General Electric Customer Service Issues

The refrigerator already had that humidity issue, and I believe the supplier knew about it, but they didn't respond adequately. This situation has caused me a lot of problems, even emotional distress. I got to the point of being ridiculed because the fridge door eventually came off, and it had to be repaired. I am here in Venezuela, where it's not easy to replace things due to the high inflation and limited purchasing power we currently face. Sincerely, J.G. Delgado
