I am unable to access my Facebook account using my mobile number or email address that I've previously used. It seems like a hacker has altered my email, password, and phone number. I have attempted various solutions, such as seeking help from the support center, sending multiple emails to Facebook, downloading Messenger to log in differently, and even submitting a photo ID. Despite my efforts, I have not made any progress. Facebook keeps claiming that the associated email does not exist, and I am now stuck at an impasse.

My online store's URL has been blocked for the second time, just like with our first shop before. I am baffled as to why this is occurring, as our website is free of spam and devoid of pop-ups. This situation worries me greatly, especially given my current financial circumstances; this store is my sole means of income. I am eager to understand the reason behind this and would greatly appreciate guidance on how to unblock my website on Facebook/Instagram. Your support in resolving this issue would be invaluable. Thank you.

I am confused about why an innocent photo of my children playing in their shorts at the creek is considered nudity by Facebook. Children of all ages, including babies and toddlers, are often posted without shirts or only in diapers or underwear. However, when I posted a photo of my children swimming, I was informed that it violated community standards, which is unfair and upsetting. These children, aged 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8, are not developed, yet I have been penalized for sharing a harmless moment of our family life. I received a notification about being in "Facebook jail" for three days due to another innocent photo of my children, which seems unreasonable. If someone in my Friends list is reporting these photos, I would like to identify them to prevent any further issues. It appears inconsistent that I am being reprimanded while others share shirtless swimming photos freely. My account name is OceanLea Alderman, and this situation has been distressing to me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is G.S. from Greece. I opened my Facebook account a decade ago using an email, [redacted], that I can no longer access. Throughout the years, I added my phone number, [redacted][redacted], and have frequently used Facebook on both my phone and laptop.
Recently, I discovered that I couldn't access my account due to a password change, as I couldn't retrieve it without access to the old email. Despite following the provided procedure and attempting to change the email twice through trusted contacts, using [redacted] and [redacted], I did not receive the expected confirmation email in the new email addresses. This issue is critical for me as I manage my business pages on Facebook and currently cannot run paid ads.
I am prepared to provide any necessary identification to regain access to my account.

I am a marketing assistant based in Michigan, promoting an event at our new store in Florida. Despite specifying "Lakewood Ranch, Florida" as the location, other cities like "Myakka, Florida" or "Bradenton, Florida" are appearing instead. As "Lakewood Ranch" is relatively new, this may be causing the issue. We have paid to boost the post, but customers are being misled about the location. Can you investigate why the correct city isn't displaying and assist in rectifying this to ensure our customers have the right information and can attend the event?

I created a business page on Facebook under the name of our business. Upon completion, I noticed there was a space in the title that I did not intend. I tried to correct it, but my request was denied without an explanation. The title should be "Physiotherapy" but it is displaying as "Physio Therapy." This issue has been ongoing for about a week, and as a new clinic, we rely on exposure for success.

I set up my Facebook account eight years back. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account as it was lost when my phone got stolen three months ago. When I attempt to recover my account, Facebook sends a verification code to my old number and prompts me to log in using the device associated with the account. However, I only ever used my lost phone to log in.
I'm worried because I manage a popular Facebook page, and the hacker might misuse it. I desperately need to prove my ownership of the account. Please assist me with this as it is crucial. Feel free to ask me any questions about my account, and I will provide the necessary information.

Dear Facebook Team,
Good evening,
I am Apia Onesmo Manga from Tanzania. I have two Facebook accounts: one is Apia Onesmo Manga registered with the email address [redacted], and the other is MAOO ZEDONG registered with the email address [redacted] Lately, I have been attempting to change my MAOO ZEDONG account to my company account named STRONG TOWER ADVENTURES but have encountered difficulties. While trying to change the account name, I modified the username to strongtoweradventures. However, I now realize that I would prefer to change my Facebook page from my APIA ONESMO MANGA account to read IRINGA. Despite changing the username from MAOO ZEDONG, it is not allowing me to use strongtoweradventures on my IRINGA page, for which I have requested a name change to Strong Tower Adventures with a three-day processing period.
I kindly request your assistance in allowing me to change my username to strongtoweradventures on my page. I am the rightful owner of these Facebook accounts and can provide any necessary verification.
Your prompt response is highly appreciated.
Regards.

My Facebook account got disabled unexpectedly. I've heard of this happening to others by accident, and now it has happened to me too. All I did was try to log in on my new phone, and I was notified that my account was disabled. I rely on Facebook for my brand promotion, and I am certain I didn't break any rules. I have submitted my ID for verification. Please, I really need my account back as it contains important content. I'm requesting for my profile to be reactivated.

When I close my Facebook app, I follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings & Privacy
2. Select Settings
3. Choose Security & Login
Lately, after doing this, my location displays as various cities like Buffalo, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Dallas, TX; or New York, NY, when I am actually in Thibodaux, LA.
Despite changing my password multiple times, attempting to log out from all devices (unsuccessful), and enabling two-factor authentication, my location continues to show incorrectly upon exiting the app. Even yesterday, it showed my iPhone 6s Plus in New York, NY and Messenger in Miami, FL, which is impossible.
I seek assistance in securing my account as everything appears normal within the app, including my friends list. While completing the security checkup on my computer at www.facebook.com/help/securitycheckup, it correctly displayed Schriever (near Thibodaux) as my location. However, when I checked the Facebook app on my iPhone, it indicated locations like Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY within minutes.

A friend of mine suffered a stroke and is unable to create a Facebook account. I used my phone to set up the account for him, but now he needs it reactivated. He is currently hospitalized in Kelowna, British Columbia, and needs to use Facebook to contact his family. Please assist in reactivating the account for him. Thank you. -Michele H.

I have encountered three account disablements for no apparent reason. I haven't been active on the platform in years due to concerns about data privacy like the Cambridge Analytica scandal. Despite my efforts to create a new account to advertise on Instagram, I keep receiving photo requests only to be disabled again. Utilizing my real name, a different email, posting genuine profile pictures, and connecting with three real friends hasn't helped. I've provided various forms of identification, including my driver's license and passport, but have not received any feedback. I haven't violated any rules, yet the lack of communication options, human contact, or appeal process is frustrating.

A few years ago, my Facebook account got hacked, and Facebook disabled it. Due to various reasons, I didn't create a new account. Recently, I started getting notifications about my contacts posting on my old Facebook account. I'd like to reopen my account, but I can't remember the necessary information, and there doesn't appear to be an alternative way to access it. I feel stuck in a difficult situation. Any guidance on how I can regain access to my account would be highly appreciated.

Two days ago, I received multiple notifications about someone trying to log into my account from an unfamiliar place. I ended up changing my password five times. However, when I tried to access my Facebook app later on, it kept showing an account error and logged me out. When I attempted to log back in, it kept stating incorrect password. After pressing "forgot password" and providing my phone number and email, it now says that my account doesn't exist. I would appreciate assistance in recovering access to my original account without having to create a new one.

I have a personal account on Facebook, facebook.com/SonamBasigaFamarin, and also created a separate account for my work projects, facebook.com/TibetanTreasureVase. I managed the work account for a few years.
Back in [redacted], I made Jennifer Hogan an admin. Things were going smoothly until she unexpectedly removed me as an admin, perhaps also from the account. That's okay. I'm encountering some problems with my personal Instagram account - sometimes it mistakes me for a partner, and Facebook sometimes confuses me with TibetanTreasureVase.

Hello, I've had a Facebook account for about 5-6 years, mainly for logging into games to save data. Recently, when trying to access a game, I discovered my Facebook account was banned. Despite rarely using Facebook and not posting for months, I suspect it may have been hacked as I was not given a reason for the ban. I need my gaming data back, and PUBG Mobile advised me to contact Facebook for assistance since they cannot provide the required information. Can anyone suggest how I can resolve this issue?

Hello. I am Myla Del Pilar-Velayo from the Philippines. My Facebook account was hacked on September 13, [redacted], around 9-10 a.m. Since then, I have been unable to access my account as the email password and contact number were changed. I reported the incident to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) who advised me to request my Facebook friends to report the hack to Facebook. After a week, Facebook responded by deleting my account. I am reaching out to Facebook to inquire if there is a possibility to recover my account. It holds many precious memories that I wish to retrieve. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After going through a recent breakup, I changed my account password while drinking with a friend, only to forget it later. When I tried accessing my Facebook account a few days later, I got stuck. The old associated email ([redacted]) is no longer in service. Even after sending a picture of my ID, I have not received any help. I created a backup Facebook account with the secondary email ([redacted]), but I lost access to that account as well. It has been a week of struggling. I simply want this issue resolved. Kindly assist me, please.

My Facebook profile name is Laurie Barnes-Soriano. Three days back, I reported a friend's hacked page, not mine. However, my page got mistakenly disabled. When I try to log in, it requests an ID. I uploaded my license copy that was rejected. Barnes is my maiden name, which complies with the rules and is not a nickname. I've attempted three ways to reach out to Facebook for resolution but haven't received any response. I manage two pages that I can't access, as well as numerous apps linked through Facebook, which are now inaccessible. I've had this account for years, as evident from my profile. I don't understand why it was disabled. I am seeking assistance as I am completely frustrated.

I've been attempting to access my account for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, I accidentally logged out after clicking on the wrong option. What complicates matters is that I've been using this account since [redacted], but I no longer have access to the email address or Verizon phone number associated with it. There are important photos in the account, including pictures from my first grandchild's birth and from three graduation ceremonies. Regrettably, I do not have backup copies of these pictures and I'm unable to retrieve them. My previous email was [redacted] and my old phone number was [redacted]. Some contacts you might find in my communication list include Michael D. Lewis, Nakisha Thomas, Erin Leigh, Evelyn Webster, and Dion Cribbs, among others.
