On June 12, I visited the bank to rectify a negative balance situation. Upon further examination, I discovered there was already enough money in my account to cover it partially. Despite me adding extra funds, the issue wasn't resolved as expected, leaving me locked out of my account on the mobile app. That same evening, around 8 or 9 p.m., my boyfriend contacted customer service on my behalf to unlock my First Tennessee bank app due to my hearing impairment. He requested permission for them to speak to him and relay the information to me, but unfortunately, they declined. I feel discriminated against due to my disability and am dissatisfied with the treatment received from your bank.

I am writing to dispute a late payment notification on my mortgage loan account #[redacted], which stated that the bank had not received any payment from May 1st to June 1st. I am requesting that this late payment be assessed for accuracy. I am certain this reporting is incorrect because, since I acquired this loan, all payments have been debited from my account by the bank, and there is always sufficient money in my account to cover those monthly payments. As your records will verify, I have never been late with my payments. As a long-time customer in excellent standing, I respectfully request that you remove the lateness from my credit report promptly because I have never been on a lateness report before, and my payment history thus far has been flawless. I eagerly await your reply and resolution to my problem. Thank you very much, Luis V., America V.
