I have a GE front load washer, model number GFW510SCN0WW, that is experiencing issues with draining water from the tub. Despite replacing the drain pump with a new one and ensuring that both hoses are clear, the problem persists. I have checked the pressure tube and receptacle, which are also clear. In addition, no Consumer Fault Code is displaying any errors, just showing "__ __". During the Service Mode Test, Codes 0 to 10 all pass successfully. However, when running Service Mode Test Code 12 for the Drain Pump, the washer pauses and then stops the test cycle, turning off and preventing further progress.

I ordered a new gas stove from Home Depot, but it arrived broken. Despite numerous calls to resolve the issue and secure a replacement before Christmas, I was informed by a representative that my new stove would be delivered on 12/19/[redacted]. However, I recently discovered that the delivery date has been pushed back to the 31st of December. Feeling upset, I believe I'm being misled and taken advantage of. Consequently, I have decided not to make any further purchases and intend to return both the gas stove and microwave purchased from GE Appliances.

I am experiencing issues with my GE front load washer model number GFW510SCN0WW. It goes through all cycles but does not drain water from the tub. Even after replacing the drain pump and ensuring that all hoses and tubing are clear, the problem persists. The washer displays a blank " _ _ " on the Consumer Fault Code and stops when running the Drain pump sequence. I have also tested various Service Mode Test Codes and they all pass. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Any advice on whether I should run another test, troubleshoot a different component, or order a new part would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a GE Model GTW4858SJ4WS washing machine from Lowes in Moline, IL, on 5/30/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to request service three times in the first year. Now, after 3.5 years, the appliance has stopped working for the same reason as the previous service calls. I kindly request your consideration in reimbursing me for the cost of the washing machine, as it is no longer functional. Any assistance you can offer would be highly valued. Thank you, Angela O.

I have been trying to locate your headquarters address without success, and it seems like you prefer to keep it hidden. The phone numbers provided are not helpful either. A year ago, I purchased a GE washer and dryer from Home Depot, choosing GE due to its previous good reputation for high-quality products. However, I am extremely disappointed with both items. The final spin cycle of the washer lasts an extended 20-27 minutes, particularly with two bath towels in the load. The dryer struggles with towels and requires additional drying time even after a 50-minute cycle. Both appliances are not energy-efficient, and when it's time to replace them, I will not be purchasing from GE again.

I purchased a range on 12/28/21. It was serviced two weeks ago, and the control sensor was replaced. Unfortunately, the range broke down after only six weeks of use. A second service call was necessary because the clock now does not work. The service technician ordered a new control panel, which is scheduled to be replaced on 3/25. This situation has left me extremely dissatisfied. I am frustrated with the repeated need for repairs and concerned about the reliability of the product. It feels like buying a new car only to have the engine replaced shortly after. I am worried about what will happen once the warranty expires. I would appreciate a full replacement if possible. I hope that the company stands behind its products and offers exceptional customer service by addressing this issue promptly.

I had scheduled an appointment this morning for my new washing machine. After using it, I noticed that my clothes had fur on them, even though they were made of silky fabric that shouldn't shed. When I informed the technician of the issue and asked if it could be fixed, he dismissed it by saying the machine just needed to work. I attempted to wash different types of clothing multiple times, but the problem persisted. It is frustrating to have to constantly use a lint roller after every wash. I am disappointed as the technician did not address the problem, and I would now like to request a replacement. Today's service did not meet my expectations.

Subject: Disappointing Warranty Service Experience with Nana Home Services
I am disappointed with the recent warranty service experience I had with Nana Home Services through GE. The technician assigned to assess my GE microwave was delayed due to scheduling confusions, which I believe were caused by GE. Despite valid work orders, their coordination process using a web app and text messages seemed flawed. I received incorrect confirmation text messages twice, leading to unnecessary schedule rearrangements. Rather than an explanation, I simply received new scheduling requests without any regard for my time.
When I reached out to Nana Home Services to address these issues, the response from Carmela was dismissive and unprofessional. This lack of respect for my time has left me frustrated and considering alternatives for future appliance purchases. I urge GE to reconsider their partnership with Nana Home Services based on these service shortcomings.
Sincerely,
Dan O.

After buying a Microwave, Double Gas Range, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator as part of our kitchen remodel, we faced issues with the Gas Range upon installation. Bray & Scarff advised contacting GE for a service call. The technician identified two broken parts: a gas burner piece (orifice sp?) and a defective fan. My husband and I find it frustrating to deal with problems on brand-new appliances. We are eager to talk to a representative to request a replacement rather than just parts. It's disappointing not being able to reach a person by phone promptly to address this matter.

Good Evening,
I purchased a GE washer and dryer from Home Depot in February [redacted]. I am very unsatisfied because I have not been able to use them yet. Trying to reach a representative by phone was a frustrating experience. The installers noticed my dryer outlet was gas but didn't offer to exchange it, costing me nearly $[redacted] to convert it to electric. After that was done, the washer didn't work. When I called on April 8, [redacted], I was informed that parts were ordered, but my appointment was postponed for another month. The customer service representative, Andre, mentioned that there was no manager available to assist me. I feel let down by GE's customer service and the lack of a timely resolution. My son and I urgently need a working washer. I hope for a swift resolution. Thank you.

Last year, my dishwasher malfunctioned, and a technician from GE visited. They replaced a burned-out part, but the problem with standing water persisted. Three more visits from technicians failed to identify the root cause, and after six weeks of manual dishwashing for a family of five, GE provided a new dishwasher. In September, a new unit was installed under warranty. Recently, a strong smell emerged while the dishwasher was running, leading to a service appointment where confusion arose regarding scheduling between GE and the servicing company. Despite multiple discussions with GE and attempts to resolve the issue, scheduling problems persisted. After seeking help from customer service, GE offered a reimbursement of $[redacted] for repairs but required me to find my own contractor. Subsequently, an independent contractor assessed the dishwasher, noting several necessary replacements. However, GE is unable to confirm if the unit is new or refurbished due to missing updated information. Frustratingly, the dishwasher remains unusable, and I am still awaiting resolution from GE's customer service.

My wife and I bought three GE CAFE appliances delivered on January 18, [redacted]: a CDT835SSJSS dishwasher, CVM1599SVC microwave over the stove, and CFE24SSKSS fridge from Home Depot in Maple Ridge, B.C. We also got extended warranties for the fridge and dishwasher.
On March 15, [redacted], my wife was using the microwave when she saw a flash of light behind the panel, and it stopped working. We contacted the local GE dealer Fuller Watson, who concluded that we needed parts. However, we have been waiting for over three months with no clear indication of when the part will arrive, which is frustrating. We chose the CAFE model assuming it was high quality, but the lack of support parts from GE is disappointing. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. - Jack Cooney

I purchased a GE refrigerator model GWE19SLDFSS on December 8, [redacted]. In March [redacted], the refrigerator stopped working. After waiting for weeks for repair appointments, parts, and a condenser, it is now June and the refrigerator is still not fixed. This has been incredibly challenging for me as an 89-year-old, especially as I recently had a second heart attack, and my handicapped and diabetic daughter depends on insulin that spoiled due to the refrigerator malfunction. GE could not fix the fridge, which was leaking fuel and made us sick. I have faxed them multiple times but have not received adequate help. I need assistance getting the refrigerator out of my house, replacing our spoiled food including insulin, covering the extra costs of ice and insulin, and reimbursing the expenses incurred due to this situation. The lack of support from GE has been distressing, and I am in urgent need of their assistance.

I ordered a microwave oven from Lowe's and am facing issues with the delivery process. The order number I received, [redacted]42, was supposed to be ready for pick up at the store on June 14, but when I contacted the store, they were unable to provide me with any information on its whereabouts. I called GE's toll-free number, but the representative informed me that I had the wrong order number and advised me to get the correct one from the store. The customer service experience has been frustrating, as the information provided does not align with what I was initially told. This delay is impacting my son's kitchen renovation project, and I am disappointed with the lack of clarity and assistance I have received. Moving forward, I suggest better training for customer service representatives and improved communication of delivery timelines to avoid such confusion. I await the prompt delivery of the microwave as promised, as it is crucial to completing the remodeling project. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
A. Bezik

Hello, I live in an apartment with a single-unit GE washer/dryer that broke down within 5 months of moving in. Our landlord ordered a new machine from GE in March, but they attempted delivery to the wrong address multiple times. Finally, when the correct unit was ready for delivery today, GE has failed to show up as promised. This ongoing incompetence has left my roommate and me without a washer and dryer for 6 months. It's frustrating, and dealing with GE's repeated mistakes has been incredibly disappointing.

Regarding the GE Profile 32+" wide French Door Refrigerator, Model # PFS22MIWCBB, Serial # AR053349:
After replacing the filter, the temperature controls started flashing numbers and the 'set' button did not respond. Adjusting the cooler or warmer pads increased the numbers on each side but did not display the normal temperature readings. The 'set' light did not illuminate despite attempts. The filter light was successfully reset. The current displayed number is '[redacted]', causing uncertainty about the refrigerator's temperature control and potential freezing. Prompt assistance is sought.
Additionally, attempts to contact support during business hours were unsuccessful as none of the phone numbers could be reached, prompting frustration.

I purchased a home in February [redacted] and bought GE kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven) from Lowes in March [redacted]. The dishwasher, used only once every other week, stopped working. Despite a repairman replacing all boards, it could not be fixed. I had to purchase a new dishwasher in January [redacted], less than three years after the original purchase. Today, August 19, [redacted], my GE microwave also malfunctioned. After a repairman replaced a blown fuse and advised replacing the motherboards due to missing digital lines, I was told it's more cost-effective to buy a new microwave. I am disappointed with these repeated issues and incurred expenses for new appliances and repair services. I kindly request some form of compensation for these unforeseen costs. I can provide all receipts upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Louis Lucrezia

I purchased a GE washer dryer combo in July [redacted], which was delivered and installed on July 14, [redacted]. Issues with drying clothes started in the fall. After contacting GE customer service, a technician arrived on January 26, [redacted], and replaced some parts on 2/23/[redacted]. Despite temporary improvement, the drying problem recurred. The technician returned on April 19, [redacted], and cleaned the dryer vent. Under an assumption that the problem originated during the warranty period, I requested service on 8/29/[redacted], but was told a fee would be required due to the lack of an extended service contract. Seeking a replacement due to persistent issues, I was advised to call back, but have been unable to reach anyone since. Recently, the washing machine also malfunctioned. Urgent assistance to address these issues is greatly appreciated.

My GE Profile refrigerator malfunctioned in August [redacted]. After a visit from a repairman who found the compressor to be faulty, I contacted GE Customer Service and faced delays in getting it fixed. The new compressor was eventually installed on October 14th, but it failed to cool properly. Another replacement will be needed. The prolonged wait for repairs on a 14-month-old appliance is unsatisfactory. I am requesting expedited delivery of the new compressor, prompt installation, and reimbursement of the $[redacted] paid to the non-GE repairman. Given the known compressor issues, I urge GE to address this matter swiftly to avoid negative reviews. I anticipate contact from a higher-up at GE regarding the timeline for the replacement and a refund.

I purchased a GE electric dryer on May 12, [redacted]. Following power outages on November 3, [redacted], and again recently, the dryer failed to function properly, displaying a 0 on the control panel. Klein's assessed it and recommended a new control. Another outage necessitated another visit from Klein's to reset the control. While my whole neighborhood experienced power loss, I am concerned about the reliability of my GE appliances, with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and air conditioner in my possession. I had to pay $[redacted].00 for the reset. I am worried about repeated issues post-power failure. I believe some form of compensation should be considered given the reoccurrence of the problem.
