On March 5, [redacted], I attempted to confirm my return flight from Puerto Vallarta to Montréal on March 6, but couldn't through the Flight Hub portal. Upon contacting Flighthub, I was informed that the original flight was no longer available and that they would cancel it, sell me a new flight, and initiate a refund for the cancelled Sunwing flight. However, Sunwing is refusing to refund the original flight, claiming Flighthub canceled it and should provide the refund. Flighthub insists that Sunwing is responsible for the reimbursement. I'm stuck in the middle, having lost $[redacted] CDN, and I'm left confused and seeking resolution. I urgently need assistance to sort out this situation.

I recently booked a return ticket from India to Canada with two layovers in Tokyo and San Francisco. My booking number with Nippon Airways is 48RVZK. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to board my flight in San Francisco because I did not have a US visa. I was quite distressed by this situation and despite my appeals, the airline did not offer assistance and instructed me to contact my agent. I tried reaching out to Flight Hub multiple times, but due to the time zone difference, I was unable to connect with anyone. I fell ill at the airport, as I was traveling alone and faced significant distress for six hours before returning home the same night. As a loyal customer who frequently uses your services every six months, I am disappointed by this experience. I kindly request your prompt attention to rectify this issue by rebooking my ticket to Vancouver at your earliest convenience. I am hopeful for a positive outcome and seek to cancel my existing reservation for a new ticket.

I have booked multiple city air tickets, attached the itinerary. Booking number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted].
I flew Air Transat from Toronto to Rome and need to cancel my return flight by LOT airline on Sept. 21 from KIV (Chisinau) to Toronto. Airline confirmation: 3YEK5B.
I've been trying for four days to cancel by phone with no success, as there's no cancellation option available. Online cancellation is also not working.
This is my first time booking with your company and it will be the last. I feel desperate. Your customer service seems inadequate, with limited contact options on the website's My Booking section and no apparent way to cancel the flight.

I recently reserved a round-trip flight to Johannesburg through Flighthub. The first leg is with Delta from LAX to London, and the return trip is with Rwanda Airlines. I noticed that Delta has our names listed as Markroy Christians and Michelleavril Christians, but the return trip has our names correctly as Mark Roy Christians and Michelle Avril Christians. I verified that our names are correct on Flighthub.com and Rwandair.com. When I contacted Delta, they insisted on charging us $[redacted] to correct the names. They stated that since the booking was made through a 3rd party, Flighthub, I would need to go through them for the name correction. Our Flighthub booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I find it unfair that Delta is requiring me to pay for this name change when the booking details are correct on their system. I have been on hold with Delta for over an hour, despite the estimated wait time being 15 minutes. I kindly request Flighthub to intervene and coordinate with Delta to resolve this issue on my behalf.

I recently made a flight reservation to Thessaloniki using Flight Hub and immediately noticed an error in my booking dates. The return trip is scheduled for November 17 instead of October 17, which is not feasible for my travel plans.
Upon realizing this mistake, I promptly attempted to cancel the booking through Aegean Airlines without success. I was then directed to contact KIWI for assistance. However, my attempts to reach them were unsuccessful as the booking reference number was not recognized.

On April 14, [redacted], I made a booking for a trip with Icelandair for 4 people to Bergen, Norway, via Keflavic, Iceland. Our booking reference with Flighthub is #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and our Icelandair Confirmation is #2BSHIU.
On the day of departure, June 26, while doing online check-in, I realized I mistakenly booked Economy Light tickets and had to pay extra for luggage. No complaints there. When we called Icelandair to check luggage fees to Bergen, we were surprised to learn of a $[redacted] fuel surcharge. This was news to us after booking 10 weeks prior. In a call with what we thought was an Icelandair agent, James Williams, we reluctantly paid the surcharge and luggage fees to proceed with check-in, feeling somewhat coerced as our flight was imminent.
After multiple flight changes delaying our departure from Toronto, necessitating an overnight in Paris, all communication regarding changes was with the same James Williams from Flightvaultdeals.com. On return, Icelandair informed me no surcharge was due from us. Upon checking, we discovered Flightvaultdeals.com had collected the $[redacted] fee. We seek an explanation for their involvement and a refund of the surcharge.

I am returning from Kelowna, BC to Cebu City, Philippines using WestJet to Vancouver, then EVA Air to Taipei, and finally Taipei to Cebu. Initially, WestJet cancelled our final return flight and offered one with only a 2 1/2 hour layover in Vancouver, which was insufficient, so we had to book the next day's flight to return home. This issue was resolved, and a new ticket was provided.
The second problem arose with EVA Air cancelling a flight to Cebu, resulting in a 2-day layover in Taipei. EVA suggested rescheduling the departure from Kelowna by 2 days at no extra cost due to their fault. However, FlightHub has been unable to reach EVA for confirmation, even though EVA is contactable.
To align with EVA's new schedule, the departure date has been shifted from November 4th to November 6th. It's noted that EVA now only operates 3 flights per week to Cebu instead of the previous 6. Thank you, Cliff.

My initial flight from Athens to Paris, France on Sky Express, flight [redacted], departed half an hour late, causing me and my two kids to miss our connecting WestJet flight, WS 9. Upon arrival, the boarding gate was already closed, and we couldn't get our bags checked. Despite no representatives being available and being informed that they had just closed, we were unable to board. We are unable to make any calls due to having a Canadian number, and even with a new SIM card and phone card, we can't dial the 1-[redacted] number from our location. WestJet informed us that they could only see our ticket numbers, lacking further information to assist us. They advised us to contact Flight Hub to have them call WestJet to request a reschedule. After verifying with WestJet, I found a flight leaving at the same time as the original one and would like to be rebooked on it. We have already spent one night in Paris and will be spending another, but I urgently need help as a Military member needing to return to work soon. I am unable to afford three tickets to Edmonton or multiple nights in Paris covering hotel expenses and meals. Please, provide assistance promptly! I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my ticket TFPGMM. I purchased a round-trip ticket from Montreal, Canada to Kiev, Ukraine to visit my mother for her 85th birthday on October 25, [redacted]. However, due to a COVID-19 outbreak in Ukraine, my flight on October 22, [redacted], was impacted as the airport was closed.
I contacted Flight Hub travel agency (booking reference number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) and Turkish Airlines Customer Relationship to request a postponement, and was informed it could be done within 12 months. My attempt to reschedule in February [redacted] was thwarted by a war that destroyed the airport.

Despite efforts between Flight Hub and Turkish Airlines, my ticket could not be located in the system due to an error in extending the hold period.

I had a multi-destination flight booked through Just Fly, which is part of Flighthub Group Inc. The first part of my trip included a 24-hour layover which I decided to utilize. On the day of the flight, I attempted to modify the booking with Just Fly, but they quoted an additional $[redacted] to make the change, despite finding similar flights with Aeromexico. I opted to cancel for a $75 fee and rebooked through the Flighthub website. I believe I am due a refund, particularly for the Aeromexico portion, as changes were possible with the airline directly. Unfortunately, I was directed back to Just Fly as my remaining flights were with Latam Airlines, and the airline was unable to assist me.

I am Austin and I recently had a flight booked from Vancouver to Winnipeg to visit my family whom I have not seen since the pandemic began. However, the flight got cancelled because of a storm on the day I was supposed to leave. I am seeking a refund for the cancelled flight due to the weather. Missing out on seeing my family for Christmas, losing potential work hours, and not receiving a refund is incredibly frustrating. It feels unjust and disrespectful to be in this situation. Due to personal reasons, I missed my flight from LAX to Auckland and have been at LAX airport for two days waiting for a response. The airline is willing to change my flight, which was originally scheduled for today, 10-1-23 at 22:55 under reservation number 34UFS6, but they have not received any communication from FlightHub. It has been over 24 hours since I filed a claim. I urgently need help as I am stranded and need to get to New Zealand. Your website lists a 24/7 telephone number, but when I called, it directed me to contact within office hours. I am in disbelief over this level of support and would appreciate a prompt response so I can board a flight.

I have a booking with FlightHub (Booking Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) for flights on 25th Jan from Vancouver, BC (YVR) to Delhi (DEL) and on 22nd Feb from Delhi (DEL) to Vancouver, BC (YVR).
Unfortunately, I was unable to board my flight from Vancouver on the 25th as I was informed there was a Visa requirement by the airline. I had to book an alternative option at the airport to travel.
Kindly verify if I can still use my return ticket or if I am eligible for a full refund. I believe that if the Visa requirement had been clearly stated at the time of booking, I would have made a different choice.

Hello, I'm Heather Carvalho. I am unable to speak on the phone as I am deaf, so I contacted WestJet through Video Relay Service (VRS). However, they refused to assist me because my interpreter could only provide their ID number, not their name. I am trying to change flight tickets or get a refund for my daughter Kalei Carvalho's missed flight from Calgary to Kelowna BC due to bad weather and her anxiety. It has been a challenge contacting WestJet for over a month until today, when they directed me to Flight Hub. I am frustrated that they are not willing to communicate with me through an interpreter, considering my deafness. I need to change the tickets or get a refund for myself and my two boys to visit Kalei in Calgary from Feb **-**. I purchased extended cancellation insurance for $39.98 for coverage in case of injury, illness, or Covid. The insurance promised a full ticket refund if needed. However, after reaching out to Flighthub, my ticket was modified to a 24-hour cancellation policy shown as $19.99 on my itinerary. I never received a refund for the price difference nor did I consent to these changes. I only learned about them when checking the details of the Manulife Insurance I bought. Flighthub even terminated my insurance policy by sending funds to Manulife. I am now seeking assistance from Visa as Flighthub has not been helpful. I believe Flighthub's actions are deceptive and I advise others to book directly with Air Canada to prevent such fraudulent behavior. If anyone has faced similar issues, I would appreciate hearing from you.
