I bought a Wix website design package. During the revisions stage, the seller got banned. When asked to mark the project as complete or choose other options, I opted to complete it, assuming the revisions were minor and they deserved payment. However, I didn't anticipate that all the work and content I had on the site would disappear. The new estimates are considerably higher. I placed two orders, and the sellers did not follow my instructions at all. They made a complete mess by not following simple instructions despite several attempts to cancel the order. Even after contacting Fiverr and the sellers multiple times, the payment was still made for incomplete or incorrect tasks. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like a full refund as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to reach Fiverr except through an automated response FAQ page. I am encountering an issue logging into my Fiverr account. Despite entering the correct username and password, the system keeps indicating that the information is incorrect. After requesting a password reset and receiving a link via email, I faced difficulty receiving the 4-digit code on my phone. Even after multiple attempts, I did not receive the OTP. It took them over a week to address an issue that was supposed to be completed within an hour. Seeking advice, I proposed involving Cisco tech support, who efficiently resolved the underlying code issue that had plagued us.

I am a seller who was recently scammed on Fiverr and had my account disabled. I am seeking assistance to reactivate my account and recover my lost revenue. Between Nov 13th and the following days, I delivered a few offers to buyers. Despite following the Terms of Service (TOS) carefully, I received a warning from Fiverr about my activity on Nov 13th related to trading Bitcoin, which I promptly stopped. Despite a canceled order, Fiverr protected me from Fraud Chargebacks. However, shortly after, multiple orders were canceled, and it became clear I had fallen victim to a scam. Subsequently, my account was disabled, and I have lost around $[redacted], which is devastating. Being scammed as a seller and then penalized is disheartening. I request a detailed explanation for my account's disablement as the TOS did not explicitly mention Bitcoin or cryptocurrency, and I complied after the initial warning.
