I recently sent $35 to my friend, C. K., using Messenger yesterday. Unfortunately, he couldn't receive the money because he didn't enter his personal information. Subsequently, when I tried to request the return of the funds, that transaction couldn't be processed either. As a result, neither C. K. nor I received the money back. I am concerned about the status of this transaction and would like it canceled with the funds returned to my debit card.

My girlfriend's Facebook account was hacked and deleted last year, but now it's appearing in search results as if it's still active. I believe someone has hacked into her account or there's an error in the app bringing back the deleted profile. We've been unsuccessful in recovering it for a long time. I hope the account can be permanently deleted from the app, and I'm reaching out for your help as our last resort.

A few days ago, my partner, who is an admin on my digital marketing account, discovered that someone had loaded ads onto my account without authorization and attempted to run them multiple times. The card associated with the account is no longer active, and we noticed unauthorized spending of around $13. Alongside this, there were multiple unsuccessful attempts to access my online banking.
Upon trying to delete the ads, I found that I didn't have the necessary authority, leading me to change my password. However, less than 48 hours later, Facebook informed me that my account had been hacked or compromised. To regain access, I need to go through a security clearance process that involves receiving an OTP on an old mobile number I no longer use. I have a new mobile number that I've had for over 6 months, where I can receive the OTP.
The hacker was operating from Holland and tried to run ads featuring a Chinese girl on behalf of my clients, CWA LEATHER and FLEXIROAM AFRICA, for which I have admin rights.

Hello, I have two questions I was hoping someone could help me with:
1. Can I convert my existing ONLY Messenger account into a regular Facebook and Messenger account? If so, could you kindly provide me with the steps to do so?
2. I am experiencing a significant problem when attempting to log into my ONLY Messenger account. Whenever I try to log in, I am immediately logged out, and a message pops up stating "you can't log in to this Facebook using this account due to restriction of the account type." Two days ago, I noticed some unusual activity on my Facebook account, making me suspect possible hacking attempts. I immediately enabled two-factor authentication and changed my password. Despite the security measures, I still felt uneasy about my account's safety. I woke up last night to an email notifying me that my Facebook password was changed from California, but I reside in Ohio. Someone has hacked my account and altered my recovery information, blocking my attempts to recover it. Despite changing my email and password, I'm stuck at the login code stage as the hacker altered my recovery information preventing me from receiving the code. I am unable to access my account through any browser or platform.

My Facebook account was disabled a few months ago unfairly, and I have been struggling to recover it. I am reaching out regarding an individual by the name of John Browne engaging in fraudulent activities on Facebook. He targets users, particularly those outside the US, by requesting them to list rental properties on their Facebook marketplace, promising a payment of $[redacted] per week. After changing the marketplace location to a US city specified by him, once the properties are rented, he appears to report the listings, rendering the marketplace unusable and failing to compensate the user.
Additionally, he requested my Facebook login credentials under the guise of needing a US IP address to resolve the issue.
I urge you to promptly suspend his account to prevent further scams.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because it is asking for a Generator code, but I am locked out and unable to find it in the menu options. The request to provide personal documents like my government ID, social security number, and birth certificate to regain access seems excessive and risky in terms of data security. If this is a mandatory process, I would rather have my account canceled or deleted to protect my information, as many companies face data breaches regularly. Even government institutions prefer not to handle such sensitive information online for security reasons.

Facebook disabled my account without thorough investigation. I kindly request Facebook's assistance in identifying the individuals who reported me and restoring access to my account. I have four accounts. One of which is Eladio BnB, recently changed by you to Eladio el Hierro, which is better. This is not correct. It should be Hotel Eladio and managed by me, Kaj Linna. I also manage Kaj Linna - Nyhetspersonlighet and Nemesis- Gäststjärnan. To sum up, I should manage three Facebook pages from my personal Facebook page, Kaj Linna. Additionally, I should only have one Messenger account under Kaj Linna.

I experienced issues with it last night, October 30, and thought I had resolved them. Hello, I'm having an issue with my Instagram ad. I've tried to promote it twice, but after submitting, it processes for hours and then asks me to promote again. I am experiencing difficulty logging into my secondary account on Facebook Messenger. This account is associated with my phone number and is not linked to a profile, unlike my primary account. Initially, I utilized the switch account feature within the app but when I tried to return to my secondary account after switching to my primary one, I encountered a logout. Despite attempting to log back in, I received an error message stating: "You can't log in to Facebook using this account due to restrictions of the account type." In an effort to resolve this issue, I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app, yet these steps have not resolved the problem.

I had a photo shoot, but no agreement was signed. I'm unhappy with how the photos were used without my permission, with the photographer's logo, in a group I cannot access. I've learned that it's illegal to use someone's image for advertising without consent. I believe Facebook should take down the photos and be accountable for allowing this advertisement on their platform.

Last Friday, my Facebook account suddenly became inaccessible because someone changed the password.
