I recently received two emails from Fandango on April 11, [redacted], offering me $5 off each, totaling $10 off combined, with an expiration date of January 22, [redacted]. Despite the error in the email, which stated the wrong year, I attempted to redeem the discount only to find out it expired on April 28. I believe I should be entitled to the $10 credit towards a future purchase due to the incorrect expiration date stated in the email. I am looking forward to using this credit for ticket purchases this upcoming weekend if possible.

I bought tickets for three people to see SpiderVerse 2 in MX4D on Friday, June 2, [redacted], at the Island16 Cinema in Holtsville, NY on May 9, [redacted]. I made the purchase as a guest without an account, but have used a similar email for previous reservations, like the Super Mario Bros. Movie. I haven't received the confirmation email or E-tickets with QR codes for the SpiderVerse movie premiering this Thursday. Could you assist me in getting the tickets I purchased?

I purchased 3 tickets, but one person couldn't attend. I contacted the ticket office, but the number given was out of service. I found another number for Fandango online and left a message explaining the situation. No one returned my calls. Despite trying multiple times to reach Fandango, I couldn't get through and missed part of the movie waiting for assistance. I felt stuck in a loop on the phone without any resolution. Even informing the ticket personnel and usher didn't help. Now, after the movie, I still haven't been able to reach anyone, and it seems too late for a refund. This message is my only way to communicate about this issue. I'm seeking help for compensation for the unused senior ticket. - Anthony G.

My daughters attended the movies tonight but couldn't enter as the movie had already started. We left and called Fandango for a refund but were denied due to the film already being in progress. This doesn't seem fair as we had to wait in line. Kindly consider refunding the $33.28 for the ticket as my daughter worked hard to treat her sister. Thank you for your attention.
