I have been using Gmail to access my emails. However, when trying to open Gmail, I received a notification asking me to consolidate my email under a Google Account with Gmail. It also states that my current email, [redacted], will remain as an alternative email on the account. I want to maintain my original email address, [redacted], while preserving my wife's email, [redacted] I am not very tech-savvy, but I can still receive emails on my phone. My account was hacked. I recently purchased a new phone and while trying to set it up and log into my apps, I noticed my Gmail account was in Russian and the recovery phone number was unfamiliar to me. The hacker has changed the password and phone number associated with the account. I am being asked to complete a survey to verify that I am not a bot, but I am unable to provide the requested phone number as it is not mine.

Hello! I need help accessing my email account.
Problem Description:
I created an email account on September 29, [redacted], with @gmail.com on a MacBook Air using Google Chrome browser. I have been using the email without logging out. A few days ago, the email page was closed, and it asked for a password. I cannot log in with the password. I may not remember the password correctly, but I suspect the issue might be that during registration, I did not indicate the option to use the phone number provided. I remember the email address, username, date of birth (entered during registration). I remember the password (which does not work to enter), phone number (provided during registration but not marked for use), additional email address. When trying to log in, it says there is not enough information to prove the ownership of the email. Please advise on how to access the email if the password is not working (tried many times). I am willing to provide: email address, username, date of birth, the password I used during registration, phone number, and additional email address. Respectfully and hopeful for a solution to the issue.

I set up a Gmail account for my business and linked it to various social media platforms. Google has deactivated this account for potential policy violations related to bot creation. I am experiencing difficulties signing in to my Gmail account because I forgot my password and did not add a recovery email address.
Although I am receiving codes on my registered mobile number, I am unable to regain access to my account. Even after entering the code, the system prompts me for a code that is being sent to the Gmail address I am trying to recover.

I am seeking assistance in recovering my father's Gmail account. I have his email address but do not know his password.
Unfortunately, he was involved in a car accident resulting in a brain hemorrhage and he is currently experiencing memory loss. Accessing his email would greatly assist in managing his affairs during this difficult time.
I understand that account information is usually not provided easily, but I am hopeful for an exception given the circumstances.

Despite trying to use the number I originally used to register the Gmail account, I continue to be redirected to tapping a number on my old phone.

I recently made some updates to my Gmail account without issues, but I encountered a problem when trying to remove a device for two-step verification. When I logged in on my iPhone using the same email, I got a message asking me to verify it from my old phone. I followed the steps to verify but now I no longer use that old phone and would like to remove it from the two-step verification device list. I shared my password with a friend to assist with an issue, but he changed my password, recovery email, and added his phone number for two-factor authentication. I have his number and am certain it's him. When attempting to log in now, it shows that my password was altered 13 days ago. How do I regain access to my account? I've been trying to change my password but it keeps getting rejected. The system keeps looping back to the same questions. Now I'm unsure which password was accepted. The original password I used was correct as I have it written down.
Additionally, I have several Gmail accounts, each with a different password. However, three of the accounts are not showing under Gmail accounts, and when I try to add them, it gets rejected.

I created an account about 5 or 6 days ago. While setting it up, I skipped adding a phone number but now I can't sign in as it's asking for verification. I tried adding multiple phone numbers, including a new one, but it keeps saying "This phone number cannot be used for verification." I have all the other details like the password, username, and creation date. The Gmail linked to this account is essential for me. I made a new account due to the importance of the previous one. I have noticed unauthorized activity in my account under the "Security" section. Someone with the device name "SM-A125F" has been able to repeatedly log in, despite my efforts to sign them out, change my password, and secure my account further with 2-Step Authentication. They have managed to manipulate the "Skip password when possible" setting as well. It's concerning as I suspect a data leak and I am constantly monitoring my account to prevent any unauthorized changes. I urgently need assistance to permanently stop this breach and ensure only I can access my account through 2-Step Authentication. I am providing my alternate email for communication but request immediate resolution and an explanation of how this breach is occurring. Thank you.

Hello, I have had an issue with the Gmail customer support team who have been unhelpful in resolving a problem that dates back to [redacted]. My email account was abruptly blocked by Gmail support under the false pretense that it was compromised, even though no actual hacking attempts were made. Despite my account being linked to social media profiles, the recovery process has been unsuccessful due to insufficient evidence provided to prove ownership. I find it frustrating that access to my account is being denied, given my background in military conflicts. If action is not taken promptly, Google in Russia, and ultimately worldwide, will face consequences. Trust it or not, the truth will come to light.
