After restoring my phone to factory settings, I encountered issues with backing up using my Google account. It prompted me to verify by pressing "yes" and providing a two-digit number that was sent to a phone number I don't recognize. The process lacked the security questions I set up and seemed compromised as the hacker was able to decline the verification. When attempting to select the "I don't have my phone" option, I was directed to a page requesting to answer multiple questions without any questions displayed. The only available option was to "try again," which looped back to the initial step. It appears that my password and recovery information have been altered by the hacker.

My main email account, linked to @mia[redacted], had its password and recovery phone changed by my dad and stepmom. Despite their denial, it was altered on their Windows computer where my email was previously logged in. I relied on this email for important documents and have had it since high school ([redacted]-17). The email holds crucial information such as my birth certificate details. I have already sought help from authorities and am unable to resolve this with our differing phone service providers. I urge you not to overlook this situation as my parents are uncooperative in providing me access. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I used to work as a private investigator and had access to background checking information not available to the public. A friend asked for help to prove his girlfriend was cheating, which turned out to be true. Unfortunately, the guy she was cheating with, an ex-military professional hacker, retaliated by hacking into my Google accounts. During the investigation, I discovered that my father had sold my identity and stolen my Google account. Now, I find myself locked out of all my Google accounts, including [redacted] and [redacted], which contain precious photos of my kids and me. I urgently need access to these accounts. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Avelia M.

Hello sir, I'm having trouble recovering my Gmail account. Recently, after rooting my mobile phone, I am unable to login to my account. Google says they can't verify that this Gmail belongs to me. I've tried various methods to recover it without success.
This Gmail account is crucial to me as it is linked to my school, college, and exam documents. I feel scared and hopeless. I can create a new account, but the information in this one is irreplaceable.
Please provide a reset password link to help me regain access. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my Gmail account, [redacted] I forgot the password and tried to recover it. Google asked for the recovery phone number linked to the email. I verified it with the SMS code sent by Google. However, instead of allowing me to set a new password, Google is planning to send another verification code to the same email I am trying to recover from. This process is frustrating and doesn't make sense.

I encountered a number claiming to be Gmail, offering assistance to recover my inaccessible Gmail account. Initially, I was assured the account was safe and they could reset it. However, the situation took a strange turn when they mentioned spyware and requested access to my computer. When I raised concerns, their attitude turned rude. I'd appreciate resolving this matter solely regarding my Gmail access, as the recovery process hasn't been effective. The security questions promised weren't prompted. For further communication, please use the email provided, related to [redacted] Anxiously awaiting your response.

Two days ago, I found myself unexpectedly logged out of my Google account. When attempting to log back in, the system indicated that my password had been changed a certain number of hours ago without my knowledge. I tried the "forgot password?" option, but it prompted me to get a verification code from the Google Authenticator app, which I never set up. When opting for an alternative method, a code was sent to the email I am currently locked out of, [redacted] Unfortunately, I seem to have lost access to my account without any explanation. Despite researching online solutions, I have not found a resolution and now seek customer support to regain access to my Gmail account, [redacted], using the password malvern22 that I have not changed.

I am encountering an error message on my iPhone, not on my PC, that says "Oops, something went wrong. Recent changes may not have been saved." I can receive emails on my iPhone but cannot respond or delete them without seeing this error message each time. I am currently unable to use Gmail on my iPhone. I checked the community posts, but they are outdated, mentioning a known issue in [redacted] that Google was addressing. I urgently need a solution from Google or the community to resolve this problem, as my phone is my primary means of communication for the next month while I am away from my PC. Thank you.

I received a notification from Google stating that someone attempted to access my Gmail account, which was actually me. I have been trying multiple times to recover my account, but Google has not responded to my recovery email. The only assistance Google provides is to use a phone number I no longer have access to for verification, and I don't have any backup codes.
I am requesting Google to update my verification phone number to the one listed on my recovery email to regain access to my Gmail account. I have not received helpful responses from Google, only automated emails. I am seeking human assistance to resolve this login issue promptly. I appreciate any professional support from Google to assist customers efficiently.
Best regards,
FG

I have been unable to access my [redacted] account since 1/19/21. I attempted to log in on 9/27/21 and today using three different passwords. However, there are discrepancies in the recovery options provided:
1. The displayed recovery email fragment is Hotmail, but my actual recovery email is [redacted]
2. The telephone number fragment shown is 95, yet my correct phone number is [redacted]. My secondary number ending in 33 is for my flip phone that is rarely in use.
I am concerned my account may have been compromised. I am unsure how this access issue occurred. I kindly request valid access solutions. Thank you.

My original email account [redacted] has been compromised. I previously had 2-step verification enabled with my phone number ([redacted]) linked to it. The account was renamed to Aran Parash, and the password was changed from 34CaptainPipersRoad to Rice1968! and previously pleasedonthack. Despite the phone verification, they managed to access the account, attaching their own details and 2-step verification. This email also includes links to my other accounts like gaming profiles and financial applications like Swyftx, which the hacker now has control of. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello,
I want to address a recent issue I encountered with my email account, [redacted] It was deactivated due to suspected spam activity, but this misunderstanding needs clarification. I utilized this email to submit my music track "Way Home" to playlist curators and Czech radios. I found these contacts on DailyPlaylists.com, a platform where curators willingly share their email addresses for submissions. The emails I sent were relevant to the recipients' requests, not unsolicited messages. Despite my efforts to follow guidelines, my account was deactivated without explanation, hindering my music career prospects. I assure you, my intent was genuine, and I solely contacted individuals who invited submissions through the website. I am eager to read any responses, as they are crucial for my musical pursuits. The abrupt deactivation by Google without communication has left me unsettled. Your support in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

I am facing an issue with accessing my Gmail account. After resetting my password and going through account recovery, I encounter an error message stating that Google couldn't sign me in as it doesn't recognize the device I am using. Despite being on the same laptop and using the same Wi-Fi at home that I've always used, I am unable to access my account. This problem persists even when trying to sign in from my iPhone. How can I break out of this frustrating cycle?

I recently attempted to tidy up my old email account but unintentionally got locked out of it. The email associated with the account is now inaccessible. I am using a different email to seek assistance. The error message I keep encountering when trying to log in is:
"We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes. You can view the Google Workspace Status Dashboard for the current status of the service. If the issue persists, please visit the Help Center. Numeric Code: 2"

Yesterday, my Gmail was hacked. When I tried to log in, my password didn't work, so I initiated a recovery process by sending a verification code to my phone. I managed to log in, but shortly after, I received a message about someone else trying to access my account. When I tried to log in again, my password failed once more. The hacker changed the recovery phone number from ending in 08 to 16, preventing me from using it. Now, I'm only able to receive recovery codes on the new phone that they linked to the account. My email that was hacked is [redacted] I can provide details like my name, recent emails, and past passwords to prove my ownership of the account. Please assist me in regaining access to my email. Thank you.

Hello,
I am requesting assistance to regain access to my old email account. I face difficulty as my Snapchat account entered safe mode, necessitating a reset using email or phone. However, the associated email is the one I am currently unable to access.
During the recovery process, I correctly input my old email and confirm my phone number, but I am unable to receive the verification code. When prompted for a recovery email, I realize that it has been disabled due to inactivity, rendering me unable to retrieve it. Google then states it cannot verify my identity. Despite being able to answer any questions about my account, provide past passwords, and details like my name, I remain locked out. I simply desire access to my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Maven Meadows

My email is [redacted] There's been a mix-up with Kristie Ponder Battles, who has somehow connected her iPhone 11 Pro to my account using the password Tikitiki! This occurred around October or September of [redacted]. Despite my efforts over the past two years, she constantly changes the password. I believe she accessed my information through her brother, whom I dated. She changed the backup email to j*******[redacted], whereas my AOL account is [redacted] I've tried to regain control but to no avail. She has also tampered with my Facebook account for two years; only recently did I manage to have it deleted. I wish to either regain access or ensure that she can't access it either. My previous passwords are Kristiekillspeople2! and Brianisgay2! Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I am having trouble accessing my email account directly. Although I know the password, the account requests a verification code sent to a phone number I no longer have, making it impossible to log in. The problematic account is under the email [redacted], which is linked to a main account [redacted] While I can still send and receive emails using it, I cannot modify any account settings. Despite attempting the account recovery process, it repeatedly asks to send the code to my old phone after entering my password. Even when I select that I do not have my old phone, it loops back to requesting the code again. Although I have entered my last-used password multiple times, the system fails to verify my identity. Nevertheless, I can still communicate via email using my other account.
