While in Cuba, I need to modify a booking with Flight Hub, which has booking #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. This reservation, arranged six months ago, includes traveling through the US en route to Canada. I've discovered new options that allow a direct route from Cuba to Toronto and then to Halifax without transiting through the USA. Unfortunately, Flight Hub's toll-free number is inaccessible from Cuba. Additionally, contacting them via email is not an option as it is unavailable. The customer service webpage is also inaccessible due to Cuban restrictions. What steps can I take to address this situation?

I requested a round-trip flight from Boston to Barcelona, but instead, I received two separate flights. The first one included a checked bag, while the return flight did not. I have contacted Flighthub regarding this matter approximately ten times, enduring long hours on hold. Each time I called, the wait time given was significantly shorter than the actual wait time. I am seeking reimbursement for the $95 checked bag fee on my return flight. This situation is unacceptable, and I am willing to escalate it by involving local TV stations if necessary. I require a resolution within 48 hours. Flighthub must improve their service for both current and future customers.

I made a flight booking to Romania through Flight Hub with confirmation # [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, my return flight was canceled while I was already checked in at the airport. I ended up paying an additional [redacted] USD for a flight back with Lufthansa and lost three days of my trip. After speaking with multiple representatives over the phone, I was informed that I would receive a response within 5-7 days. It has now been two weeks, and if I do not hear back soon, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a formal complaint regarding the lack of assistance in resolving this matter.

Due to the airline strike in Italy, we unfortunately couldn't reach Malta as planned. This was out of our control as Force Majeure. The return flight for one guest with FlightHub booking reference [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] is no longer necessary since she couldn't travel due to the strike. The Air Malta confirmation number for the return flight was WLNOQW. We are requesting a cancellation and refund for this flight. The initial reservation to reach Malta on July 15, also booked through FlightHub with reference number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], was affected by the strike. The EasyJet booking reference was K5KKTTL8. Thank you.

I am having difficulty cancelling my flight even with cancellation insurance. I have attempted to use the chat feature, but the agent did not reach out, despite promises. When completing the cancellation form, it requested my bank account number instead of the credit card number for reimbursement, which I find suspicious. I just need to cancel my flight due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, I cannot get through to anyone for assistance, and they are requesting sensitive information through the form. Hi, I wanted to reach out regarding my Flighthub booking with the number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for Gheorghe Petrescu and Iulia Matran Petrescu, a Delta flight operated by KLM (KL672) from Montreal to Amsterdam. Hello, I am seeking assistance in locating a booking I completed through Just Fly in May for a one-way flight from Dublin to SFO on September 16th. I purchased three tickets and each passenger's name was charged accordingly. Regrettably, I cannot locate the confirmation email or the tickets, both of which are essential especially the Booking Number for accessing support via chat or otherwise. Due to a visa delay, I was unable to take my flight and needed to rebook. Despite conflicting information from FlightHub and Condor, I faced challenges in rebooking as per the respective company's policies. While FlightHub insisted rebooking must be done by the airline, Condor stated it had to be through FlightHub. After multiple attempts with customer service, I missed the rebooking window and my flight. The lack of compatibility between FlightHub and Condor's processes left me frustrated and uncertain about my next steps. I am now considering purchasing a new one-way ticket to the US. I have prepared a formal complaint against FlightHub but require guidance on where to submit it. Despite not completing the transaction, there is a pending charge on my credit card statement. I am seeking clarification on this matter and kindly ask for assistance to remove the pending transaction. We purchased our tickets through Flight Hub for our journey from Delhi to Armenia. Typically, international flights include meals, but we were disappointed to not receive one on this trip. I purchased a ticket from Vancouver to Brisbane on Fiji Airlines for $[redacted].17 CAD. Unfortunately, it does not include luggage allowance or upgrades, which was unexpected. I feel misled as I originally intended to fly with Air New Zealand. Adding luggage to Fiji would cost an additional $[redacted] CAD, and then there would be more fees on top of that, bringing my total cost to over $[redacted] CAD. I am considering canceling my ticket, especially since I have cancellation protection.

I am facing issues resetting my password with FlightHUB. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any email for the forgotten password request. As a result, I am unable to access my booking information. Both the CHAT support and the 1-[redacted] number were unhelpful as they only deal with booking queries and not technical issues like mine. It's frustrating not being able to log in to retrieve my booking details due to this problem.

I reached out to American Airlines today to verify my flight and was informed there wasn't a booking under my name. I then contacted FlightHub but was only met with a bot instructing me to wait for 30 minutes. After waiting for over 3 hours, attempting to contact them again resulted in being placed back in the queue. Even a momentary absence led to a message stating I wasn't present. Feeling frustrated, I discovered my ticket was supposedly exchanged and used without my knowledge. Seeking resolution, I desire a call from customer service at: [redacted]. Considering disputing the charges with Discover due to this disappointing service. My original confirmation number, with seat choices received on Feb 1, [redacted], is [redacted]. Can someone please clarify this confusing situation? If a valid booking exists, (1) kindly provide an airline confirmation number. I experienced a long wait for assistance, only to be disconnected. The customer service line advertises 24/7 chat support, which apparently is not available. American Airlines informed me that there is no record of my booking, disputing the confirmation number provided, indicating the booking was exchanged, and the ticket utilized. I have solely received one message from Flight Hub, the confirmation with seat selection sent on Feb 1, [redacted].

Hello, I am Monika. My husband and I purchased tickets from your company for a trip from Barcelona to Tirana. Our original airline was supposed to be Ulendo Airlink, where we were allowed 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. However, upon arrival in Barcelona, we were redirected to fly with Wizz Air to Tirana instead. Wizz Air then charged us €[redacted] for our carry-on, claiming they did not recognize Ulendo Airlink's policy. We paid this fee and have the receipt. While stopping in Bogota on my way to Santiago via Panama, I was advised to get an exit ticket from Colombia even though I was just in transit. So, I did. I booked a flight from Bogota to Panama to Santiago through Flighthub. The payment went through on my Visa without any issue. However, I never received a confirmation. Copa in Panama confirmed that they had no record of my reservation. Phone calls were useless, and the chat support was unhelpful. This feels like straightforward theft, and following the advice of the Canadian Government, I will file a complaint for clear fraud. If you have a better solution, I appreciate your feedback.
