I have been purchasing packs in the game, *Planet Online*, and trying to upgrade my building. Unfortunately, the game is not saving all of my progress. Even after reporting this issue multiple times, I was initially told by a representative that I must be mistaken. To address this, I started taking screenshots every time I made an upgrade to show the disappearing progress. Now, I have evidence that the game is not functioning correctly. I am tired of paying for items that vanish after purchase. I enjoy playing *Planet Online*, but I want this issue resolved. I am not expecting a full refund for all my lost items, but I would like to have back at least what the screenshots clearly show was lost in the last two days. It is frustrating that when I lacked proof, I was told I was mistaken, but now that I can provide evidence, it is dismissed as a "visual bug." I appreciate your help in addressing this ongoing problem.

On Monday, November 12th at 6 a.m., my Dragon Mania Legends game reset to the beginning. I don't have a Facebook page and don't know my player code. I was part of Clan Hecates Crossing with another member named Wicked who might know my player ID. I've contacted Gameloft's internal help messenger three times since Monday morning but have not received a response. My player nickname was Scorchos, and I believe my personal name was ME. I was at least level 60 and have $[redacted] in Microsoft redeemable cards that I still physically possess, along with email confirmations for those purchases. Hello Gameloft customer service team, Could you please explain the banning process of your company to me? I am frustrated with the recent 14-day ban I received due to suspicious activities on my account. While I understand the reasons behind it, I believe addressing and fixing in-game glitches could prevent such bans. After the ban was lifted, I was able to use my account on my first device without issues. However, upon trying to play on my second device, I was banned again. I am confused as to why the "link account option" on Blitz Brigade allows players to use multiple devices if it leads to bans. I would appreciate a response to my concerns. Thank you.

Hello Daniel, I appreciate your response to my previous cry for help regarding the issues I faced with Sniper Fury on my Android mobile phone. After following your suggestion, I have proceeded to reinstall the game, although initially hesitant due to concerns about losing progress. Unfortunately, by doing so, I fear I may have lost all the progress made during the Global Hunt Event, including valuable time and effort invested in gameplay over the past months. The game now appears to be functioning properly; however, I am disheartened by the potential loss of progress in the Global Hunt Event. With only a limited amount of time left to complete the remaining targets, the situation is quite frustrating. Regrettably, the daily rewards have also been missed due to my unawareness that simply reinstalling the game could resolve the issue. I want to express my gratitude for your assistance, although the setback in the Global Hunt progress has left me feeling disheartened.

I've been experiencing issues with Disney Magic Kingdoms on my Windows 10 laptop. Over the past 2 weeks, my gameplay has been reset to Level 1, even though I was originally at Level 48 or 49. I have been trying to get assistance from Gameloft support since April 1, [redacted]. Despite sending eight emails, I have not received any response. Today, following the latest update on May 25, [redacted], I discovered that all of my booster inventory is missing. I have invested significant time and money in building this inventory, and it is frustrating that with each update, I seem to be negatively impacted. This morning, I purchased three $1.99 Apollo packs while playing Asphalt 9 Legends. Later, I tried to buy a $9.99 Apollo pack. Initially, it showed "purchase successful," but then it changed to "purchase error," reverting to the new packs screen. Due to signal problems, I attempted the purchase again without success. Moving to an area with a stronger signal, I tried a third time but encountered the same issue. It kept switching from "purchase successful" to "purchase error" without giving me the packs. To my dismay, I realized I was charged each time for the $9.99 pack. I'm a 54-year-old disabled player, and I don't mind paying for items, but being overcharged is unacceptable. I've encountered issues playing War Planet on my laptop for about a week now. One major problem is when I watch battles, I see 'Defeat' during the battle but 'Victory' in the battle report after it ends. Initially, I played on my phone, but switching to my laptop via Xbox improved the experience. However, recent problems like game freezes, delayed army launches, and hang-ups when reinforcing during battles have been disruptive. Yesterday during a cross-world event, I mistakenly bought the wrong pack but Xbox support approved a refund for the first purchase. Despite acquiring the Commander Bundle 5 later, my game chats malfunctioned, resulting in delayed attacks and failed reinforcements. Two attacks saw my army wiped out due to these issues, and my team couldn't understand my actions as timely messages didn't go through. I kindly request the return of a tier 9 army as my strength is currently diminished. I am open to covering any costs involved in resolving this matter.

Hello, my name is Akash. I have noticed persistent issues in Asphalt 8 involving a user named Ana's A, who appears to be hacking. During a 2-lap race, if I am in the lead, the user's hacking causes my position to switch to second place. Additionally, the score displayed at the end of the race shows that the user completed only 1 lap but received an unusually high amount of points, ranging from 80 to 98, while I receive less than 10 points. Hello, I need some assistance regarding an ongoing issue I have been facing for the last four days. When trying to attack another player with the Explosive Base Skin, I consistently encounter a "Reconnecting" message that sends me back to the main page. Despite trying different armor sets, weapons, and even reinstalling the game, the problem persists. I can attack using other Base Skins without any issues but specifically face this problem with the Explosive Base Skin. I have lost progress in various game modes due to this recurring issue. I have provided as much information as possible and even attached a video and screenshots for reference.
