I had booked a parcel with a delivery date of the 15th, and your Flip Card agent called us on the 13th saying that the parcel has arrived. When asked where to deliver, I initially said Paharganj, but the agent insisted on delivering to Khalsa Pur. I agreed to meet there in half an hour. Later, I called and he said he was in Haripur and needed an hour. The next day, he messaged that he attempted delivery, but I saw a different delivery location. When I called, he said he was in Paharganj. Despite my request for Khalsa Pur, he refused, claiming I had agreed to Paharganj. I reminded him I had asked for Khalsa Pur the previous day, and he refused to come. Now, it's the 16th, and my parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do now?

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my frustration with the poor management and system of Flipkart Pay Later services. In September, I made a purchase and a refund which resulted in a bill of Rs. [redacted] with an additional Rs. [redacted] charge that I cannot account for based on my purchase history. I believe the bill should be Rs. [redacted] as per their charges. I reached out to the customer helpline on October 1st and was initially told to wait. However, upon following up on October 3rd, I was informed there was no record of my previous complaint. After numerous calls, a complaint was finally registered on October 3rd with reference number IN[redacted][redacted] and I was advised not to make a payment until the issue was resolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, the response has been delayed and inadequate, leading to the suspension of my Flipkart Pay Later account, a penalty of Rs. [redacted], and a negative impact on my credit score. I am deeply frustrated and seeking a resolution after over 45 days of back and forth. I hope to get this matter resolved at the earliest. I placed an order for a Samsung Washing Machine on Flipkart and made a payment online using ICICI Bank Internet Banking on November 16, [redacted]. Despite a successful payment, there was an error with the order due to Flipkart's server problem. The order remains pending, and I have not received the refund promised within four hours by Flipkart. I contacted Flipkart Customer Care multiple times, but the assistance provided was unsatisfactory, leading to call disconnections and irrelevant announcements. As a retired Army Officer, I expected more courtesy and prompt resolution. I request Flipkart to either deliver the item I paid for or refund the amount promptly. Dear Flipkart Team, I am Sachin from Faridabad and I want to address a concern regarding my order with the ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. The issue involves a missing item in my delivery that was received on October 29, [redacted]. Although I was not at home at the time of delivery, my neighbor accepted the package on my behalf. Upon inspecting the parcel, I discovered that only the charging case was included, and the earbuds and other accessories were missing. I contacted customer service, and Ms. Manisha assisted me with raising a replacement complaint to the seller. However, even after 7-8 days, there was no update on the status of my concern. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the resolution was delayed until November 10 when a delivery person contacted me for the replacement. Unfortunately, the new product provided also lacked the earbuds. After numerous calls and assurances of resolving the issue within 24-72 hours, no action was taken. I kindly request your team's assistance in resolving this matter as I have contacted customer service over 50 times without a satisfactory resolution. Good afternoon, I ordered a realme M1 sonic toothbrush from Flipkart, but the item was missing from the package. When I complained, Flipkart's service rejected my refund request. I provided photo proof of the unboxing. I am disappointed with Flipkart's poor service and will not shop with them in the future. I will advise my friends not to shop with Flipkart as well. Instead, I will shop with Amazon and Snapdeal because their services are better compared to Flipkart. Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order for a Boat smartwatch during the Diwali sale, but I received an empty package upon delivery. I have already complained 2-3 times, but I haven't received a satisfactory response from Flipkart yet. It's been over 2 weeks, and my issue is still unresolved. I have been a loyal customer and have placed many orders in the past, but this is the first time such a thing has happened to me with an online shopping website. If you don't resolve my problem, I will consider switching to another website that provides better customer service.

My account on Flipkart got blocked today automatically, and I'm unsure why. I had tried to return an item due to poor build quality, but my account was logged out and blocked. I have had 2-3 orders forcibly cancelled by myself and 5-6 orders cancelled by Flipkart's sellers or system, leading to the account block. The issues resulting in the block include the cancellation of 3 sarees priced at Rs 89 each due to being out of stock, a double bedsheet worth Rs 90 with a similar reason, and a lifelong instant geyser priced at Rs [redacted] due to logistics issues. The refund for the geyser is pending due to a technical glitch. I am requesting the account to be unblocked as these cancellations were beyond my control, with no recent returns from my end. I placed an order with Order number: OD[redacted][redacted]0 on October 31st expecting delivery by November 12th. As of today, November 25th, I have not received my order. Despite multiple calls to customer service, my issue remains unresolved. Today, after being placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes twice, my call was disconnected after being on hold for 1 hour. The service provided by Flipkart has been extremely disappointing, with delays and unhelpful responses. I urge you to address my concern promptly and effectively. Dear Sir, I purchased the IFB Elena [redacted] 6.5 kg washing machine from Flipkart, and it was delivered on 23.11.21. According to the terms and conditions, Flipkart informed IFB about the installation and demonstration for the next day. However, it has been 3 days, and the IFB technician has not shown up at my home yet. Despite multiple calls to IFB, they have not addressed my issue or sent a technician. The washing machine remains unpacked since delivery. I kindly request your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt resolution. I recently purchased a Vivo X70 Pro+ for Rs. 79,[redacted] from Flipkart, but when I unboxed it, the phone was missing, and instead, I received three bars of detergent soap. Upon contacting the courier, I was informed they couldn't assist me, and to contact Flipkart's customer care. The customer service representative kept raising return requests, but they were all rejected, and my account was subsequently blocked without explanation. I feel frustrated and disappointed as I trusted Flipkart with such a high-value purchase. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, no one has addressed my concerns or provided a solution. I have placed two urgent orders for medical items, a support belt, and an electric heating belt. They were due to arrive on the 28th of Nov, but after reaching Bareilly, they were sent back to another location. Although the electric belt was delivered on the 2nd of Dec, it was the wrong product. I have requested a replacement, which is pending approval for two days now. I have contacted customer service multiple times but haven't seen any progress or solutions. The support belt has also faced delays being sent back and forth between Bareilly and Farukhnagar. The tracking ID for the support belt is FMPP[redacted]. I returned a pair of Provogue boxers due to a hole in one of them, and they were picked up on November 4, [redacted]. I was expecting to receive a refund by November 6, [redacted], but I have not received it yet. Whenever I contact customer support over the phone, the representatives assure me that they will transfer the call to the backend team and put me on hold. However, after some time, the call gets disconnected. Even when they call me back, if I say "hello," there is no response from the other side, and the call disconnects immediately.

I am having trouble installing MS Office and Tally software on this model, which are essential for my daughter's studies. I want to return this model, not for a replacement, but for a refund to purchase a new HP laptop with an 11th gen i5, i7, or i9 processor, touchscreen, running Windows 10 or 11. Please process the return as this laptop is not meeting our needs for educational purposes. We are looking for a better laptop than a Chromebook. The current one is not helping my daughter with her education due to issues with sound quality, touchscreen, audio, video, and compatibility with study apps and software like MS Office and Tally. Sarvana is claiming Egatoor is not on OMR road when I received an order there two days ago. I am canceling the order due to this issue. However, Sarvana refuses to cancel on his end. This service is disappointing. I have encountered this issue twice now. I will no longer use Flipkart and will inform my friends about these problems.
