Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account. I am not sure if my account is gone. When I tried to transfer my Asphalt 8 account from my old Samsung to my new iPhone, I first installed Asphalt 8 on my new iPhone. Then I connected both accounts via Discord, my account and the standard starting account you get when you first play. I clicked on my account, but it didn't load properly. So, just to test, I also clicked on the other account. Suddenly, both devices had the standard starting account, and I couldn't find my actual account. Is it possible to recover it? I am really worried about my account.

My tablet crashed, and I had to flash it, so now I need to reinstall all my apps. Google Play Games includes Ironblade, a game where I lost my old character. I would love to have my toon back. My Google Play Games cloud is active, but the toon I want is missing. The toon's name and numbers are "SirBattleDonkey" ([redacted]). I need assistance with transferring my progress from Modern Combat 5 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A [redacted] to a PC emulator. I have tried reconnecting via Google Play and Facebook, but my progress does not show up. Despite playing on an emulator connected to both networks previously, my account now only reflects new or alternate accounts created during those attempts. I have achievements saved on my main Google Play account from February and December [redacted], proving my progress exists. I also made in-app purchases that I hope to restore. I have provided screenshots exhibiting the problem I am facing with Google Play, which also applies to Facebook. Your prompt help in recovering my progress is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been attempting to address an issue with Gameloft through their online support portal. Despite my efforts, I keep receiving emails stating that the problem has been resolved, referring to an outdated reference number unrelated to my current concern. I have exhausted all avenues, as I am unable to reach anyone through the provided phone numbers. It is evident that my emails are not being read thoroughly, as the responses simply reiterate that the matter is resolved without actually addressing it. Moreover, no one responds to my inquiries under the incorrect reference number they keep mentioning. As a paying customer of Disney Dreamlight Valley, I am entitled to proper support, which I have not received. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance from Gameloft and would appreciate guidance on how to access the support I require.
