I purchased 5 seats at the Nexus cinema dining theater in Mobile, Alabama for the 7:15 pm showing of the Lion King using my cell phone. However, upon arrival, I realized my ticket was for the 5:30 pm showing instead. I initially tried to book seats for the 5:30 pm show, but couldn't get seats together for my group, so I canceled and rebooked for 7:15 pm. When we got there at 6:54 pm, my ticket was already scanned, leading to the confusion. Despite being charged $94 from my bank account, we missed the movie due to the mix-up. I am requesting a refund for the incorrect booking. Thank you.

I bought three movie tickets for Cinemark Baldwin Hills but ended up at the wrong theater, Cinemark Carson, across town. Trying to exchange my ticket, I found out the theater couldn't help since Fandango was the vendor. After a long wait on the chat feature, I was denied a refund as the movie had already started. It was frustrating they dismissed me so quickly after the long wait. I just want my money refunded to my card.

I bought movie tickets via my cell phone, couldn't get an email confirmation due to an invalid email address. The cinema mentioned I needed a different number instead of just the credit card info I used. Being new to this, I didn't have the required number for the purchase. I attempted to contact Fandango for hours before and after the movie, but no success. Left my call-back number but received no response. I think I deserve a ticket refund at least. I noticed they are partially owned by ATT, a company I have stock in, but I am disappointed by their poor customer service.

I accidentally purchased Joker movie tickets for the same day instead of the next day. I tried to cancel the transaction while it was processing, but I got charged and couldn't attend as I was busy. I have been a loyal Fandango customer for years, and this has never happened before. I kindly request a refund or Fandango credits to purchase other movie tickets. I bought tickets online last night to bring my granddaughter to a movie, who lives over an hour away. Unfortunately, her mother called to say she was sick as I was on my way there. By the time I got home, it was after the movie started. While I understand the policy stating no refunds after the movie starts, I hope you can check if anyone used the seats. I attended the 6:10 showing of "War" at Regal Cinemas at Hacienda Crossing in Dublin, CA. Unfortunately, there was a technical issue where around 20 minutes of the movie was skipped, and they were unable to rewind it due to the risk of freezing. My son became upset, so we had to leave before the issue was resolved, missing a significant portion of the film. I was unable to request a refund on-site and feel disappointed that I paid nearly $31 for an incomplete movie experience. I kindly request a refund either through the original payment method or Fandango credit. I accidentally bought a ticket for MANON on October 30, [redacted], on July 19th for a friend who no longer wants it. I contacted my credit card company, Mastercard, to cancel the charge. Despite this, Fandango is billing me $27.20 for a ticket I don't possess. I am puzzled as to why they are billing me if I don't have the ticket. I purchased 3 Joker movie tickets for the 10 pm showing. I'm reaching out to Fandango's customer service to share my recent theater experience. The auditorium was uncomfortably hot, leading me to remove my layers down to a tank top. Throughout the film, there were disruptive loud conversations from other patrons, making it challenging to enjoy the nearly $50 movie we had paid for. Additionally, a person snoring loudly while sleeping disturbed the quiet movie moments. The theater itself was not well-maintained, further adding to the negative experience. Despite this not being Fandango's fault directly, I felt it was important to provide feedback since I purchased the tickets through Fandango. The total spent was around $48, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst movie experiences I have had.

I encountered a frustrating issue on Fandango today while trying to purchase tickets for "Adams Family" at Cinema De Lux in Farmingdale. After selecting my seats and entering payment information, the screen refreshed without completing the order. I attempted this three times, even signing in to check my account after each failed attempt without success. I eventually purchased tickets directly from the Cinema De Lux website to ensure my order went through. I would appreciate it if Fandango could confirm that my card was not charged for the unsuccessful transactions. I've shared my email for a response on this matter, but I do not wish to receive any further communication from Fandango after this is resolved. Thank you.

I tried to buy tickets for Ford vs Ferrari in Concord, CA through Fandango, but the order couldn't go through. Luckily, we ended up going to a movie in Pleasant Hill instead. However, I noticed that I was still charged for the Concord tickets. I contacted Fandango on Nov. 26 and Nov. 30 to address this issue. Kindly remove the charge of $22.30 since we didn't use it for the incorrect theater location. Thank you for your assistance. - CN

I bought three tickets for the Star Wars film for myself and my children. Unfortunately, we missed the 6 PM showtime because of two unreliable Uber drivers. Despite their supposed proximity, they failed to pick us up on time, causing us to miss the movie. Determined to see it, I had to purchase three more tickets online. I had canceled a transaction for a single movie ticket using a gift card due to the requirement of using the total amount in one go. After canceling, the gift card is now showing as invalid when I attempt to use it. I purchased this gift card from Sam's Club and still possess the receipt for both $25 gift cards bought. I have observed that in the trailers for the upcoming film "Free Guy" set to be released in December [redacted], there is a live goldfish in a goldfish bowl that is prominently displayed. The inclusion of this image raises concerns regarding the proper treatment of the fish and the propagation of the incorrect belief that a goldfish bowl provides a suitable habitat for a fish. The confinement of a fish in a bowl without a filtration system can result in harmful ammonia buildup from food and waste, ultimately endangering the fish's health. The minimum water volume required for goldfish varies from 40L to 136L as per guidelines from the RSPCA and PETA, respectively, which surpasses the capacity of the goldfish bowl depicted in the film. This misrepresentation in the movie may lead to the mistreatment of pet fish by viewers unaware of their essential living conditions. Additionally, the stress caused by transporting a fish for filming purposes is detrimental, regardless of its care on set. Therefore, I urge Fandango to either eliminate the trailers featuring the goldfish bowl or edit out the offending scenes. I also request the removal or alteration of any posters showcasing the goldfish bowl to prevent the dissemination of inaccurate information.

I am extremely disappointed with the private viewing service. I submitted a request online for a private viewing for our church youth group on Oct 25, and unfortunately, I have not received any response. Multiple attempts to contact the local theatre have been unsuccessful, and contacting Fandango's customer service only added to the confusion. Despite being told initially that bookings cannot be done over the phone, my subsequent call resulted in advice to contact the local theatre directly. This lack of communication has left me unsure of how to proceed with our youth group, especially with the event fast approaching. The entire process has been frustrating and unorganized, and it is disheartening that the customer service experience lacks efficiency and responsiveness. This situation is truly regrettable.

I attempted to purchase a ticket for "Tenant" today at 5:00 PM using my PayPal account on the Fandango website. Although I thought I had enough balance in PayPal, it turns out I did not. Upon realizing this, I didn't proceed with the purchase or authorize the payment, but I later discovered that the full amount had been authorized in my account. I have not received the ticket. I tried to dispute the charge on PayPal, but they explained they can only dispute a transaction once it has hit my bank account. They mentioned the authorization will definitely go through tomorrow. Can anyone help with getting a refund or resolving this issue? I attempted to rent the movie "The Mist," but my account was charged multiple times without me receiving the movie. Lamentablemente, después de ingresar todos los datos de la tarjeta, me di cuenta de que debía usar una tarjeta de los Estados Unidos para completar la transacción. A pesar de que no recibí ninguna confirmación ni boletos, noté que se realizaron tres cargos diferentes en mi tarjeta Bancolombia. I am a member of the Marcus Theaters VIP program. Recently, I noticed a "convenience fee" when purchasing tickets online, which I found frustrating. When I asked at the theater, an employee mentioned entering my rewards number should waive the fee. However, I was still charged $3.58 despite entering my rewards number. I believe this fee should be refunded as I followed the instructions but was still charged unnecessarily.
