On February 2nd, I booked a flight from Toronto to Manila for February 13th in Premium Economy (PE) with ANA Japan Airlines. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change my itinerary to February 27th. Despite multiple Premium Economy seats showing available, the airline and Flighthub insisted there were none, so I was charged $[redacted] to cancel and given credit for a future flight with the same itinerary. After rebooking a Premium Economy seat with the credit, I later discovered they downgraded me to Economy, causing a concern due to a medical condition. When I called customer service for help, they were unhelpful and claimed no Premium Economy seats were ever available. Following a lengthy battle, I secured a Premium Economy seat for February 27th directly through the Flighthub app. Despite a 21-day investigation promise by customer service, I couldn't wait and had to book another flight to ensure a proper seat. The issue is ongoing as they offered to upgrade one reservation to Premium Economy, but I declined due to time constraints. The main problem arose from Flighthub's inability to secure available Premium Economy seats initially and throughout the process.

I, Reena T, made a reservation for 3 air tickets through "FLIGHTHUB" from Saskatoon to Hyderabad for the 7th of March with Reservation No: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Unfortunately, the tickets weren't confirmed due to a credit card transaction failure, resulting in a $85 charge for seat reservations deducted from my account. Customer Service explained this as a normal system process, and the Manager assured me the amount was refunded, though the deduction seemed unfair. Call records at 5:02 pm can verify this. I request a prompt investigation into this matter, immediate refund of $85, and a review of the organization's system error.

I booked a round trip from Calgary to Mumbai with two stops each way. Flight Hub recently notified me of changes via email, but to view the details, I had to call. I found out that a Seattle to Calgary flight operated by Alaska Airlines was cancelled on my return trip. They rescheduled me on another flight a few hours later.
Unfortunately, I received another email later saying no more flights were available. I called but was only offered a full refund and my trip being cancelled. I couldn't discuss further due to work. I've been trying to reach them since with no luck. Feeling frustrated and discouraged.
I don't want a cancellation due to budget constraints. I'd consider any Seattle flight, even if it means a short stay. I hold a valid US visa and hope for a positive outcome.

I encountered an issue with my booking through Flight Hub. While confirming my flight to Kelowna, I discovered that my Toronto to Calgary leg on Lynx flight [redacted] got rescheduled from 1:50 pm to 7:15 pm. I haven't received details about the Calgary to Kelowna portion of the journey, which is Flair flight [redacted], but it seems to depart before the Lynx flight lands. I booked a trip to Vancouver with my partner in January from Toronto for a 5-day getaway. Unfortunately, circumstances changed, and we are no longer together. I need to cancel the flights. My family and I, along with a friend, were traveling through Argentina when we discovered a mistake in the last name of our friend on the flight booking to El Calafate.
Despite submitting a name change form immediately after noticing the error, we did not receive any updates for two weeks. With only one week left before the flight, a call to check on the status revealed that the airline had yet to approve the alteration due to a policy restriction.
Following an email confirming the rejection, I contacted the airline directly, but they redirected me back to the booking agency, Flight Hub. Unfortunately, Flight Hub claimed they never received the name change request and were uncooperative when pressed for details.
Ultimately, we had to purchase another ticket at double the original price as a resolution since Flight Hub and the airline refused both the name change and cancellation of the initial ticket. Now, I am seeking a refund and future flight credit due to Flight Hub's poor handling of the situation.

I booked a flight through Flighthub from Newark, USA to Lisbon, Portugal with a connecting flight to Dublin on Tap Portugal. Unfortunately, the initial flight was over 3 hours late and caused me to miss the connecting flight they had arranged. I am requesting a full refund for both flights as the situation caused extreme stress, especially being stranded in Lisbon on Christmas Eve. Since the booking was made through this service, I believe they are responsible for issuing the refund.

I wanted to share that I have a booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Toronto with three connecting flights: the first from Abu Dhabi, the second from New York (JFK), and the last one from New York (LGA). I am hoping to travel directly from Abu Dhabi to Toronto or from New York (JFK) to Toronto, as I am concerned about the limited two-hour window to reach the last airport. I wanted to share my recent experience with FlightHub. My flight from Toronto to Manila and then to Davao on March 5 was delayed but otherwise okay. The issue arose during my return flight on March 19, specifically with PR1814 from Davao to Manila connecting to Toronto. Originally, there was a 3-hour, 5-minute layover. However, the flight from Davao to Manila was rescheduled last minute, causing me to miss my connection to Toronto. Philippine Airlines was unable to offer a suitable alternative, leaving me stranded in Davao. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to rebook, I had to purchase a $[redacted] one-way ticket with another airline to get home for an emergency. When I booked my trip on Feb 18, [redacted], I specifically requested Seat 7H on Flight KE 74 (YYZ – ICN) on Aug 24, [redacted] and paid a Seat Request Fee. However, upon checking my seats, I saw that Seat 7H was not available and the only seat left on this flight was 9H.
I am disappointed by this situation as I booked my trip early to secure my preferred seat, for which I paid a fee.
I kindly request that either my originally requested seat be reinstated or that I receive a refund for the Seat Request Fee.

I am pleased to report that the previous issue has been successfully resolved. I have received a copy of the ticket from Air Canada. However, a new problem has arisen. I unknowingly selected a seat that incurs an additional charge. As I was not aware of this, I would like to cancel the seat selection and accept any random seat assigned by the airline. The transaction was directly processed on my Visa card, and I did not have the opportunity to reconsider my choice. Therefore, I kindly request to cancel this transaction and receive a refund. I require immediate assistance from an agent to contact me. We decided to cancel our flights after facing several issues communicating with the agent over several days about our wish to cancel. Despite expressing our inability to use credits, we insisted on a full refund due to the impractical travel dates and passengers involved. We have now been informed that we will not receive a refund. I have not received seating confirmation for two of my flights. The first flight is leaving Narita to YVR on May 31, [redacted], and the second flight is from YVR to Narita on October 10, [redacted]. An Air Canada representative informed me that side-by-side seats are available, and I need two seats for both flights. The rep mentioned that my booking company needs to arrange the seats as she didn't have access to the system to do so herself. The available seats are 51 A, B, C, and 51 J, K, H. My grandmother will be flying from Montreal to Lisbon this Thursday on TAP airline. Unfortunately, when we purchased the tickets through Flighthub, we forgot to include the second last name of the passenger. The name entered is Celinda Georgina Pizarro, without Villaseca. TAP said they can make the necessary change but there will be a fee involved. However, Flighthub is refusing to assist, stating it is TAP's responsibility. I recently made a booking through Flight Hub with the booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and confirmation number JMLW22. I contacted Flight Hub yesterday regarding some errors on the ticket I booked. I mistakenly inputted the wrong birth month and gender designation for my friend, Kevin. Flight Hub charged me $[redacted].96 for these simple corrections, which I found unreasonable. When I spoke to Delta directly, they informed me that they wouldn't have charged for such modifications and that Flight Hub acts as a third party with additional fees. I am disappointed with the lack of support from Flight Hub and feel like I have been unfairly treated. If this matter is not resolved, I will be reaching out to my local TV station in Ottawa, CJOH, to escalate the issue. This experience has left me frustrated before my first trip since my husband passed away, and I will not be recommending Flight Hub to others.
