Strangely, although I have made kills and am in the middle of a match, my username does not show up, and I do not receive credit for my kills. I have tried a factory reset on my device, replaced the internet filters, and have a new router, yet the issue persists. My squad members have witnessed this problem through screenshots. I am having issues with the My Little Pony App in the US. My game progress was lost, and I have been trying to get assistance by sending multiple requests with no response. When I finally received a reply, I was instructed to check my Google account, but the game still restarted. Despite my efforts and providing all necessary information through attached screenshots, customer care has not been helpful, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support. Since yesterday afternoon, I've been experiencing an issue with the game. There was a major update scheduled for Friday (Asphalt 9), and I was excited to try it out. Upon opening the game, it tried to connect to Xbox Live as usual, but this time it took too long despite my 5G internet. I attempted to sign into my Xbox account, but the game remained stuck on "checking Xbox Live privileges," eventually crashing and becoming unresponsive. I even tried reinstalling, to no avail. I'm concerned about losing a year's worth of progress and my collection of 20 cars. In a similar situation with Asphalt 8, Gameloft assisted a player by providing a new account with most of their cars restored. I'm hopeful they can help me as well, as I only need my 20 cars back. My 4-year-old sibling has been playing Asphalt Nitro on the phone, and to our surprise, there were 8 duplicate purchases on our phone bill for approximately [redacted] USD. We are unsure how these purchases were made since my sibling cannot even use the items without a specific code. We are keen on securing a refund from Gameloft due to this unintentional expense. After emailing Gameloft Customer Care on the evening of 23rd July, we are still awaiting a reply. We have noticed that many others faced challenges in receiving responses as well, which is making us anxious. Unfortunately, we haven't found alternative ways to contact them yet.

In December [redacted], I reached out to Gameloft due to my daughter facing issues accessing Dragon Mania Legends. Despite playing the game on her iPad for years, we received an error message stating she was underage. My attempts to contact Gameloft Customer Support resulted in delayed responses, each time with the explanation that my email had been lost in their database. I provided all requested information, including my daughter's Profile ID (Dragonmaster799827). Today (08/11/[redacted]), I received another email stating my message resurfaced after being lost, urging me to respond if the problem persists. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved as it has taken Gameloft 11 MONTHS without any resolution. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

My name is Maurizio Mainas, and I have been a loyal Asphalt player for several years. To my surprise, after about 15 days of inactivity on Asphalt 8, today when I tried to login, I received a 14-day suspension message for misconduct. I am truly shocked! At 55 years old, I have never cheated in my life, not even when playing soccer as a child. I believe there may be an error, or perhaps someone has cloned my account (is that even possible?). I play for pure enjoyment and do not feel the need to win at all costs, I understand the spirit of defeat.

Hello,
I am encountering a persistent issue with Asphalt 9 multiplayer functionality. Every time I attempt to join a multiplayer game, it gets stuck on the screen saying "searching for other players and location." Additionally, my Xbox networking multiplayer server connectivity is blocked. Despite checking and ensuring that my NAT is open and server connectivity is established through the Windows gaming settings, multiplayer is still not working.
I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including changing laptops, using a new PC with a different Xbox account, reinstalling Windows on both computers, switching between three different internet providers, testing connectivity in three different locations, and attempting to connect in three different ways. This issue has persisted for two months now, and despite reaching out to Microsoft, my internet provider, and Gameloft, I have only received unhelpful automated responses.

Ladies and gentlemen, for a few days now I have been complaining about a faction from Korea that we are constantly facing in our faction wars in the game "World at Arms." We have lost 8 wars to them because they are using the apk Cheat Energy 7.0 / 7.2 and 7.4 in KRA events to get the most powerful infiltration tanks, DEFENSOR IV, for free through cheating with this apk, thus winning all faction wars without giving the opposing faction, which is us, a chance when the game pairs us with them. We have lost over 1,[redacted] glory points for our faction to them because they are cheating in the game.
I have complained several times, and so far they have not paid attention to the issue. We are losing more faction glory every day due to our complaints not being addressed and the cheaters being punished and banned along with their faction, which is the normal course of action in these cases. Energy is deducted during story or spec ops missions, and my weapon exp is still at 13 percent. I've tried restarting the game and my internet, but the subscription won't activate. I attempted to access Disney Magic Kingdom on my phone using Google, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue where I lost about two to three weeks of progress. Additionally, I purchased several in-game items totaling over $30, including Frozen chests with over [redacted] gems which rewarded me with characters like Hans, Elsa's Ice Palace, water spirit wave ride, troll knoll, and Elsa's costumes. I also acquired Ming Lee and Lee family Temple, which I mistakenly bought twice. This setback caused my season pass progress to drop from over [redacted] to around 87 or 88. I believe this is the platform I used before, and I am encountering an issue again. I lost my progress once more. I currently hold a [redacted]-win streak, have completed the season, battle pass, and am now on the Alien Sky level completing missions.
