery email seems to be the same email address. I was unaware of the existence of the authenticated app until now and had not signed into it. I suspect that my account might have been compromised since I haven't accessed it in a week or two. Given that my college and bank account are linked to this email, I am in urgent need of recovering it. I am willing to provide proof of my identity if necessary, such as my college ID and bank card, in addition to my birth certificate if required. My username on the account is my legal name, Charlotte Ley (however, I go by Evan as I'm trans). Unfortunately, I am unsure how to send images through this platform. Kind regards, Evan.

I am writing to address an issue with my current email account, [redacted] I have recently noticed that I am not receiving any new emails, which I find concerning. In an attempt to troubleshoot, I tried sending emails to myself from my siblings' accounts without success. When I attempted to log in from another device, despite entering the correct password, I was informed that I had changed it 43 hours ago, which is inaccurate. I then tried to reset my password, but without a recovery account in place, I am unable to receive the verification code required to authenticate my account and proceed with the reset. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts, I have been unable to regain access to my account, which is both my personal and professional email. I sincerely hope for assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mariam

Dear GetHuman team, I believe my Google account has been compromised, as the password was changed and Google Authenticator was added by an unknown person, preventing me from recovering my account. Unfortunately, I don't have an alternate email or phone number linked to facilitate the recovery process. When attempting account recovery, it prompts for the Google Authenticator code, which I suspect was added by the unauthorized user who changed my password. Thank you.

I was born on June 12, [redacted], and I created this email during my 8th year in [redacted]-09. Despite efforts in the past three years, I have been unable to recover my account. My third verification method was my school email address, but I cannot access it at [redacted] I am willing to provide further proof of ownership if needed. Please assist in recovering my account promptly as it contains important documents. Thank you.

Since relocating to Canada, I am unable to access my Gmail account. I still remember the password, but Google prompts me to verify the account due to being on an unfamiliar device. I can provide the associated phone number, but no longer have access to it. Fortunately, the emails are forwarded to my current main email, which I can access. Even if verification was sent directly to the email address I am trying to open, I could retrieve it that way. During the recovery process, I input my most recent password, but it insists on verifying through my old British phone number that I no longer have access to. When I indicate not having access to that number, I receive a message stating the account can't be verified.

I recently created a Gmail account without a recovery email or phone number. Unfortunately, the phone I used to set up the account is broken, and I can't remember the password. Google's account recovery asks for my last password, but since this is a new account, I don't have one. When I try another way, it suggests checking my Galaxy S7, but that's not possible as it's broken. I appreciate the security measures, but it's frustrating not being able to access my account without support. It would be helpful if a company as big as Google provided more online assistance for situations like mine.

My cellphone has been hacked, and the password was changed. On Thursday, September 16, [redacted], I tried to reset it. After waiting for 2 hours, I got a reset code and set a new password along with a new recovery email. Unfortunately, the hackers in the neighboring apartment swiftly changed the recovery email to the account and logged out again. Although I requested a second recovery, I was informed after midnight on 9/17 that I would get another recovery email, which I never received at [redacted] The recovery email now shows up the same as the logged-off account on the webpage for recovering the email address. Google's software prevents me from setting the recovery address as the primary account (a circular coding issue). The phone number linked to the account is inactive. Being essential for job searching, I urgently need to regain access to this account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

For the past 2 1/2 days, I have been experiencing difficulty opening Gmail. When attempting to access it normally, it fails to open, displaying a Numeric Code 4. However, if I open it in a new private window, the login prompt appears, and after entering my information, I receive a text message with a code to proceed. This allows me temporary access until I close the window, requiring me to repeat the login and verification process each time. Despite clearing my cache and cookies, signing in and out, and rebooting multiple times, the issue persists. The Google Workspace Status Dashboard indicates no problems on their end. The error message received states my account is temporarily unavailable, advising to try again later. It's puzzling why I can access Gmail in a private window but not under normal circumstances. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use the Mail app on both my desktop Mac and iPhone. A while back, I disabled the Gmail spam filter in my Gmail settings because it wasn't performing well and was not catching unwanted emails. On my desktop Mail app, I created a filter where "To:" equals "-----@----" with the action "Delete permanently" to deal with most spam targeted at that address. However, I noticed that spam was still going to the Gmail Archive folder. To address this, I attempted to set up a similar filter in Gmail settings, specifying "To:" equals "-----@----" with the action "Delete". Unfortunately, this caused all the messages in my inbox to be deleted, with some possibly moved to Trash. I promptly removed the filter upon discovering this issue.

My Gmail account along with accounts on PayPal, Amazon, and Yahoo have been compromised. The hacker is signing up for new accounts and altering my email on reverb.com. My Gmail account ([redacted]) is crucial for official notifications, so I cannot delete it. I need help to recover it and secure it from unauthorized access. The hackers seem to be bypassing 2FA and preventing one-time passwords from reaching me. I changed all passwords to strong random ones, but they still access my accounts through my Gmail recovery. I have created a ProtonMail account with no links to [redacted] for added security.
