I purchased a bus ticket from Paris to Antwerp. The website repeatedly indicated that my bank declined the authorization request with the payment being declined (AD04). While attempting the transaction again, the same error occurred, resulting in the money being withdrawn from my account twice. There were no confirmations despite the website stating that the transactions were declined. I have a screenshot of the error message and bank deductions for reference. I would greatly appreciate urgent advice on the next steps.

I regret to inform you of a negative experience I encountered today while attempting to book a ticket through your app.
I endeavored to book a ticket from Paris to London for October 29th, departing Paris at 12:30 PM local time (11:30 AM London time).
I received notifications on the app at both 16:56 and 17:00 London time stating that my card was not accepted. However, I subsequently received an SMS and email from my credit card company informing me that funds were debited from my account twice, although I did not receive any ticket or booking reference number.
Upon contacting your customer service via chat, I was advised that the charged amount would be refunded to my credit card within 72 hours due to the non-receipt of the tickets.
I kindly ask you to investigate this matter promptly to ensure a full refund as the desired ticket was not received.
My MasterCard, ending in xxxx [redacted], issued by Yesbank in India, was billed €[redacted].96 and €[redacted].96 at 16:56 and 17:00 London time, respectively.
I await your prompt attention to this issue and would appreciate an acknowledgment of this message. Enclosed are copies of the SMS, email from the bank, and chat transcript with your customer service for your perusal.

I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my confirmed booking from Karlsruhe to Bratislava for 11:45 am. Despite arriving at the bus stop at 10:45, the bus did not show up. After contacting customer care at 12:00, I was informed that I had supposedly boarded the bus at 11:45, which is impossible as I was at the bus stop the entire time.
Due to this confusion, I had to urgently purchase another ticket for the 3:50 pm bus to Bratislava, which I did board. I have attached both tickets for your reference. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with customer care, I have not received a satisfactory response.
I kindly request a refund for the 11:45 am booking ([redacted]), as I have clear evidence of not being on that bus. I am willing to provide more information if required.

On September 17, I lost my luggage on the way to Venice. Unfortunately, it has not been found, so I followed the instructions and filed a compensation claim. Today, two weeks have passed since I submitted the claim, so I am wondering if I am on the waiting list for a response or if I filled something out incorrectly. After submitting the claim, I received an email about the possibility of an extended waiting time, but I prefer to make sure that everything is in order with the claim.

The individual who stole my husband's wallet did this in Portland, Oregon, at a hostel known for hosting trivia nights for both travelers and locals. The card has been reported stolen, but I felt it important to inform you about the deceitful individual traveling. It's crucial to warn all passengers and staff about this danger. The reason I fear this person may repeat this behavior is that my husband and I are seniors and were specifically targeted by them. This has put us in a challenging situation, as they have used the stolen card not only with your company but also with other establishments. Those who take advantage of vulnerable people like us are likely to do it again. I genuinely hope that you can help in identifying this person.

Hello, I've been waiting at the Tucson station for 2 hours for my FlixBus. When it arrived, I asked the driver if it was the connection to Phoenix, but he said it was for Las Vegas. As I checked my booking after he drove away, I realized I have another connection to catch to get to Phoenix. I'm confused because the driver told me it wasn't my bus, and now I'm still here trying to figure out what to do. This situation has cost me three times now.
