I'm having trouble accessing my account under the name Sheryl Clark Franklin because I forgot my password. My old phone number [redacted] is no longer in use, and I mistakenly tried to set up Two-factor Authentication. I now have a new iPad and iPhone, but everything is all mixed up. I also tried to log in as Sheryl Franklin Clark, but it's not working, and I need help to recover my original account with all my past friends. I had a stroke in the past which affects me mentally, and I'm really struggling with this.

I made a Facebook profile for my business page, only to discover the correct method was to create a business page linked to my personal profile. I deleted the incorrect profile and set up the business page correctly. However, I am now trying to change the username to match the deleted profile, but it says the username is not available. How can I assign this username to my business page?

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I previously contacted you regarding my concerns about the boosted post on Storytelling threads. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. When I boosted the post, I was informed that it could reach up to 1,[redacted],[redacted] people, which seemed unrealistic. Based on my previous experiences, I expected to reach at least 2,[redacted] individuals guaranteed. However, the post only reached [redacted] people. I kindly request a refund of the $10.00 as I feel this did not meet my expectations. Normally, I can achieve a reach of [redacted] people without boosting a post, so this outcome was disappointing to me. Thank you, Evelyn D.

I am encountering an issue while adding multiple color options to products on my Shop Page. Whenever I add pictures of different colors, the system duplicates the first color image. Even if I try to add both color options simultaneously, the problem persists. I have tried various methods of deleting and re-adding the images without success, except for one product with a dog on a pet bed. After multiple attempts, it now displays the correct images. I have several products that come in different colors and sizes listed under one main product. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am part of a church undergoing a name change. We're encountering difficulties updating our name on Facebook. The page was created by someone using a fake account a decade or more ago, hindering our renaming process. This morning, I received an email at 03:46 a.m. stating that a password reset was requested, but it was not me who initiated this. By 11 a.m., my Facebook account was disabled. Despite submitting my ID as requested, I received an email stating that my Facebook account is irretrievable. The photos of my babies since birth are stored there, serving as my backup. If I cannot regain access to my account, is there a way for me to retrieve my precious photos?

Our company's Facebook business page is utilized to promote our library services. Unfortunately, the associated account seems to be malfunctioning, as it currently displays as NULL, preventing us from adding essential information. While I can upload images and some optional details, I am unable to access the necessary "Add Details About You" section, which continuously shows a "Trouble Loading" message. This issue has persisted for years, and we are eager to resolve it in order to enhance our interaction with followers through a functional news feed.

I need help with two accounts that my friends have changed the passwords on. They posted some inappropriate content I can't access as I forgot the email addresses linked to those accounts. Hello, I have been receiving notifications since October that someone has been attempting to access my Facebook account. Even after clicking "no" to confirm it wasn't me and changing my password, I still faced multiple attempts. Recently, I have been locked out and instructed to obtain three separate access codes from trusted friends. However, when I tried using these codes, they were deemed invalid. Facebook has disabled my ability to reset my password using my email or phone number. I have updated my email to [redacted] and phone number to [redacted], but Facebook states they belong to another user. I am unable to log in to delete my account or notify my friends list about the potential hack. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing 2 accounts that my friends modified the password for and posted strange content on. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to these accounts as I do not remember the passwords or the emails associated with them from a long time ago. The inappropriate posts are visible on my account, and I would be grateful if there was a way to either recover or deactivate these accounts. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I have reached out multiple times concerning the closure of my Facebook account but have not received any resolution. Despite using the correct phone number and email, I am still unable to access my account. I have only been trying to log in from my phone, so I am unsure why this issue persists. It is frustrating that there has been such a delay in resolving this matter. It would be beneficial to have a more efficient system in place, such as a phone support option, rather than having to wait for lengthy email responses.

I received a notification from Facebook this morning informing me that one of my posts violated FB standards, resulting in a 7-day ban. Typically, I am offered the chance to request a review (as there was no nudity as mentioned in the notification); however, this time, I was directly issued the ban. I believe this ban was unjust, and I am seeking a review to unlock my account. I am careful about what I post and would not share anything that I believed would breach community guidelines. The content is no more inappropriate than what I have observed on the platform previously. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my account. The phone I used to log into Facebook has died. I have two-factor authentication enabled due to a previous hack of my account, and I can't retrieve the generated code as I'm locked out of my profile. Despite requesting the texted verification code, I haven't received it on my new phone with the same number. I've been an avid Facebook user for five years, and although this issue has been resolved once before, it has resurfaced. Two weeks ago, my Facebook password was changed, and I was locked out of my account. After figuring out how to create a new password and regaining access, I added security measures. I kept receiving notifications that someone from Tampa was accessing my account, even though I am in Miami. When trying to access Facebook Messenger for the first time, I was prompted to log in repeatedly without success, despite entering the correct password. After seeking online tech support, Messenger was fixed but the Tampa hacker issue remained unresolved. However, Messenger now presents the same login/logout loop issue, preventing me from sending or receiving messages. Moreover, I receive notifications of password changes immediately after setting a new one. I am in urgent need of assistance.

I am having trouble remembering my password. As my company computer is unavailable, I am using my mobile phone to reset it. However, when asked to receive an email, the address associated with my account is no longer valid as I updated it previously. The updated email information is not reflecting on my account. I simply wish to log in to my account to change my password.
