Hello, I hope you're well. Recently, I was unexpectedly removed from my Facebook account. When attempting to log back in, I was prompted to provide a photo of my ID. Despite multiple attempts, the server refuses to accept the image. I am at a loss as to how to regain access to my profile. I only have access to the phone number linked to my account, but I can't recall my email address or log in. The last time I reset my password, I used my phone number and it worked. However, this time, I can't use my phone number to reset it due to two-factor authentication. I'm unable to access my account and feel increasingly frustrated.

My Facebook account has been disabled. It had been active for 9 years. I had posted some videos in my Facebook group without knowing that it was against the rules. It was unintentional due to lack of information. I had no malicious intent. I request you to kindly reinstate my account as it contains important documents and necessary photos from the past 9 years. My mother recently purchased a new phone. However, she's unable to log into her Facebook account as it's showing a message stating, "Identity Not Confirmed. We currently can't verify your identity. Please try again later." The account has been locked for over 20 hours now, and there seems to be no option to unlock it or verify her identity. I don't understand why I got restricted on Facebook for sharing my opinion. I didn't incite any violence or promote any unlawful behavior. The post was just a meme that I found on Facebook, and now I'm blocked for three days. I believe in my Constitutional right to freedom of speech, and though I know Facebook tends to censor differing views, it still feels like a violation of my rights! I really hope to be unblocked soon, and I think an apology is owed to me.

I recently noticed a charge on my account for an ad from a page I don't recognize and have never seen. I took action to stop the campaign and attempted to remove the page (Factory Store Clearance Sale) as well as my admin access, but have been unsuccessful. I suspect my Facebook profile may have been compromised. Could you please halt any ongoing campaigns associated with my account and reimburse the funds that have been deducted, as I am not affiliated with this ad? At present, I do not have any active campaigns and do not plan on running any in the near future.

I have noticed inappropriate images appearing on Facebook, specifically involving explicit content and advertisements for services. This issue is not isolated as my friends and sister have also encountered it. It is concerning that such content is allowed on the platform, especially considering the strict moderation for other types of content. It is disappointing that this material is not being filtered out while individuals expressing their opinions sometimes face consequences. If this continues, we may consider deleting our Facebook accounts. As middle-aged women, we find this content offensive and inappropriate. It is disheartening that such content is allowed to circulate freely on the platform.
