I have received my order, an audio/visual file, but the downloaded file only has audio and no visual content. Despite reaching out to support and the artist for 3 days, I have not received any response. Order number #FO5E09805F94. To resolve this, I would like the working file with both the audio and visual components to be emailed to me directly. UPDATE: February 5, [redacted] - Representative Alex M. contacted me via email, claiming he was attaching my file, but failed to do so. Alex M. also stated he had viewed the file, which is not permitted. I have reported this and requested to speak with a supervisor.

Hello Fiverr Forum Community, I am Destiny and currently facing a challenge. Last week, I had a call with a client to discuss a bible mobile app project. Fiverr blocked my account, stating I contacted the client outside the platform. I reached out to Fiverr support, explained the situation, but my account remains restricted. Twice today, I had two different clients attempt to order a gig without prior consultation (orders #FO817BA98AD67 and #FOFO7CA77E9981). Both instances led to mutual cancellations as seen in the message threads. Despite this, my completion rating dropped from 86% to 67%. It's frustrating. Sellers like us should have more control to prevent such situations. Implementing an optional screening process for sellers to assess requested projects or refraining from reducing our ratings for agreed cancellations could help. I kindly request my rating to be restored to its correct level. Additionally, the contact page is not functioning correctly, preventing me from seeking assistance.

I requested seller Nadeem_Expert to make one final adjustment to the video project. Unfortunately, before the modification could be made, Fiverr automatically approved the project without my consent, preventing further communication with Nadeem. I received a notification stating "Nadeem is no longer available" when I tried to reach out. I mistakenly assumed Nadeem had chosen to close communication without making the necessary change, leading me to leave a negative review. I now understand it was Fiverr that closed the account, not Nadeem. Is it possible for Fiverr to reopen the project and restore communication between me (Randy D.) and the seller (Nadeem_Expert)? I am hoping to complete the video, pay Nadeem for his work, and amend my review accordingly. Thank you.

I am having difficulty withdrawing my earnings from Fiverr to my bank account. Every time I attempt to do so, the code provided by your site is invalid. Despite raising this issue multiple times with your customer service team, their advice, like using incognito mode in Chrome browser or opening a new tab, has not been helpful. It has been months, and I am frustrated with the lack of progress. As an emerging pop artist garnering interest from major labels, I insist on receiving my funds promptly. Your disregard for your customers is appalling. In the future, I will promote a competitor, soundbetter.com, for their reliable service and excellent customer care. I am experiencing a delay with the seller regarding the illustrations I purchased. After waiting for two months, the seller is now asking for more money and attempting to cancel the order. Despite their initial promises, they have not communicated with me effectively. I am concerned about meeting my book deadline without the illustrations. I'm experiencing difficulties logging into my FIVERR account. Despite entering the correct username and password, the platform is not granting me access. Following the password reset instructions, I received an email with a link to reset my password. However, upon entering my email address for the reset, I keep receiving the same email instead of the expected password reset instructions. This cycle has repeated over ten times without success. Après lui avoir confié un travail avec des détails précis et un délai de 2 jours, il a prétendu que le projet était complexe, demandant 7 jours de travail et exigeant [redacted] dollars. J'ai finalement accepté, payant [redacted] dollars ([redacted].29 euros). Curieusement, après seulement 2 jours, il m'a annoncé la fin du travail, m'incitant à valider la commande immédiatement, à lui accorder 5 étoiles et à écrire un commentaire positif. Cependant, une fois le projet examiné, j'ai constaté qu'il n'était pas conforme à mes attentes, réalisé de manière bâclée et sans considération pour les détails fournis. Malgré mes demandes pour des ajustements, le vendeur n'a pas répondu de façon satisfaisante. Il est maintenant injoignable depuis qu'il a reçu le paiement. Hello, I have been attempting to obtain two slideshow presentations and a website for the past five weeks. Unfortunately, I have dealt with 7 to 8 different sellers who have let me down. Despite providing a previous sample for reference, I have faced delays and have now missed a deadline. I am frustrated as my account was suspended right after receiving a warning. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service, but only received a 20% discount on my next order. I feel like I am wasting time explaining the project to new sellers who might not be genuine. Additionally, I am unhappy about the 90-day wait to get my money back from Fiverr. I believe they should return it immediately upon suspension. The experience has been disappointing, and I feel that Fiverr should compensate me for the time lost dealing with unreliable sellers.

Order: #FO61199E6C535 I am having issues with a seller who is refusing to cancel my order even though the delivery was extremely late and the quality of the work provided was poor and incomplete. The seller also increased the price after initially agreeing to all requirements, claiming to have only read them later. Despite sending me a source file, it only contains low quality and unfinished work that is not usable.

After sending a similar message to several users seeking help, I encountered an issue. A red bar appeared at the top of my browser stating, "Your account is currently restricted by our Trust & Safety team." This occurred right after I messaged multiple users in the Contact area. It seems like my account might have been restricted due to suspicion of spamming. I admit to using the copy and paste function to inquire about my problem. Despite reaching out to tech support 24 hours ago, I have not received a response, and the restriction on my account persists. This has locked me out of utilizing services or hiring on Fiverr.

I purchased a service nearly a month ago from a person known as code_expert_347 for an Android money-making app. Initially, the service was delivered on time, but two days later, the app was taken down by Google due to multiple issues. The provider agreed to address the problems, but several weeks have passed with no resolution. While I do not believe it’s a scam, I am worried as our communication was cut off after a recent conversation, and the seller is no longer active on the platform. I have been working on Fiverr and all my clients have given me 5-star reviews, showing I have done nothing wrong on their platform. However, my account was suddenly blocked, and they are holding my money for an additional 3 months besides deducting 20%. I feel discriminated against based on my location in Africa. The company I work for has been on Fiverr for years with the same account used by different team members. Now, Fiverr is claiming my profile information was inaccurate, leading to my account being permanently disabled. I ask for my money, content, and evidence of wrongdoing to be provided to my employer. My company ++Company name hidden++ operates internationally with offices in different countries. I hope for a fair investigation before any judgments are made solely based on location or nationality. I had an order from @kemalmohamedou on Fiverr, but due to an injury, I couldn't deliver it. Even though he paid me, I couldn't send the file later as it wouldn't attach on chats. He refused my offer to email it due to Fiverr's rules. Now, I can't reach him. I understand the rules but need to deliver the order file. Please assist in reaching out to him or conveying the issue via email. Maybe suggest he contacts me or consider refunding him with an apology from my side. Thank you.

Hello! I wanted to bring up an issue with my order # FO51065B89AA5 from seozilla on Fiverr. As user beauti, I paid $65 for a service to boost my Instagram followers, likes, and engagement over a month. However, after posting some photos, I noticed the likes didn't come through. When I inquired about it, seozilla explained that instant likes are fake and couldn't be added. Since I couldn't get the likes I requested, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. Unfortunately, seozilla is now refusing to refund me. I would appreciate it if the order could be canceled, and I could receive my $65 back.
