Ever since the switch from eservicegap.com, I've been unable to log in anywhere. I attempted Synchrony Bank as recommended, but that didn't work. I've also tried various other platforms with no success. Even attempting to make a payment in-store was unsuccessful as they no longer accept payments. I have an upcoming payment due, and the inability to find a way to pay is frustrating. If assistance is not provided soon, I may have to close my account. The previous process was much simpler. - Betty S.

Dear GAP Credit Card Representative, About a month ago, I reached out to cancel my GAP VISA card and requested a simple GAP credit card to shop at our local GAP stores. As a 72-year-old, I prefer a non-VISA card to avoid potential loss if it gets stolen. Despite my request, a new VISA GAP card was sent promptly. I promptly cut it up to avoid unauthorized use during travel. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I couldn't reach a live representative. I urge you to provide me with the desired simple GAP credit card before Valentine's Day to purchase gifts for my family. I settled all dues on my VISA card prior to cancellation, and I am eager to continue shopping at GAP without worries about potential loss. I visited GAP outlet in Minneapolis on November 28, [redacted], where I bought items and applied for a credit card. The salesperson advised me not to pay immediately. I haven't received a bill or the credit card yet. I lost my phone with the number provided during the application, waiting for re-activation. Please send updates to my email.
